Prices fluctuate but I will stay if the price is reasonable. Carpets are getting a bit dirty especially in lift lobby level 8. In the room, there were stains.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive, but two ladies truly stood out for their exceptional assistance: Sarmia and Shalini. Both Sarmia and Shalini were incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Whether it was answering our questions, assisting with requests, or just providing that genuine, friendly service, they assisted us gratefully with a smile every time. Their kindness and professionalism really enhanced our experience and made us feel well taken care of. The hotel itself is conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. - WestCoastAlex17 (10/5): A beautiful holiday - Took my mum here for a 70th birthday treat. We spent ten days at the Redezvous Hotel Singapore and couldn't fault a thing. I had temporarily booked the Redezvous Orchard hotel, but ended up sticking to this one due to convenience to the Bencoolen & Bras Basah MRT stations. For what we needed, it was fantastic. Getting around via "Grab" or the trains was so good. I had us booked in the club twin room- worth every cent. I was unsure at first but the ability to use a club lounge for breakfast instead of the main rat race downstairs, afternoon tea and then a drinks hour at night was brilliant. A smaller selection for breakky but still so much to choose from. We enjoyed the peace and quiet first thing. The pool was awesome and open for majority of the day/night. Our room was clean, beds firm but comfy and the bathroom wasn't cramped. Included with the club upgrade was a daily mini bar refill and two pieces of laundry each day which was returned promptly that night. The staff make this hotel a very warm and welcoming place. A special shoutout to Santhi- our club host for the majority of the time we were there. What a beautiful human. Thankyou for the wonderful memories. I cannot wait to return to Singapore and stay here.

The housekeeping team did an excellent job changing the bed sheets every day and keeping the room nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay again.

- wwnwinnie (6/5): Confusing Hotel Key Card Experience During Our Stay - During the trip, my nasal allergy flared up, so I hurried back to the room to get my medicine. When I tried to use the key card to enter the elevator, I found that the card had expired, so I had to go to the front desk to resolve it. Coincidentally, it was check-in time, and there was a long queue. The staff had no intention of opening a new line. Finally, when I reached the counter, the staff told us that the room card we were holding was wrong—it wasn’t for our room number. We were very confused: if that was the case, why were we able to enter the room yesterday when we checked in? Then, when we went back up to the room, we found that it had been cleaned, even though we hadn’t requested it. So what exactly happened?

They provided a smooth check-in and kindly upgraded me to a Junior Suite, which was a lovely surprise. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out—highly recommended!

THIS IS YOUR HOME IN SINGAPORE.... the staffs TREAT YOU AS THEIR FAMILY starts with a beautiful welcome smile making you feel you are at home.. great smile from Ms VALERIE and she informs you on everything regarding your stay the ever helpful Mr Gaffar.. he greets and offers assistance without being told the Club Lounge staffs are so accommodating.. Mr Anthony always smiling and cheerful words (like a brother) Ms Santi cares like a mother... ask her anything and she informs you correctly.. Ms Si Jie is so warm and too fast to assist .. Ms Tina of housekeeping.. our room is so tidy.. all consumables replaced... trustworthy.. Rendezvous Hotel with a bus stop rihht at the hotel's exit door.. a few steps to tye left is Becoolen MRT station a few steps are convenient 7-11 store, a steak house... a mini mall... PERFECT STAY WILL ALWAYS BE CHERISHED AND A MUST REPEAT RENDEZVOUS!!!
- O8668ZYstephenb (8/5): Hotel Rendezvous - Singapore - This hotel is perfectly located and central to a lot of what Singapore has to offer, with close proximity to MRT stations and Bus stops. The room is clean and neat, with very little noise heard from outside. The beds and pillows are very comfy and coupling with the low noise levels, allows for a good sleeping environment.

- Balisue409 (10/5): Wonderful stay as always - Wonderful stay, as always This was probably my sixth visit to Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, and I keep coming back for good reason. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and roomy, and the hotel has such a welcoming feel. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was lovely, but Andrew in the Club Room deserves a special mention. He went above and beyond to tend to even our littlest needs, always with warmth, care, and genuine attention. It made our stay feel extra special. Rendezvous continues to be one of my favourite places to stay in Singapore, and I’m already looking forward to returning.
- Traveler40186583989 (10/5): Wedding Ballroom + Stay - We held our wedding at Rendezvous Hotel Ballroom and it was a very pleasant experience, from the venue atmosphere, to the customer service. We had a few rooms booked for family members to stay, and the checking-in process was seamless and the staff at Rendezvous was really helpful. A memorable staff that helped us throughout our stay was Mr Anthony. Not only did he ensure that our hotel check-ins were smooth, but he went further in extending his service with the wedding setup itself. He helped us print out a coloured version of our the dessert menu, which enhanced our dessert section, and when it was time for us to check-out the following morning, he helped us with our bags and even offered to prepare our rides home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience at Rendezvous Hotel and we hope to come back again.

A special thank you to Chrizel, Anthony, Dayang, Tina, and Sijie for their exceptional hospitality — their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference and added a personal touch to our experience. We loved the thoughtful surprises in our room, especially the honeymoon wine and delicate macarons, which made us feel so spoilt. The swan towel arrangement on the bed was another lovely and romantic gesture that made our stay even more memorable. It’s the little details and heartfelt service that truly set this hotel apart. We felt completely pampered and appreciated every moment. Highly recommend for couples celebrating a special occasion!

I just want to say.. the service here at Rendezvous is so good, even our friends and family complimented as well! A few mention to the staff, Dennis who helped us so much during our planning process to ensure that we have a wonderful and fun wedding and for letting us do crazy march in ideas 😅 thank you for your wonderful help! Shoutout to the club lounge staff, Anthony, Santhi, Rudy, Rana Naz & concierge, Samsudin! Thank you for making our stay comfortable and making sure that we have a good rest after the wedding. Thank you for the seamless check in and out process, for making sure we always have drinks/water, for ensuring that our March-ins were smooth and for supporting our crazy ideas like the beer pouring 🤪🤣 Can’t express how thankful we are and grateful we are, having rendezvous as our wedding venue and it’s been a dream!! We’ll definitely recommend to our friends this hotel for their wedding venue hehe 🫶🏻

The hotel is in a fantastic location and if I’m ever back in Singapore, I would book it again. Conveniently has shops downstairs and is in an area with plenty cafes. Staff were very nice and helpful. I only stayed one night without breakfast so I didn’t really make use of the amenities.

- TakitorLeavit (8/5): Ideal location for getting around Singapore - The location is excellent with the Bencoolen MRT adjacent to the hotel. Gardens By The Bay for example can be reached in 25 minutes from room to Supertree Grove. Breakfast was limited in variety as was food the club lounge, but it meant that we didn't need to search for food when it was raining, and the wine flowed freely in the evening which is a bonus in Singapore.

The whole place feels calm and relaxing, with a nice artistic touch — there’s beautiful artwork and tasteful decor everywhere you look, which gives it a charming, boutique-like vibe. What truly stood out was the service. I would highly appreciate their staff, Si Jie who was not just professional, but genuinely warm and thoughtful, and you could feel that they really cared. It made the experience all the more memorable.
