• Janet (8/5): Great location and value for money - Nicely appointed room and very clean. A short distance to the tube and great to be able to open a window for fresh air. Family room shower room a bit small. Room for only one person so don’t know how a family with young kids would manage.

We highly considered safety before we booked. It was great choice since it was quieter and expensive area. It was not too laud outside and we could go out night time. They upgraded our room to family room which was underground. Bathroom was really clean. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the mirroring for TV and our phone since the TV was not connected with the internet. We made sure our devices, but TV has not updated weather forecasts which needs the internet. The room was dusty. I found some chunk of fluffs and dust on the floor.

• Lilia (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno, confortevole, pulito e silenzioso in ottima zona - L’hotel era a 5 minuti dalla metro e due passi dagli autobus. Zona bellissima di Londra, molto elegante e curata. La nostra camera al 5 piano era del tutto insonorizzata, nessun rumore, silenzio totale notturno. I letti erano comodi. La camera piccola ma accogliente. Il bagno ristrutturato. La stanza pulita ogni giorno con sostituzione di asciugamani e lenzuola. Fin troppo! Il lavandino del bagno era decisamente troppo piccolo e scomodo anche per lavare i denti. In camera o nei bagni non c’erano abbastanza punti d’appoggio per gli asciugamani e i beauty. La colazione non mi ha entusiasmata, infatti abbiamo fatto colazione fuori dall’hotel in uno dei tantissimi bar, panifici, pasticcerie lì in zona. La moquette ci ha dato un po’ fastidio per l’allergia.

Bien es cierto que usamos el hotel sólo para dormir ya que nos pasamos el día en la ciudad pero la habitación no cumplió expectativas.

• Christelle (5/5): Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette établissement - Hotel très propre Établissement vraiment trop cher pour les prestations proposées. 2 nuits 3 personnes sans petit déjeuner à 700 euros pour une chambre vue sur un mur (comme dans un sous sol) où il faut se contorsionner pour voir un peu de ciel ! Des matelas très inconfortables. Salle de bain glacée malgré le sèche serviette allumé. A part la propreté je ne trouve rien de positif dans cette chambre.

The breakfast is complete and with fresh pressed juices. People were super kind. Missing some accessories like a toilet brush in the bathroom, the bed was made of 2 separate beds, meaning it was a little less comfortable for us.

A big no as it was not suitable with no light and a feel of prison. Upon changing room, discovered shower was not clean. Mould around shower, top and sides.

As janelas Não tinham isolamento nenhum, a luz entrava toda no quarto assim como todo o barulho da rua se ouvia. Não deu para dormir descansada. O pequeno almoço tinha muito pouca variedade.
• Victoria (6/5): Fine for a place to sleep and shower but otherwise unimpressive - The location was great and the room was clean, the housekeeping team kindly tidied our room each day and refreshed our towels. The wall socket by the bed was broken so we couldn’t charge our devices, the shower head was broken like a hole had been punched in it and there was water spitting everywhere, there was music blasting in the corridors which was very unpleasant when trying to rest in the room during the day. I mentioned these things to the front desk staff at checkout but she only said, “thank you for telling me” and did not write anything down or make any apology or say that these things would be looked at. For the price of the hotel and its 4-star designation, I would have expected a better quality of customer service and better condition of the rooms.

• Santos (9/5): - O quarto é confortável, espaçoso e limpo. A cama é bem confortável. A localização é excelente, muito próximo à estação de metrô com acesso às principais linhas.

Ce serait un plus si il y avait un meuble de salle de bain où l'on peut poser nos affaires de toilettes (petite desserte au dessus de l'évier pas suffisante pour y déposer une trousse de toilette). Un plus également si il y avait des portes manteaux. Mais ce sont des détails qui n'enlève rien à la qualité de notre séjour.

Very noisy, no sound proofing at all, you can hear everything around you including running water and toilet discharges. Shower head was broken. Got given a ground floor disabled room despite not requesting one and that was supposedly an "upgrade".

The staff were friendly and helpful. Everthing was good, but with my room being at the front, the traffic noise affected my sleep. Not a lot you can do about that to be fair.

I had a single basement room, which was compact but had all the essentials and great bathroom and shower, all very modern and attractive. although the room had a window, as shown in the pictures, it was looking out onto what looked like a lift shaft! So didn't get much light. Having to take proof of identity. I have stayed in many hotels in London and never had to do that before and wasn't happy having to take my passport with me when going around the city.
