Chenmei (9/5): Exceptional - The deluxe room is exceptional for three of us. Huge and beautiful 3-bedroom apartment. It’s completely excelled our expectation overall. Nothing significant, but we would strongly suggest the host to change some of the towers that are not possible to clean anymore even with gums stick inside, and the ones that are badly torn. If the host wishes to add further comfort to the future guests, some hangers, a full body sized mirror, and some hooks at the entrance as well we in the bedroom to hang in jacket would be highly appreciated.

Laia (3/5): Falta d’higiene, no compleix amb les espectatives - Localització L’allotjament a Praga, anunciat per a 8 persones, deixa molt a desitjar en diversos aspectes importants, especialment pel que fa a la neteja, el manteniment i el descans. La cuina és molt limitada per a la capacitat de l’allotjament, ja que només disposa d’una olla petita i no hi ha paelles, cosa que dificulta molt cuinar amb comoditat per a un grup de 8 persones. A més, la cafetera estava bruta, igual que la nevera, que no presentava unes condicions higièniques adequades. També es van trobar tovalloles brutes i fins i tot estripades dins de l’armari, fet que dona una sensació de poca cura i deixadesa en la preparació de l’allotjament. Pel que fa al bany, l’aixeta perd aigua constantment i no hi havia sabó al lavabo. La neteja general dels banys era insuficient i millorables en molts aspectes. A tot això s’hi suma el mal estat d’alguns elements de l’allotjament, com les cortines, que estaven trencades. Un altre dels grans problemes és el soroll durant la nit. És pràcticament impossible descansar correctament per la quantitat de gent cridant, donant cops i movent mobles fins a altes hores. La sensació és que és un allotjament orientat principalment a gent jove que busca festa, i no pas a famílies o persones que visiten la ciutat amb la intenció de descansar després de passar el dia fent turisme. Si la teva prioritat és conèixer Praga i dormir tranquil, aquest allotjament no és una bona opció. En conjunt, l’experiència queda força afectada per la manca de manteniment, neteja i confort, aspectes que haurien de millorar considerablement.

Smidigt med kod till boendet så man slapp nyckel, när man checkade ut så stängde man bara dörren vilket var bra då det var ca 6 minuters promenad från incheckning till själva boendet. Ganska eftersatt lägenhet, halvtaskiga sängar, diskmaskinen var trasig, det läkte från (gissningsvis) ett av handfaten. Ok för en natt och det pris vi betalade för 6 personer!

Ahonen (7/5): Keskeinen paikka, hyvä lyhyellä lomalla. - Sijainti oli loistava, lyhyt matka nähtävyyksiin, ravintoloihin, kahviloihin ja kauppaan. Peruskuntoinen asunto. Erillinen wc ja suihkuhuone toimivat hyvin. Pyyhkeet olivat ihan uudet. Ympäristö ja asunto olivat siistejä. Asunnossa normaali kahvinkeitin, mutta suodatinpapereita ei saanut lähikaupoista vaan niitä joutui oikein hakemalla hakemaan. Kuului jonkin verran melua alakerran ravintolan sisäpihalta keittiö-olohuoneeseen sekä käytävältä. Eteisessä olisi saanut olla naulakko. TV:tä emme saaneet toimimaan, mutta ei haitannut. Keittiössä oli paljon käytön jälkiä, mutta emme varsinaisesti kokanneet niin ei haitannut. Jääkapin pakastelokerosta puuttui ovi, joten kaappi kävi aika kylmänä.

EVA MARIA (8/5): Para una noche máximo - Está muy bien ubicado y es muy bonito y limpio No está bien insonorizado y se encuentra en un edificio donde hay un bar con música en directo en pleno centro. Hay música hasta las 1 o 2 de la mañana y se oye mucho. No puedes descansar. También se oye a la gente hablando desde la calle y a los comensales del bar.

Whitney (6/5): Groot centraal gelegen appartement - Het appartement is enorm centraal gelegen. Achter het centrale plein van Praag. Veel bezienswaardigheden zijn te voet te bereiken! Het appartement is ook erg ruim. Fijn om een lekkere bank, grote eettafel en heerlijke bedden te hebben. Bij aankomst was de verwarming defect. De host verholp dit wel vrij vlot. De vaatwasser was defect en kon niet meer gemaakt worden.

Zagarese (10/5): Ottima. - L'appartamento molto bello pieno di luce e dalle finestre era possibile vedere la bellissima Praga, poiche' situato all' un ultimo piano. Ottima posizione,vicino al centro. Pulito e spazioso con 9 posti letto ma noi eravamo solo 4. Mancavano i saponi per la doccia e phon.
Danielle (8/5): Fijn appartement in het centrum van Praag - Fijne locatie, middenin de stad. Ruim appartement dat er goed uitziet Het is moeilijk te vinden, je moet echt de tuin van het restaurant in. Daarnaast is het één grote ruimte waar alle bedden ook instaan. Je slaapt dus met je medereizigers in één ruimte. Er is maar 1 toilet/badkamer op de bovenverdieping. Vervelend ook dat het inchecken op een andere locatie is, op vijf minuten loopafstand.

Mi dispiace doverlo dire perché nel complesso l’appartamento è carino, basterebbe qualche accortezza in più. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia l’ho trovato polveroso, per una persona che era con me è stato difficile soggiornare in quanto allergica. Poca pressione dell’acqua calda. Scendeva veramente pochissimo, sia nella doccia sia nel lavandino del bagno. Il bidet perdeva acqua. L’appartamento é molto freddo, i termosifoni non funzionano. Capisco che siamo a metà aprile ma a Praga, purtroppo, fa ancora parecchio freddo nonostante il periodo. Infine, trovo che la scala che conduceva al piano superiore fosse al quanto pericolante… non completamente in sicurezza. Cigolava particolarmente mentre salivamo o scendevamo. Per il resto il soggiorno è stato pressoché, nel complesso, tranquillo. Vi consiglio giusto qualche accortezza in più perché avete davvero una bella base. Saluti dall’Italia
Ali Bahadır (8/5): Prag da yürüyerek müthiş 2 gün . - Mükemmel konum, Prag merkezi yürüyerek gezdik, iki katlı geniş bir suit odada kaldık, çocuklar ve eşimle rahat ettik. Hemen altında aynı isimli restoran ayrıca iyiydi . Bar gece 2 ye kadar açıktı . Ağırlıklı ahşap ses yapıyordu , merkezi olması dışarıdan gelen seslerden rahatsız olmanıza sebep olabilir .
Yoni (8/5): Het perfecte verblijf voor een vrijgezellenweekend. - De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Een toilet voor 7 mannen is wat weinig. Het water in de douche werd snel koud.

Dounya (4/5): - Appartement propre et très bien situé, avec une excellente proximité des points d’intérêt. Nous avons été déçus car le logement ne correspondait pas à notre réservation : nous avions réservé deux chambres et un salon, et après avoir insisté pour en avoir la confirmation (qui nous a été donnée), nous n’avons finalement eu qu’une seule chambre. Le check-in, à effectuer dans un autre lieu, n’est également pas pratique et entraîne un déplacement inutile surtout après un long voyage(une solution de check-in en ligne avec formulaire à remplir à l’avance et envoi des codes d’accès serait beaucoup plus simple). Dommage, car l’emplacement et la propreté sont de vrais points positifs.

Ngadhënjim (8/5): - Overall, everything was in order. The location was perfect with easy access to the city, the rooms were clean, and everything was neatly organized in its proper place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious and of high quality. Overall, there were some things I didn't like, but it wasn't bad, the dislikes were minor, the refrigerator didn't work, there should be a wheelchair ramp on the ground floor stairs.

Chicco78 (9/5): Pasqua a Praga - Posizione ottima, host gentile e disponibile, appartamento comodo per 4 persone. Cucina spaziosa, salottino e due camere indipendenti. Pulito da consigliare. Pecche solo da ricercare e non indispensabili, miscelatore acqua calda difficile da trovare temperatura ideale sopratutto per i bambini, termostato riscaldamento, e mancanza macchinetta del caffè, ma presente bollitore, scalda toast forno ecc…
Thomas (7/5): Für Backpacker gut geeignet - Sehr großes Apartment, mit insgesamt 8 Schlafplätzen, verteilt auf zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche ist vorhanden, wenn auch nur sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Bad und WC sind getrennt, so kann man mit mehreren Personen ein besseres Zeitmanagement betreiben. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt in der Altstadt, nicht weit weg von der Karlsbrücke. Die Betten sind arg in die Jahre gekommen und extrem durchgelegen. Durch das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist es recht laut. Auch Gäste(gruppen), die nachts nach ausgedehnten Kneipentouren betrunken zurückkommen sind ein Lärmärgernis. Insgesamt könnte die Unterkunft ein bisschen sauberer sein.
Janett (7/5): - Preis Leistung, 9 Betten waren in der Unterkunft. Zimmer groß geschnitten, ideal für mehrere Personen. Sehr großes Bad. Unterkunft war stadtnah Sehr laut durch Touristen bis in den frühen Morgenstunden hinein. Kirche ist in der Nähe und früh um 6 Uhr morgens auch sehr laut. Kein Duschgel vorhanden. Teller passen nicht in die Mikrowelle .

Katja (5/5): Sehr zentral und billig, aber mit Abstrichen. - Es war super zentral und sehr billig. Es gab genügend Toilettenpapier und genügend Spülmittel. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral, man kommt überall gut hin. Es gab genügend Betten und die Küche war groß genug. An sich war die Wohnung auch ganz nett eingerichtet. Nixht besonders modern, aber irgendwie nett. Die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt und wur haben etliche Dinge von Vormietern gefunden, sogar einen Pass. Es war ziemlich laut, und man hat alles aus dem Treppenhaus gehört (andefe Touristen). Das W-Lan war schlecht und ging nur in der Küche, wenn überhaupt. Die Wohnung war kalt und ziemlich dunkel. Die Turklinke im Bad ist halb abgefallen und hat uns immer mal wieder Schreckmomente beschert.

La ducha por ejemplo pierde agua y no tiene presión, no es barato y debería estar más cuidado. Valentina (8/5): Soggiorno soddisfacente - L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato (ce ne sono diversi nel condominio, quindi si tratta della nostra esperienza personale) era in un ottima posizione, nel pieno centro della città è facile da raggiungere. Lo staff è stato molto d’aiuto e reattivo alle nostre domande. L’appartamento in sé è spazioso, il nostro con 6 posti letto (adatto quindi al nostro gruppo di 6), letti molto morbidi, con cucina (utile per chi volesse cucinare) e due bagni, con doccia e bidet. L’appartamento era ben riscaldato, e con le dotazioni essenziali (asciugamani e lenzuola puliti). L’appartamento è situato sopra un pub, comodo anche per un pasto o una birra veloce, che fa anche da deposito bagagli gratuito. In generale, lo consiglio per gruppi di ragazzi o famiglie che hanno necessità di un posto conveniente e in un ottima posizione per visitare al meglio la città. Aggiungerei un asciugacapelli tra le dotazioni, in linea generale è stato silenzioso e tranquillo a parte qualche altro ospite che ha fatto rumore nelle scale, che tuttavia non sono responsabilità dei proprietari.

silvia (7/5): - L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Praga a pochi passi dalla piazza dell'orologio e dalle zona di maggiore attrazione L'appartamento non dispone di tende e quindi la mattina ci si ritrova con la luce appena sale il sole, inoltre l'appartamento risultava freddo
Ngadhënjim (9/5): - The environment in the hotel was correct, the coffee downstairs gave it a good boost, the location was also okay, our expectations were okay. Overall, there were some things I didn't like, but overall it was okay, the dislikes were minor, I think there should have been shampoo and more towels for the residents.
