- HzMartin (8/5): Not bad for first experience - We chose this property due to proximity to the place of business and because of affordability at the time of booking. The place is quite outdated and worn out, just the same served the purpose of stay. The bed and duvet is comfortable. The breakkfast was included and fresh waffle (DIY) is a nice addition to the menu. The property has parking for guests, a grab n go (drinks, few essentials, snacks) at the reception. It would have been nice if the quantity of the amenity (shampoo and conditioner) matched the room guests. One 22ml for each (shampoo and coditioner) for two guests surely was insufficient. I opted not to ask since we were staying for two nights only. It's not a deal breaker but nice touch to anticipate guests' needs. The airconditioning is really good. Though the room was clean there was a strange smell that I could not describe but got rid off with a spray of perfume. We stayed at 112 and could hear the floor above us creaking whenever there's movement in the room. The disposable cups in the breakfast room and guest room had a strange/peculiar smell that affects the taste of the beverage (coffee or tea).

The location was superb and i would recommend it to those who would like to get around Beverly Hills. There’s an Erewhon just across, and The Grove and Farmer’s Market. Upon Check in ~ Christy from the Front desk was very kind and we got a clean and spacious room. Everything else was convenient as well! Good value for the quality of room and service! Upon Check out ~ Bridgette Joy was also very kind and let us store our luggage while we had brunch. Recommend 5/5 👌🏻

The staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. A special thank you to Ms. Bridget Joy and Ms. Christy, who were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay—they truly made us feel welcome. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for after a long day out. Housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping everything in order. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s perfect if you don’t have a car, with easy access to The Grove, Farmers Market, Erewhon, restaurants, and public transportation. Getting around was very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

There was breakfast as well, though I didn't get to take advantage. The room had a bad odor, and smelled like bleach was used to cover it up. Toilet kept running, which just needed a little tap on the latch inside each time. Super thin walls, and a large gap between the bottom of my room's door and floor meant I was hearing everything happening in the hallway through the night.

- fradelma (2/5): Never Again - i'd been there with 13 rooms for my music touring needs from oct. 19th to oct. 22th. 1st night wake up with bed bugs bite, then 2nd night back late night in my room and discovered an army of Termites everywhere as showed in pictures....asked to have a room changed and situation improve a little bit expect for bathroom's cockroach, similar situation for a couple of other rooms from our touring party . Once back I'd write to best western about this explaining my concerning about the situation and about public health: sincerely thinking that an hotel like this can't stay open to the public. Best western replied my to contact hotel management, i'd contacted hotel management and a lady replied me back telling me that she want to take care of this. based on this i'd asked just to have money back at least of the 3 most disastrous room situation, from this and also with multiple mail from my side everyone from hotel disappeared.....More than the termites, the cockroach and the bed bugs the total lack of support on this is that's what hurt me the most. For living i'm a professional traveler, as my email to best western and to hotel management i'm not a trouble maker and or someone that complain respecting business and people work but sincerely i'd never experience such horrible situation and i think that no one deserve this considering , also, that hotel on our staying got a 185 usd room daily rate
- Wander605378 (4/5): Clean but Extremely Basic — Not Suitable for More Than a One-Night Stay - I chose this hotel based on price, and while it met my minimal need—a place to sleep for one night—I would not stay here again. The few positives: The location is convenient, the staff were pleasant, and the room (106) was clean. But there were many issues: Very small room: Room 106 is quite small; the front desk clerk mentioned it was the largest room on the property. That’s concerning, because it already feels cramped. Poor furnishings and layout: The bed and pillows were passable for a single night but would not be comfortable for a longer stay. There is no real seating—only a counter/desk with a stool and no chair at all. There is no closet or wardrobe, only a few wall pegs with hangers and no usable drawers. Even the frame around the bathroom mirror was peeling. Harsh, unpleasant lighting: Both the ceiling fixture and bedside light use bright daylight-white LEDs. The bedside light is a bare bulb with no shade or dimmer. The result is an environment that feels more like an operating room than a place to relax. Plumbing concerns: The sink faucet appears to have been serviced incorrectly; it only produced warm water, never hot. The shower handle had significant play and rotated without effect until the very end, where I was finally able to get hot water. Functional, but clearly the result of poorly executed repairs. Sloppy cosmetic work: The walls showed numerous amateurish paint and repair jobs. These didn’t affect functionality but added to the overall impression of neglect. Cheaply installed TV: The TV is a basic Insignia model that worked fine but is mounted to the side wall on a fixed (non-articulating) bracket. Because there’s no chair in the room, the only viable place to watch is from the bed — and the TV can’t be angled toward it. Bottom line: While the hotel served its purpose for one night, I would not return. I would rather spend a little more for a property that offers a comfortable, functional room.

Le petit déjeuner est simple mais complet et meilleur que dans d'autres hôtels équivalents. La climatisation dégageait une odeur désagréable, impossible de l'utiliser. Le frigo ne fonctionnait vraiment pas fort et la chambre était assez petite, je trouve que les photos sont trompeuses. De plus, le parking "first come first serve" peut devenir un problème, même si nous n'en avons rencontré aucun.

Bushalte voor de deur en winkelcentrum The Grove op loopafstand. Het was best duur voor wat je kreeg. We hebben meerdere hotels gehad en dit was een mwah. Het personeel en ligging maakte het goed.

This small and cosy hotel with its central location offers you free parking, a good breakfast and is also clean. You always an go to the reception and the help is great in all belongings. This experience was not expected for this small hotel, but really appreciated.

- Rodney (1/5): Slecht onderhouden en kakkerlakken - De parkeergelegenheid was top De algehele staat van het hotel was erg slecht, deuren die niet goed sluiten, veel insecten en kakkerlakken aanwezig. De nacht portier was vreselijk.
- Hayden (6/5): - The location was nice. Right next to a nice mall. Parking was horrible. There’s only 3 parking spaces behind the hotel and a small lot under the hotel that is incredibly difficult to get in and out of. If these few spot are full you have to find parking in the crowded neighborhood. I had to park almost half a mile away and walk to the hotel in the middle of the night. Probably won’t stay here again due to that issue.
- Camila (10/5): - Quarto bom e limpo, cama boa, os produtos de higiene tinham um cheiro muito agradável, gostei Não tenho do que reclamar, somente uma observação é a quantidade de mesas do café da manhã, tem apenas 3 e logo já encheu e não sobrou espaço para comer sentado.
- Kimberley (4/5): Each to their own. Definitely not for us. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a very run down building, including the rooms and bathroom. The room had a weird smell and super noisy especially since people seem to check in at any time do the day or night so you hear them dragging their bags and slamming their doors at all hours of the night and early morning. Also we had some cockroach visitors in the bathroom in the night 🫣 eek

- Piotr (1/5): - Nothing. Literally. Everything was dirty, old, sticky, the windows wouldn't close properly, so you could hear everything that was happening on the street. A terrible place. After seeing the rooms, we ran away from there. We didn't even stay for an hour. I am travelling for more than 11 years as a traveler. I also work for big touroperator. This was one of the nastiest looking room i've ever seen.

- Vacation29475784572 (10/5): Nice, Convenient Stay Close to Everything - I had to book the same night but the hotel was very accommodating. We were checked in quickly and service was great even though we showed up late and the price was very reasonable. Our room was nice and clean and we were close to lots of entertainment and food options. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The included parking and breakfast were a pleasant surprise. Bridgette Joy was very friendly and helpful with our checkout process and made sure we had a great stay and rest of our day after.

- Lucas (9/5): - As funcionárias eram pessoas gentis e dispostas a ajudar! Recebi algumas encomendas no hotel enquanto estive fora e sem problemas ou cobranças extras, como já me ocorreu em outros hotéis. O café da manhã é simples, nada extraordinário, porém atende bem as necessidades. A garagem possui poucas vagas, não sendo possível todos os hóspedes deixarem o carro lá dentro e sua saída é MUITO estreita, precisando ser feitas algumas manobras para evitar de ser mais um dos que colide o carro nas paredes (as marcas contam histórias). Os quartos são relativamente pequenos, mas não atrapalha a hospedagem. Poderiam ter mais locais para armazenar as roupas e utensílios, como fiquei um período curto acabava deixando na própria mala e retirava conforme o necessário.
- Monika (7/5): Prima für 3 Tage L.A - Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht den Walk of Fame in wenigen Fahrkilometern, Observatorium und Venice Beach in ca. 30 Minuten. Zimmer war klein aber ok. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse reichlich….. ….abgesehen von den Bergen an Verpackungsmüll und Einmalgeschirr. Da sollte einfach einer mal den Anfang machen und das ändern!!
