• Josipa (8/5): Great stay, would stay again with a large group. - Great location, friendly hosts and presentation of the property was lovely. Breakfast including cereal, milk, bread, bacon, eggs and juice was provided for the first morning for our family of 5 which was a beautiful gesture. Host was very responsive to messages. Steep narrow stairs are just something to be aware of if this is a problem for you.

• Stacey (9/5): - It was big enough for our family. When they say breakfast is provided the first day, we were left one egg per person, three bananas, yogurt, and a couple other things. Appreciated but not enough for 11 or 12 people. The towels are thin and not big enough for adult males. Only other problem is one of the bed comforters had a lot of dust. Otherwise it was a doable place for a big family. Also be prepared for all the stairs.
• Wing Yan (8/5): Great stay for a group, easy access to all key attractions in Osaka - Great location - metro station (Nodahanshin) just around the corner and the JR station (Noda) less than 10 min walk away. Hosts were very thoughtful, even providing breakfast provisions for our first day. We could leave our bags in the property from 12pm whilst the cleaner was still cleaning. For our group of 7, it was useful to have 2 showers and 3 toilets across the 3 levels, ample space for everyone. Property faces a pedestrian street with many fantastic local restaurants all around. Property is across 4 levels, with pretty steep and narrow stairs. My elderly parents struggled slightly but this seems typical of Japanese villas we have stayed in. We had to be careful carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs. There was very little storage space in each bedroom. Hanging rail only in 1 room. Basically had to keep things in our suitcases during our stay. Not a big deal but would be nice to have some more hanging / storage space.

• Kingsley (8/5): Great spot to explore greater Osaka - Great location near multiple train stations. Breakfast was provided for our first morning which was lovely Unfortunately the washing machines dry cycle didn’t work too well which caught us out leaving with a bag of wet clothes. The stairs are very steep too but this didn’t bother us.

• Queena (10/5): Our designated Osaka Home - Our second time staying here, we stayed here last year and loved it! Our family have decided to always stay at this property whenever we are in Osaka. The convenience to the station and 7Eleven and Family Mart is the selling point for us. They’re each a maximum 5min walk away from the property. The property is always equipped with essentials such as house slippers, tooth brush, toothpaste, towels, etc. and even snacks and basic food items in the fridge. The owners really take care of their guests and are super quick with responding to any needs when necessary. The beds are comfy and the blankets are slightly weighted. The rooftop is a nice little hang out area and the rooms are quite spacious. Still a bit dusty around the house like under the beds but nothing else.

• Lydell (10/5): - The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11.

• An (10/5): - The soaps in the bathroom were lovely, and the hosts were very easy to reach when we had questions! They were quick to respond and very professional. The amenities were also very generous, with breakfast items ready for us in the fridge as well as drinks. The location was great because we were very close to konbinis and the metro, making things very convenient and easy to get around. There honestly isn't anything to complain about, we loved our stay!

• Zahli (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location as was a 2 minute walk to the local metro (Nodahashin station) and an 8 minute walk to the larger station (Noda station). staff were very easy to communicate with. Cleanliness of the house was immaculate. They provided heaps of food such as bread, milk, eggs, fruit, juice and muesli, being provided all this food was unexpected and extremely appreciated. It didn’t affect our group as we were out a lot the time however there is no lounge/lounge room but there is amole seating in the dinning room or up on the roof top.

Place is immaculate and offers lots of extras for travellers. - Excellent facilities with lots of attention to detail in every room including wonderful extras like toiletries, linen, towels, breakfast supplies and even liquor supply. So clean and conveniently located to Noda station which is just a stop away from Osaka station. Highly recommend. Stairs are steep and can be challenging for older people or if you have young kids.
• Queena (10/5): Beautiful place, convenient location and super comfortable!! Definitely staying again! - Loved the entire apartment, it was a perfect size for our family of 5 x Adults. There’s a Family Mart just down the street and a 7-Eleven around the corner. The subway and Hanshin Line are less than 5mins walking distance from the apartment also. It’s about a 10min train/subway ride to Osaka Umeda so it’s an ideal spot to stay. The property itself is in good condition, please do bear in mind the stairs are narrow so just be cautious when carrying your suitcases. There’s a balcony on the 3rd floor bedroom and then the rooftop is accessible. They supply an ample amount of towels, face towels, and house slippers. It’s very secure and quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely stay again! Loved the place so much and the owners were great with communication. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful place. Underneath the beds were dusty so even though the rest of the place was clean, the dust did spread from under the beds but nothing too major. Just some of my family members have dust allergies.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent property in a great location - The location of this amazing property is great. Close to train stations. It is located in a quiet and quaint street. It was very spacious and had plenty of rooms. The fridge was stocked with eggs, bacon, juice, milk and eggs. The host also left fresh bread and bananas for us. There is a liquor cabinet that the host encourages you to use. The facilities were great. It was very clean and there were umbrellas that you could use and bikes. There is air con in every room which was good as it was very hot when we were there in Osaka. It was very easy access to get the keys. Highly recommend this property. Not really a dislike but there are a lot of stairs in the property so might be challenging for some people.
• Rosabel (10/5): True Japanese stay in a comfortable, safe location. We will be back! - The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of rooms for our whole family. But the best thing about Villa de Class is the community. We really felt like we were experiencing Japan and its people. There were bikes for our use, running in the morning was pleasant, the streets were quiet but there were so many amazing restaurants and stores nearby, even a large grocery in the nearby mall. Don't miss Mankai Sushi nearby! The streets are safe and everything you need is close by. The subway station is a 2-minute walk from this house. Next time we visit Japan, we are heading straight for Villa de Class! More bikes pls! Two bikes were not enough for our big family :D But what a wonderful experience to ride the streets of Osaka on your free bikes, thank you for this!

• Meng (10/5): Exceptional - rooms are in very good condition. very close to public transportation. warm welcome of home breakfast. very nice and cozy community which the house located in. when we turn off the lights and found out the ceiling milky way, that's really romantic surprise.... we arrived and left by car. wihich cause a bit problem since the street is car forbidden and surrounding streets are quite narrow.

• Natalie (9/5): Excellent accommodation and location! - The place had everything you needed. The rooms were spacious and bright (and the surprise on the ceiling at night!!!). The rooftop was great to have. The food and bar left for us, the toiletries, umbrellas, cleaning/ washing supplies, anything and everything you needed was there. The location was excellent - being so close to 3 different stations made it super easy to get everywhere. There was also a 24hr minimart literally a 30 seconds walk away. It would have been nice to have a couch setting in the kitchen/ living room on the ground floor to hang out in. There is a big dining table and chairs, so we still had somewhere to sit and chill, just thought a couch would be cosier :) Not a negative for me, but there are a lot of stairs depending on what level your room is on, so keep that in mind if it would be an issue for you :)

Automatic lighting in the toilet rooms. Umbrellas were provided for use as well as amenities. The rooftop terrace was a great gathering place. Two washers and dryers were convenient for a big group such as ours. The price was very worth it. Best place we've stayed at in all of our Japan stays-past and present. The host responded quickly to my messages. Everything was great. There wasn't anything bad about this house.
