• Su Han (7/5): Ok stay, with friendly employees. Infrastructure pretty poor. - Location is great and near to the major malls with plenty of food options and shopping. Hotel employees are courteous. Farhad is in charge of my room and he is a hardworking and friendly member who makes my stay comfortable. Full marks for him. Gym and pool are small but usable. Rooms are not sound proof and are dated. Can hear the drainage / sewage system running all the time. Flooring is uneven, even in the room. TV selection not great, but it is not a major discomfort. Bed is comfortable but pillows are way too soft. Shower pressure is nice, but is reduced as the tap moves towards cold water. Hairdryer blows out musty air, making my hair and hair towel smell mouldy.

• Natalie (9/5): Old but very comfortable - Great location, very comfortable room. Facilities are old but comfortable regardless. I've been staying at this hotel since I used to travel with my family and have been a satisfied customer through all iterations of its change in brands. Nothing to dislike in particular, but if I had to nitpick - it's not a new hotel, and I have to give credit that the facilities, while old, are relatively well-maintained.

• HT_nyc (9/5): Perfect location for exploring Kuala Lumpur - The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Bukit Bintang Monorail Station, making it very convenient to travel anywhere in Kuala Lumpur and providing easy access to and from the airport. Jalan Alor and the Petronas Twin Towers are also within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet—and, needless to say, the air conditioning worked perfectly. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge for the next day. I was also impressed by how warmly one of the security guards at the main entrance greeted me whenever he saw me. This hotel appears to be popular with tour groups, so the reception area can get quite busy at times.

Quiet rooms Terrible patchy WiFi and staff weren’t interested in helping solve the issue as many open wifi addresses but at times none were working. We had two rooms and neither safe was working. The whole place is very tired and at times the drain pipes smelt like sewage in the rooms.
• Johnny (7/5): Adequate good value - The hotel was in a great location and very well placed for all access to things, I liked the foyer the staff were very polite as you’d imagine, the bed was superb as was the air conditioning because it was very hot. The lifts were fast. There was little to no hot water in the shower, and after walking around the city very hot and humid, a hot shower would have been nice but it was tepid at best

• Claassen (8/5): Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location with Room for Improvement - The hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay with several notable strengths. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with great amenities, making it easy to relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep. Its central location is a major advantage, with easy access to nearby attractions and train connections, making it ideal for exploring the area. Breakfast was generally enjoyable, offering a wide variety of options. A special mention must go to the housekeeping staff member who cleaned my room most mornings—he was consistently polite, thorough, and respectful, and truly made a positive impression. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although the room includes a window, it faces another building, leaving the space quite dark throughout the day. Some members of the reception staff could benefit from a reminder about courtesy and customer service, as interactions were not always as welcoming as expected. The pool area is another drawback, as it does not receive sunlight, which limits its appeal. While breakfast offers variety, much of the food is deep-fried or heavily spiced, which may not suit all guests’ preferences.

Elle nous a mal parlé et lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'un taxi elle a refusé de s'en occuper. Les autres personnes hommes étaient plus sympathiques. When enquire if there's any double rooms, staff just tell us to come counter check. When the next day there's multiple check out. The breakfast was comprehensive, covering everything from hot dishes to fresh fruit. Location wise, it is so close to shopping malls. Room was spacious with a nice ambiance and squeaky clean bathroom. A special thank you to Govin for assisting with our many luggage with such care as well as his assistance with wheelchair which made our check out seamless. Really like that the hotel is wheelchair friendly! In the lobby, drinks are provided which is a nice touch and the service guest staff were helpful in assisting us. Thank you for the welcoming and pleasant experience which made the stay enjoyable! Definitely would pick the hotel again in the future!
