• Natália (10/5): Excelente - Apartamento limpo, tudo novo, cama e travesseiros excelentes. O apartamento é de carpete, mas estava limpo, eu sou alérgica e não tive problema. Os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e fazem de tudo para que você se sinta à vontade. O hotel fica muito pertinho da Torre, mas para o Louvre são cerca de 3,2 km. Nada, tudo foi perfeito.

• Kolluru VL (7/5): Enjoyed the stay but a bit pricey for the facilities. - The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. It is literally in the shadow of the Eiffel tower and within walking distance to several attractions. The street is quiet, and the hotel is well connected by Metro. The rooms are small but adequate. The furniture, except for the bed, would serve one person, even though the room was marked for double occupancy. The bathroom is poorly designed and inconvenient to use.

• TrailBlazer165385 (8/5): Great location for the Eiffel tower - The location is perfect and only about a 10/15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was good value for money. My only problem was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable but apart from that it was a basic but lovely room. The pizza restaurant opposite the hotel had the best pizza I have ever had. I had 3 pizzas in 3 days.

• Kathleen (1/5): Very dirty stay! - Carpet was very dirty and noticed as soon as I walked in. In the 2 days of staying there I didn’t see or hear a vacuum at all. Thick dust/ dirt on every surface- tv, baseboards, window edges. Door handles dirty- bathroom and entry door Shower moldy caulking. Curtains dirty and one off it’s track Hallway lights shut off in 5 seconds while looking for keys. I wanted to mention how unhappy I was but in the reviews I read that the staff is quite rude. This was the last few days of our honeymoon and I wished we chose another hotel to stay at for the price. The photos are very misleading

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the standard room is comfortable and satisfactory. I would certainly return for a future stay. The reception guy was helpful. The size of the shower and the door could benefit from improvement. The shower door does not close properly, which results in water spilling onto the bathroom floor.

• 934lexied (4/5): Go somewhere else - Awful hotel. Despite it being a cheap hotel, the services are not up to standard. The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and treated us with no kindness throughout our stay. He was grunting at us and being blunt and rude. He made my boyfriend pay city tax despite him being 17 and clearly stating moments before that only 18+ had to pay. He was horrible and ruined our stay. The room itself was disgusting. There were stains on the bed, mould in the bathroom and generally just dirty walls. Near the metro which is good. But metro is full of homeless people camping under it. Shouting aggressively and urinating up the walls. Noise from hotel was quiet but you could hear as soon as you left. Breakfast was disgusting. Rude staff as always that just pointed to a table with a dirty look. Limited choices, 2 pastries and egg and sausage. Pastries were stale and dry. “Hot” food was not hot and tasted DISGUSTING. Would not reccomend the hotel at all but especially not the breakfast. The plates and cups at breakfast were dirty, black stuff all inside and my plate still had crumbs on. When i swapped the plate , the worker on breakfast in his office started talking to someone and looking at us with a nasty look on his face. awful service i could not approach him to say the problem. room looks nothing like how it was advertised. not impressed. i’d save your money and go elsewhere

It is situated very close to the Eiffel Tower, one of the main tourist attractions in Paris. Thanks to this central location, the hotel is also very well connected to public transportation, with several metro lines and bus options nearby, making it easy to get around the city without needing taxis. Aside from the location, however, there is little else to recommend this hotel. I’m not even sure where to begin. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was consistently unfriendly from start to finish. During check-in, I was barely acknowledged. The receptionist preparing my key card was on what seemed to be a private phone call, laughing and not behaving professionally. The biggest issue, however, was the room itself. When I arrived, I discovered that the window was broken and could not be opened. The room was very hot and stuffy, making it uncomfortable to stay. When I returned to reception to report this, I was told they were already aware of the issue and that nothing could be done—no alternatives or solutions were offered on the spot. Well, I had to request a room change myself, as the air in the room was unbearable. The staff member handling this was visibly irritated and became even more unfriendly during the interaction, which made the situation quite uncomfortable. Although I was eventually given another room with a working window, the experience left a negative impression. The room itself was acceptable overall, but the shower design was poor—since it is only partially enclosed with a glass panel, water easily splashes outside even with careful use. Unfortunately, the unfriendliness continued at check-out. When I asked to store my luggage, the receptionist again appeared annoyed. He didn’t communicate clearly, simply walked off to the storage area without saying anything, leaving me unsure whether to follow. When I returned later to collect my bags, the interaction felt rushed and abrupt, as if I was being hurried out. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had and i've stayed in many different hotels around the world.

• Portna (8/5): Розташування топ, персонал привітний - Розташування дійсно топ, я не сильно придала значення коментарям до поїздки, коли писали, що дуже зручне розташування, але це дійсно так. Париж дуже великий і дуже важливо, аби станція метро була поруч і тут вона в 2х хвилинах. Трохи здивувало, що не змінили нам рушники, а лише гарно положили назад. І дуже дивний запах від рушників був(можливо такий пральний засіб). Але персонал дуже привітний і дуже допомагали, ми змогли залишити наш багаж, бо виселення було зарано, а наш потяг був.

Even has a small lift in case you've got luggage. Housekeeping staff were prompt; and the staff at the reception were hospitable. Not much to report - it was a short stay.

Номер чистый и опрятный, нареканий нет Не самая лучшая шумоизоляция номеров, разговоры под дверью и даже в соседнем номере несколько раз помешали отдохнуть. Размеры номера достаточно небольшие, но не критично. Есть отели еще меньше.

• kevandmaz (10/5): Great location & nice hotel - This hotel is in a great location. Lots of cafes and bars nearby and virtually next to Dupleix metro station that will either get you to the main sites or connecting stations that will. Paris is expensive and you are looking around 10 euro plus for a cafe breakfast of croissant and coffee. So the euro 15 breakfast at the hotel is great value as you get unlimited tea- coffee- juice plus pastries and scrambled egg,bacon,cold meats,cheeses,fruit and yogurt. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room has a safe,kettle,mini fridge and hairdryer. Bed was really comfy and the area was quiet. There isn’t a bar in the hotel but we were not bothered. Book online for free entrance for Notre Dame around 3 days before you arrive and save yourself the big queue as there is a separate line and much quicker. We booked a Seine cruise and Louvre guided entrance through Paris city vision and again saved a lot of queues. Booked Moulin Rouge through get your guide and got a great deal and loved it. We travelled with an EasyJet holidays package and added with them a private transfer and everything was seamless. La vie en rose !

• Niraaj (5/5): - The location is really close to the eiffel tower The breakfast was also really good . The staff named Pradip was really nice . He was really nice to talk to. He generally wanted to help and listened to us . With a heavy heart I write this cause this was my first time in France . When I came to check in the staff I don't know his name was really rude , he in no way wanted to be there . When asked any type of question his response would be dismissive and rude . So much so that it was stressful seeing him in the desk rather than other staff . I was there for 3 days , and thank God he was only there for a day and half . Also in my room the toilet door couldn't be shut properly and the toilet clogged .No daily room cleaning as well . And when the toilet clogged it overflowed . We had to demand to get other room. It's sad that the location is so good and our trip was really fun but the only thing that was stressing was the hotel experience.
