- Krisztina (10/5): Value for money. - The hotel is in a fantastic location (metro 5, Hyde Park 2 minutes) in a beautiful neighborhood. The interior of the hotel is very tasteful, meets all comforts, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff was always very kind and helpful. A special advantage was for us, that we were able to leave our luggage there on the day of arrival and upon departure. Nothing

- Bettina (7/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für Städtereise. - Sehr bequemes Bett, gutes Badezimmer mit sehr guter Dusche, 15 Minuten von Paddington und fünf Minuten von Lancaster Gate oder einem Bus, der direkt ins Zentrum fährt, entfernt. Fünf Minuten zum Hyde Park. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt. Wenig Schrank, wenn man für ein paar Tage da ist. Das Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Fenster war nicht zu öffnen, auf dem "Balkon" davor lag Dreck und standen vertrocknete Pflanzen - sehr lieblos.
- Sandra (8/5): A comfortable hotel which is centrally located. - Front of house were very welcoming and helpful. We had a spacious room which was bright and the beds were very comfortable. It is handy to Paddington Underground and easily reached from the various airports. There are good restaurants in the locality and Hyde Park on your doorstep. All in all it was a great place to stay. There was nothing that would stop us rebooking in the future. A vegetarian option for a cooked breakfast would have been good and a little more fresh fruit. That said, there were other options and having access to a coffee machine in the lobby etc was a real plus.

- kirsti (5/5): - location near parks The walls were so thin that it felt like the neighbors were staying in the same room with us. We could hear everything — even their phone ringing and them using the toilet. It was very unpleasant. The sound insulation was extremely poor.

The cleanliness was excellent and everything was always well maintained. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely tried their best to help guests with anything they needed. A special thanks to the manager Ali .. he was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful with every request. He always had a smile on his face and made us feel comfortable! during the whole stay. The hotel is also very quiet and relaxing, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again 👍👍

Hotel felt refreshed and was not like previous poor ratings. Felt refreshed which was good but could still go further. Good room still pretty basic. Clarity about what hotel was called - felt like a mystery trying to hide from its past. Need to be more open and say how previous issues have been addressed not just hidden because it is a shock when discovered.

- Aimee (10/5): Great hotel for a great value! - Great value for money, especially when considering Location; two tube stations nearby and just a few moments walk from Hyde Park. Comfortable bed and room was clean & coffee area well stocked too - and it has a full length mirror!! Bathroom was spacious and clean and shower had great pressure. Staff were really helpful, kind and friendly and added that extra something to the stay!

- Lee (8/5): Very good overall. - Good location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and underground stations. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed, nice & clean. Couple of small things. The cords on the Roman blinds did not work so you either had to be in the dark with lights on or detach the Velcro at the top to take the coverings down which then fully exposed the 2 windows. Be a good idea to get them repaired. Safe was also not working on arrival but this was immediate rectified with new batteries.

We felt at ease from the very beginning. A very special thanks goes to Ali at the reception! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. No matter what we needed or asked, he always took his time and made sure everything was perfect. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Service like this is rare. Thank you so much Ali! - Juan Diego (9/5): - Nos gustó casi todo: la habitación estaba perfecta, la ubicación inmejorable y las instalaciones impolutas. Si quieres conocer a pie la ciudad es un hotel perfecto, céntrico y en excelentes condiciones. Sin embargo, el desayuno nos dejó mucho que desear: no había apenas variedad y en el comedor no cabían mas de 4 o5 familias. Volviendo a lo general, solo podemos ponerle ese pero al hotel.
