La salle de sport est super bien équipée avec une vue superbe sur Siam. Pas grand chose. La piscine est un peu décevante. L’accueil à la réception a été expéditif et nous n’avons pas compris toutes les informations transmises par la réceptionniste mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean. It is also located in an excellent part of the city, which made it especially convenient for meetings and exploring Bangkok. My room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and sauna, which were a great way to relax after long, busy days. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the quality was consistently good. However, I could not always fully enjoy it because of my schedule. What made the stay particularly memorable was the service. I would especially like to thank Pupae for helping me check in early and Peach and Gade for making the checkout process smooth and pleasant. Overall, it was a very comfortable and professional experience, and I would gladly choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.

We had such a wonderful stay and genuinely enjoyed every moment. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team—from the bellman, doorman, concierge, and security, to the front desk, guest relations, Club InterContinental team, Balcony Lounge team, Espresso restaurant team, housekeeping, and all the behind-the-scenes staff. Everyone consistently provided warm, attentive, and thoughtful service that made our stay so memorable. From arrival to departure, we received excellent customer service from valet, bell staff, elevator staff, to all the servers at Espresso restaurant. This overall professionalism really reflects the highest standards and efforts put in the training, and as a customer, I truly appreciate this. I would like to give special recognition to Khun Aphisit who is a trainee and was working at the entrance today, and to his managers and mentors. He was courteous and professional, but his empathy and kindness in helping my elderly grandmother’s limited mobility are qualities that really shine. I wish him best of luck to his hospitality career.

Highly recommend lounge access, the breakfast offerings were fantastic boasting lovely views. Only down side with the lounge is they don’t allow kids for the evening bit so we had to sit in the downstairs bar which didn’t provide a highchair or big enough tables to accommodate us. Perhaps they could create a separate area in the lounge to allow families in the evening - we appreciate people don’t want the noise of kids but not providing basic things in the ‘family lounge’ was frustrating. The pool area is amazing. Good location, easy to get taxis etc. Only be mindful if you use a taxi through the hotel to get to the airport - they only accept exact change so the driver got a good ‘tip’ from me as I got caught out. We would stay again and the above mentioned things didn’t ruin our stay.

Location: Right smack in the central of Bangkok where walking to shopping malls and four-faced buddha temple is extremely convenient. View: Unblocked and absolutely gorgeous! Service: I was greeted well by an English-speaking front-desk staff and she guided me well. Despite my request to change to a room less high up, she accommodated as well. On the last night I was feeling weird about the room and called the staff and manager to my room, the manager was really patient and showed care to me when I was travelling alone. d offered me camomile tea f.o.c when it was supposed to be charged. Thank you. Room & Bath: It was really spacious and the bed was comfortable and the lighting was alright. Just a tad too spacious for a solo traveller. Mirrors can be minimised imho. Bathroom was luxe with long bath. But there were noise, I supposed the sound proof wasn't perfect. Hotel: Entrance and lobby were very inviting and luxurious for an international chain hotel. For my recent conference at the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre, I chose the InterContinental Bangkok. The extensive post-pandemic renovation has been a triumph—it perfectly balances the hotel’s original grandeur with a sleek, contemporary interior design. A standout feature that truly sets this property apart is the Butler Service (offered for Junior Suites and above). As an IHG Platinum Ambassador, I was assigned Ms. Kodchaphorn S. (Pony) as my dedicated butler. Her assistance was invaluable; she seamlessly coordinated my room upgrade from a Premium Club Lounge Access Room to a Junior Suite Club Lounge Access Room. What surprised me most was that Pony personally greeted me during my check-in at the Club Lounge. In many five-star hotels, pre-arrival coordinators are rarely seen in person, but this personal touch made a lasting impression. Throughout my stay, I received immediate support via Line for any request. Thank you, Pony, for your incredible hospitality! The Junior Suite itself is impressive. At 67 square meters with a separate living room and bedroom, it rivals "Full Suite" standards in Japan. I was particularly pleased to find Sound Bars equipped under the TVs in both rooms—a consistent feature I’ve appreciated in Japanese InterContinental hotels. It allowed me to easily stream music from my laptop while working at the round table in the living room after my meetings. The bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a dedicated vanity and a Dyson hair dryer, which was extremely convenient. For breakfast, I highly recommend experiencing both venues: the Club InterContinental Lounge offers a peaceful environment with an excellent à la carte menu and buffet, while the Espresso restaurant features a breathtakingly diverse buffet. I was pleasantly surprised to find authentic Chinese breakfast options like congee with pork floss and fried dough sticks (You Tiao). With its unbeatable location next to CentralWorld and the BTS Chit Lom station, this hotel is the premier choice for both business and leisure travelers in Bangkok. I highly recommend it!

I love the convenience and proximity to Central world the bts and other restaurants. Although the BTS can be a bit noisy throughout the day. With regards to the service, absolutely amazing, room, also absolutely amazing. Food was well presented and delicious. Hotel lounge was also beautiful overlooking the skyline. Staff are amazing, the buttler team took great care of me and my girlfriend. I recommend and will also be back.

One of the best parts was the rooftop pool — it was amazing and the view was really nice. The breakfast was also great with lots of different options, and the food overall was really good. There were plenty of choices so you never run out of things to try. Another thing I liked was the location. There are malls right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient if you want to shop or just walk around. Overall it was a really good experience and I’d definitely stay there again.

From the moment I arrived at the lobby until spending time at the Club Lounge, every staff member made me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. The staff who checked me in explained everything clearly and in a very friendly way, which made the whole arrival experience smooth and comfortable. At the pool, Khun Sitthichai was so kind and attentive. He even suggested some beautiful photo spots around the pool area, which I really appreciated. I also have to mention the cocktails from the pool bar they were really good and perfectly made. It was such a nice way to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. At Espresso restaurant, Khun Nathachai provided excellent service. He was polite, professional, and truly attentive throughout the meal. The breakfast at club lounge was excellent, and I especially recommend the steak and bento set both were delicious. The buffet line had a wide variety of choices, and everything was fresh and well presented. A special thank you to Khun Gift, the trainee at the Club Lounge. She was very sweet, attentive, and always ready to help. The Club Lounge had such a great vibe elegant but relaxing, and not crowded at all, even during happy hour and breakfast. It made the experience feel calm and exclusive. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was soft and I slept really well. The location is also very convenient, especially being so close to the BTS. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be back.
