• Wai Nam (10/5): Good spot for family travel with free parking - Perfect location for the baseball tournament, with Eagles and Tempo field quite near. The kitchen enable us to cook breakfast in the morning with a little fridge to store milk eggs etc. Laundry service (at cost) at the apartment, better than washing at laudry outside to save time & money. Supermartet in a few min driving with wide range of product. There is a Vietnamese community nearby with authenic Vietnam pho at reasonable price. Great service to allow my delay check out. nil

• Jagodago (8/5): Dobry nocleg za dobrą cenę - Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości, czystość na wysokim poziomie, aneks dobrze wyposażony (sztućce, garnki, szklanki, talerze itp.). Dostępny bezpłatny parking, przystanek autobusowy jest dosłownie pod nosem, a dojazd do centrum zajmuje ok. 35 minut. Bezproblemowe samodzielne meldowanie. Bardzo miła Pani z obsługi. :) Niestety nie działała nam lodówka (włączyła się, ale nie chłodziła), ale nocowaliśmy tylko dwie noce, więc daliśmy sobie radę. Apartament zlokalizowany jest przy ruchliwej ulicy, więc niestety jest duży hałas samochodów, a także samolotów.

• Trang Pham (7/5): - Für einen kurzen Trip nach Prag zum Sapa Markt würde ich diesen Appartement empfehlen da es schon kostengünstig ist . Es hat kostenlosen Parkplätzen und ist zu Fuß zum Sapa Markt erreichbar und mehr auch nicht . Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Sehr hellhörig. Die Gäste dort besonders ( Asiatische Gäste) haben wohl keinen benehmen. In der Früh oder Spätabend stehen die Flur und reden sehr laut miteinander das man im Schlaf aufwacht . Einen erholsamen Schlaf wirst du in diesen Apartment nicht kriegen außer man bucht wo wenig los ist . Vielleicht sollte man dort mal einen Regel einführen das man auf dem Flur nicht laut reden sollen oder wie man sich zunehmend hat da die Gebäude sehr hellhörig sind das man einzelne Schritte hört .

• Pintér (8/5): Ár-ertek arány megfelelő - Nem először voltunk ezen a szálláson. Majdnem minden volt,ami a mi igényeiknek szükséges. A takarítás kicsit lehetne alaposabb. Pl az elhasznált szivacs helyett minden vendég újat kaphatna, jobban odafigyelni a takarításra,az ajtók ujjlenyomattal tele voltak,az ágy tele volt hajszàllal..a zuhanyzó ajtó nem záródott megfelelően, Az első alkalommal ilyet nem tapasztaltunk. Egyébként a tulaj kedves, elérhető, türelmes.

• Jakub (4/5): - Bohužel hostitel nepřipravil požadovanou přistýlku a v době našeho příjezdu (20:30) už nebyl schopen toto napravit. Byli jsme tedy 4 osoby v třílůžkovém pokoji. Chyby se stávají, to chápeme, ale bylo by fajn vidět trochu větší snahu hostitele k nápravě. Když už místo nemá stálou recepci, tak aspoň nějakou možnost operativně řešit problémy a ne jen konstatovat, že s tím už bohožel nic neuděláme.

• Άννα (9/5): - Το διαμερισμα ηταν σε καλη τοποθεσια , διπλα σε σταση λεωφορειου. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο και ζεστο. Η επικοινωνια με τον οικοδεσποτη ηταν αμεση. Δεν υπηρχε ενα απο τα δυο τηλεφωνα του μπανιου. Καλο θα ηταν να φτιαχτει για να θεωρηθει ενα αψογο δωματιο.
• W SkA (3/5): Sleepless stay tp avoid - Clean sheets and car park provided you don't check in late. There's basically no noise insulation. You hear noises from the main road (even in room facing the back neighborhood), you hear guest shouting names at 1am, you hear people checking in 12 midnight, you hear people talking by your windows. We stayed many nights and these have becoming night mares to me. Room is unreasonably small for 3 person . House keeping don't even collect garbage during our whole stay and the rubbish smell filled up the tiny space. Even though the place is new renovated but shower handle spoiled, toilet seat fell off, not even one night light installed. Overall it's the worst stay and sleepless nights in my experience.

• Lemcke (9/5): - Es war sehr sauber. Ansonsten war alles gut. Unser Zimmer war ein bisschen eng mit 3 Personen.
• Kristýna (8/5): čisté, krásné, pohodlné, prostorné - Krásné, čisté, prostorné. Postele pohodlné, plně vybavená kuchyňka, ručníky a hygienické potřeby v koupelně. Cca 30 minut od centra Prahy a zastávka je hned u ubytování, takže značka ideál. Cca 5 minut od SAPA. Stěny jsou tenké a šlo slyšet všechno. Po 22.00 je noční klid a jak na potvoru Němci vedle nás začali dělat nehorázný nepořádek, jak kdyby tam stěhovali nábytek. Při sprchování tekla jen opravdu hodně horká voda - ale to šlo možná změnit na bojleru. Někomu by možná mohlo vadit, že manželské postele mají jen jednu velkou peřinu.

• Evagelia (7/5): - Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με πολυκουζινακι. Ευγενικό προσωπικό όταν ζήτησα τις πετσέτες για το δεύτερο άτομο που δεν υπήρχαν. Ζεστό δωμάτιο. Καλό.παρκιγκ. Δεν είχε καλή μόνωση και ακούγονταν η φασαρία από τα διπλανά δωμάτια και από την πόρτα εισόδου. Η πόρτα στο δωμάτιο μας δεν έκλεινε επαρκώς καθόσον κλείδωνε με κλειδί αφού είχε χαλάσει το σύστημα κλεισίματος με την κάρτα. Στην τουαλέτα υπήρχαν αράχνες πάνω στη σωλήνα του θερμοσιφωνα. Ήταν χαλασμένο το χειροκίνητο ντουζ και δυσκόλευε στην χρήση του. Βρήκαμε τρίχες στη λεκάνη πάνω και στο πάτωμα της τουαλέτας.

• Thao (8/5): Tuyệt vời - Anh Chị chủ rất thân thiện, nhà nghỉ có vẻ mới và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Gần chợ Sapa. Nếu lần tới đến Sapa Praha thì cũng sẽ quay lại nhà nghỉ này😊 Cần thêm cái thảm ngay cửa ra vào hoặc từ phòng tắm ra để sàn nhà tránh bị nhanh bẩn🤭

• Irena (5/5): - Velmi dobře se tam spí. Klimatizace na pokoji . Bohužel došlo k tomu, že byl problém s kartou, tak mi byl přidělen jiný pokoj. Tam už bylo jen malé vikýřové okno, které jsem nemohla otevřít a neviděla ven. Wi-Fi bohužel velmi slabá. Na 1 den přespání asi ano, na více dní určitě ne .
• Hai Dao (5/5): Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Schade. - Das Einzige, was positiv ist, ist die Nähe zum Sapa-Markt. Ich bin enttäuscht. • Erstens: Obwohl ich nur eine Nacht hier übernachtet habe, wollte ich auch duschen, aber das war nicht möglich. Die Dusche ließ sich nicht einschalten, und der Regenduschkopf war nicht montiert. Als ich das Wasser aufdrehte, kam es direkt aus dem Rohr heraus und machte den ganzen Boden nass. Ich wollte auf die Handbrause umschalten, aber der Hebel war kaputt(s. Bild). • Zweitens: Wir waren zu dritt hier, und mein Sohn bekam Juckreiz, nachdem er im kleinen Bett geschlafen hatte. • Drittens: Das Haus ist sehr schlecht schallisoliert. Ich musste alle Fenster schließen, um überhaupt schlafen zu können – und trotzdem war der Lärm noch zu hören.

• Salim (7/5): Decent stay with friendly staff and a lot of amenities - The premises seem to be newly renovated, they offer free parking, free wifi, free housekeeping, towels, toiletries, a safe and the room is spacious with a kitchenette including all cutleries, a stove, a microwave and a mini fridge. There's a bus stop right in front for those who don't have a car. There's a large Vietnamese market (Sapa) nearby which has some good food and the exchange places in there offer the best rates in town (even better than the Google rate). None of the staff speak English (the receptionist is Vietnamese and cleaning lady is Ukrainian), but you can communicate through WhatsApp and Google Translate and they always respond. Check-in and check out is flexible if you request. The parking can get crowded over weekends, the wifi is slow so I had to rely on my mobile data to get things done, there is noise sometimes coming from what seem to be gypsies occupying most of the ground floor (around 5 men, 5 women and some children). I had a small altercation with some of the men once when I was trying to park in front of where they were sitting late night because there were no free spaces available. When I parked, they indicated that I shouldn't park there and tried to tell me that I should park behind one of the other cars which would block it (none of them speak English). I didn't want to block the other car but then the old man started shouting rudely, I kept smiling because I didn't want any confrontation and then felt intimidated to block the other car, so I did. Then someone knocks on my door at 4 am while I was still sleeping, and a desperate lady begs me to move my car because she's a nurse and needs to get to work. I put on my clothes and moved my car, but it was so tight that she couldn't figure out how to get her car out. She politely asked me if I can do it for her and I gladly did, she was so grateful. All this didn't need to happen hadn't I been intimidated by the men to block that car...

• Lucie (7/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté, hezké, dobrá lokalita. Pokud, ale chcete jezdit do centra Prahy, počítejte s minimálně 40 minutovou cestou. Šílený hluk, někteří hosté si nezavírali dveře a křičeli po celém domě. Ve 2 ráno nás budilo práskání dveří a křik. Co se týče vybavení kuchyně, je to velmi skromné. (2 vidličky, 2 talíře… chybí sůl, pepř atd.)
