- Anne (6/5): Good budget option - This is central and relatively quiet hotel at a somewhat ok price, which is hard to find in London. You do hear the rumble of the tube a bit, but it’s pretty darn quiet for this area. The rooms are fairly clean (but some furniture and built in stuff is just too old to get properly cleaned). Rooms are a little dark. — and I had a deluxe on a higher floor — and in need of an update. The carpet is dirty, the furniture heavy and not space efficient, curtains / upholstery kinda gross. But the bathroom was simple and clean (renovated recently) and the bed ok. Lobby and bar really do need an update. But it’s fine for a mid range option in central area. Staff were cheerful as well.

- Carlo (10/5): Ottima soluzione a Marylebone/Fitzrovia - Posizione centrale, vicino alla fermata della metropolitana, in una via tranquilla ma centralissima. Camera ampia, ben arredata, letto comodissimo, luminosa (due finestre sulla strada), silenziosa, struttura alberghiera elegante, bagno ampio con vasca/doccia (ma con pannello in vetro che evita di allagare il bagno), pulizia quotidiana attenta. Prezzo molto invitante (siamo in centro a Londra!). Due ascensori evitano le code "nelle ore di punta". Spazi comuni eleganti e ben tenuti. Non ho usufruito della colazione (ci sono numerosi posticini nelle vicinanze) né del parcheggio (se esiste) né del bar. Pavimento con moquette (ma è così in quasi tutti gli alberghi a questo prezzo a Londra). Faccio fatica a trovare qualche cosa d'altro che non mi è piaciuto, forse potrei segnalare gli arredamenti, sia della camera che delle zone comuni, di stampo "classico" (che per me non è un difetto in assoluto ma senza alcun effetto wow e per qualcuno questo potrebbe essere un difetto)
- Yanick (9/5): Super Unterkunft zum Erkunden der Stadt. - Zimmer war sauber. Vor Allem das Bad war recht modern und hygienisch. Uns persönlich war die Matratze zu weich und man hatte eher das Gefühl auf einer durchgelegenen Matratze zu liegen, aber das ist ja auch alles etwas Geschmackssache.

Não gostei que não havia suportes para colocar as malas, não havia frigobar nos quartos, a roupa de cama veio rasgada em uma das trocas, a comunicação dos funcionários do hotel é quase nula. Tem um dos atendentes na recepção que mal fala o inglês. A segurança no hotel não existe. Você pode entrar e subir no elevador tranquilamente para qualquer andar. Não há pessoas na porta te perguntando para onde vai nem chave de segurança nos elevadores.

- graham (5/5): Nice hotel, excellent location but with an exceptionally tiny 'Superior Double Room' - The location in Fitzrovia was perfect for our needs; the room was exceptionally clean and the wifi was excellent....... Having stayed here before we thought we knew what to expect in terms of a 'Superior Double Room', however this particular Room 215 was absolutely tiny and claustrophobic compared to our 'Superior Double Room' from our last stay. I mentioned it to reception who confirmed that Room 215 was indeed a 'Superior Double Room'. We know that from our last stay that this Room 215 was not the same size room as our previous 'Superior Double Room' stay! However as we were only staying for two nights we 'put up with it' but unfortunately we will not be staying here again which is a just a shame because it is a real nice hotel. In future we will be staying at the Holiday Inn Regent's Park, which is just 50 metres away and a hotel where we have stayed many times over the past 20 years and where a 'Superior Double Room' is a 'Superior Double Room'.......

We did contact the hotel direct to ask some questions about check-in as we were due to arrive in London earlier than the 3pm check-in time. This was not a problem and we were able to drop off our luggage when we arrived. The room was great, plenty of space and storage. The bathroom was good and had a bath with a shower over. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had breakfast on both mornings of our stay. There was a continental option together with a full cooked breakfast, bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns and baked beans. The hotel is located between 2 tube stations, Warren Street and Great Portland Street. Both are conveniently located for London Kings Cross Station A great weekend and a great hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we eould stay here again. We would have no hesitation booking direct with the Hotel.

The way the door is positioned you have to squeeze through a small gap between the door and the shower screen to get to the toilet. I could only just about do it.

Le foto non rispecchiavano la realtà e in bagno mancava persino il phon. Per essere un hotel a 4 stelle, risultano assenti alcuni servizi fondamentali. Detto ciò, i letti erano comodi e la colazione buona. Tuttavia, considerato il prezzo pagato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente.

We had an early start before breakfast served so had a takeaway breakfast... was not value on money.. Asked for extra pillow for medical needs after operation never recieved although told would be brought to room... No parking Other than that perfect....
