- Rob (9/5): Prima hotel voor een stedentrip! - Goed hotel centraal gelegen in London. Goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en 20 min lopen van St. Pancras. Kamer die wij hadden was klein (normaal voor London), maar had alles wat je nodig hebt om van een stedentrip te kunnen genieten. Bedden waren prima, badkamer was goed en het was er schoon. Er is ons niet veel tegen gevallen. Het enige dat ik me kan bedenken is dat het verkeer van de drukke weg naast het hotel, zelfs met dichte ramen nog goed te horen was en dat de airco er veel geluid produceerde. Maar goed, wat wil je als je aan een drukke straat in London verblijft.

- Kiera (7/5): Not for light sleepers - Mixed review. The hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to most things and really close to tube lines. I stayed in the suite which was a really nice room with plenty of space, the free items on arriving (eye mask, lip balm, chocolate, slippers, prosecco, fruit bowl etc) were such a lovely touch. I was even able to check in earlier than 11am and the staff at every stage from check in to restaurant to chefs at breakfast were all lovely. Breakfast was a great variety and really enjoyed the omelette station. The pool and sauna area were a lovely treat and the biggest selling point for me. It was so incredibly noisy in the room with road noise! I’m not sure if this was because of the side of the building I was on (I was looking out onto Victoria House), but it meant I didn’t sleep well at all and had to sleep with ear buds every night. This was a real shame as I’d actually booked there for an exam and was woken up multiple times the night before. I would be tempted to stay again and ask for a hotel room on the other side to see if this was better as like I say the hotel and staff were lovely but if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the place for you.

On the surface, the room was clean but, on closer inspection, there were signs that it wasn’t in pristine condition (towels, bedding etc.) We asked for it to be cleaned properly on our second day, which it was in fairness, but we shouldn’t have had to in the first place.

Room small... bathrom way too small... but the worst part of the stay was the pillows on the bed. 4 pillows provided on the bed and each as hard as rock. Meant that sleeping was very uncomfortable and short due to the horrendous hard pillows.

- Steph (9/5): Very impressed - We got to check into our room 2 and a half hours early, which was a bonus. The room overall was very nice, very clean and the complimentary snacks and water were a nice touch. The coffee machine made amazing coffee, very impressed. The breakfast was excellent with great quality food and options. The whole look of the inside of the hotel is very cool and kept to a great standard. The light bulb above the mirror in the bathroom was not working. Not ideal as there is not a main bright light in there. And it's very small, the door just misses the lip of the shower. Not much room in there at all. The air con unit looked very old and only the on and off button worked. You couldn't change the temperature.

- ANNA (10/5): The Best Hotel in London - This was our 2nd visit and it was as special as the 1st time we stayed. Great welcome from all the staff, the food is excellent and very well priced for a central Hotel in London. Location is so central to everywhere we wanted to visit, with many transport optiions. We walked to lots of places. We will definitely be coming back to stay here, in fact we wouldn't stay anywhere else now when visiting London.

Bir daha gelirsek aynı otelde kalmak isteriz Odamız bina boşluğuna bakıyordu manzara yoktu ama hiç de ses yoktu çok rahat uyuduk . - Sarah (10/5): This hotel is in a perfect location, everywhere is just a short walk away, really nice modern hotel with some great artw - Lovely modern hotel in great location. 20 minute walk from Euston station and 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden. Excellent breakfast facilities and we also enjoyed using the spa area. There is also the rooftop bar, Sabines but unfortunately we didn’t get chance to visit this. We had a drink in the hotel bar and they gave us snacks for free, staff were all really nice. The only issue was our wardrobe was tiny and weird shape so clothes hung at an angle.

They even had a hair iron to lend at reception! Location is absolutely fantastic and we walked everywhere! Bar staff superb and margaritas to die for! Rooftop also lovely, great staff. I would go back here any day! More than highly recommendd! I have not a single thing I would change here!

- eliran (4/5): - הצוות מקסים, שירותי ואדיב. המיקום מעולה. אחלה מיטה המבנה מיושן, החלפנו חדר כי לא היה זרם במקלחת ואז היינו בחדר בלי מים חמים. בכללי הרגיש שהפסליטי לא תאם את המחיר או הכותרת מלון 4 כוכבים. המזגן לא עבד ולא היה חימום בחדר לאורך כל השהות

- Helen (8/5): Great location lovely hotel would just request a room away from the road if stayed again - The location was ideal and perfect walking g distance for everything we wished to visit Our only criticism was the noise level in the room. While we understand we where in London a noisy busy city the noise in the bedroom from the road was much louder than we have experienced in other hotels in London- some double glazed windows wouldn’t go amiss here
- meir (9/5): מלון מרכזי ומומלץ ביותר בלונדון - מיקומו של המלון מרכזי ביותר, בקרבה לתחנת התחתית הולבורן, מרחק הליכה קצרה מקובנט גרדן. המלון מעוצב בטעם טוב, האווירה בו נעימה, הצוות משתף פעולה וארוחת הבוקר, בסגנון בופה, מגוונת. הצוות, ככלל, מקצועי ושירותי. עם זאת ישנם עובדים שראוי "לחדד" אצלם את נושא השירות.

- Anna (6/5): Very nice hotel but very expensive for a hotel without hot water. - Noisy beside my room (104 in the mornings). No hot water in the morning and I was going to a work meeting so did not have time to contact reception for someone to come up. Very disappointed not to have hot water given how much I was paying. Also shocked the price did not include breakfast.

- Margaux (10/5): Très bien! - Tout ! Petit dej de qualité, chambre propre, matelas confortable.
- Anna (7/5): Overall good but not perfect. - Lovely vibe and friendly staff Quite loud at night when motorbikes went past. Also the rooftop bar is very expensive.
- Mark (8/5): Lovely weekend in a cool hotel - Great, contemporary, funky vibe. Daughter got locked in bathroom immediately on arrival and took a while via maintenance man breaking in to free her. Door was ruined so we were given another room on a separate floor, but we were fine with that as the kids now had a separate bed each. Only disappointment was we were never given a formal apology by the hotel management as it was a rather frightening experience for my daughter.
