- Pirate's Parrot life for me (10/5): Really close to the Orange County convention center where I went for megacon so it was extremely convenient, free breakf - Clean, convenient, & their breakfast was a little different every day, I enjoyed the stay. Not complaining at all by my shower but on/on button was really hard to turn completely off & would kinda leak but little drips unless i really forced to turn the knob to off. I wish they made it more obvious that you had to pay for parking that I was unaware until I arrive & then you had to pay by scanning a bar code. It was fine with me but older people like my parents I know it would be kinda difficult. I didn’t mind it & its location was really close to the event I was attending & parking garage so if I got a hotel farther away it was you’d have cost as much for parking.

- Benjamin (8/5): My friends and I were pleased with how nice the hotel was for the value price! - We loved the location! It was so close to Universal/Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe. It was also great to be walking distance of Top Golf and many restaurants and attractions in Icon Park/i-drive. The breakfast in the morning always surprisingly very good with a lot of variety and catered to all dietary needs. The pool was nice too! Nothing fancy, but still nice! The AC was really loud in the night for both rooms and would sometimes make a screeching sound.

The breakfast was quite average. The hallways smelt pretty bad. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky leading to disruptive sleep.

- Kellie (8/5): - The location is excellent for the convention center and restaurants. It was great to have a kitchen and lounge room while we were working. The breakfast was pretty good too with some vegetarian options too. Some effort had been made to reduce plastic waste. Still a lot of waste though. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room smelled of smoke. No signs of smoking maybe it was a smoking room long ago. The whole place is pretty old looking. Logging onto the internet was difficult and it also wasn't very good/fast. For the price though this place is totally fine.

- Gina (10/5): Wonderful establishment and super clean! - I was very pleasantly surprised. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the kindest person at the front desk. When making the reservation I stated we were celebrating my son’s 20th. They brought up a bag full goodies to him and told him happy birthday. When we got to the room everything was perfect. The room was extremely clean which is a huge deal to me. The bathrooms were impeccable and the towels were clean and newly bleached. Again, another huge deal for me. The room was stocked with all the little extras like scrub pad, dish soap, coffee, dishwasher detergent and more. We truly didn’t need to provide a thing. Breakfast was great too! Fully stocked and was never lacking anything. The breakfast items changed each day too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay. I would like to state that it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Disney Springs, some shopping areas, and Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure.

In the process of us moving rooms my key fob was lost. Hotel was not very helpful had to pay $450 for a new key. The whole weekend was awful. A Hilton hotel would never ruin my weekend like this.

- Belinda (6/5): - Didn’t like that I was not made aware of that this property changes parking fees, two nights $42.60 that’s a bit ridiculous for a guest. The door in the bathroom was in need of maintenance the screws were not tightened, therefore creating a loud noise every time someone went in and out, “free breakfast not worth it the waffle mix was extremely runny therefore make uncooked flapping waffles and was with pork sausage? Everyone can’t eat pork ”the building is in desperate need of pressure cleaning it has mold all over and the window screens are withered so bad that you can’t see out of them from the 3rd floor, an elevator was in disrepair and out of order therefore creating congestion and crowding safety concern

- Curtis (6/5): - Although I did not request a disabled room, I was told that was the only room available, it was near an elevator and also I locked door, I guess wherever the workers go in and out of so it was extremely loud – there were garbage trucks at 3:30 AM at least two of the nights and the shower. In the king size bedroom was for someone disabled, however the showerhead just went straight out towards the rest of the bathroom and didn’t even spray in the shower area.. It was really strange- there would be water everywhere and I couldn’t even use that shower, but other than that, it was great.
- Ana (8/5): Staying - Overall staying was pleasant. Only point I'd mention is that the AC unit was located inside the bedroom, causing extra noise during the night.
- Tara (8/5): Needs - The place is nice, but the a/c makes a lot of noise, and the hallways smell funky. It would be great if they had the vending machines back, as they provide more options when you need drinks and snacks.

- Richard (6/5): Overnight stay - Our stay was great but paying $20 to park is ridiculous!! Never again!!
- Ichari (10/5): - The mattress in the master bedroom was sunken in and it was not possible to rest properly. Everything else was excellent.
- Christina (10/5): - We were there for a concert at Hard Rock Live. We were permitted to check in early so we could make our VIP time window for the show. The staff was very accommodating!

- Jessinta (8/5): - The pros: staff extremely nice and approachable. Location is central and able to walk to everything. Safe area. Clean. The breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast The cons: elevators are not a/c, down button for elevator on 4th floor not working and seemed it has been out of order for awhile, bathroom tub and bathroom sink not draining, bathroom sink faucet leaking advised of leak and 3 times. All tv stations did not come through on the bedroom TV.

- Elaine (6/5): Find another place to stay. - Upon arrival front desk staff was friendly. When we started walking towards the elevators that’s when I realized I made a poor choice in choosing this hotel. The elevator button was not working, had to use other elevator. When we got to our 4th floor the hallway had a fishy/ musty / sewer odor. No ventilation in the hallway and it’s humid. When entering the room I noticed that the smoke detector in the living room was covered with a trash bag. No cups or ice bucket. One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty. The beds weren’t too uncomfortable but the pillows were flat with no fluff, Volume on Tv in the room did not work with the remote, had to manually put the volume up on the tv. I took my kids to the pool and when I got in the pool the water was hot.
- Kimberley (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay here, only a couple of things were off for us. 1 - the carpets/hallways had a musty smell, which we think may be from the constant wetting from persons in and out of the pool. 2 - paying for parking, we have never stayed at a hotel and have to pay for parking at the hotel, however, we can understand that being where the hotel is located and parking is limited, this is how they ensure guests have secure parking. Otherwise, the staff are all amazing! They even sent my husband a lovely gift bag for his birthday! Whenever we come to Orlando again, we will stay here for sure.
- Lillian (6/5): - The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. However, the hotel could really use a deep cleaning, as some areas felt a bit neglected. With more attention to cleanliness, this place would be a much better stay.
