The window treatments are old. The staff strives to keep everything clean, but they're so tired, it's difficult. We were in town during Furniture Week, and the room prices are way overpriced for the quality.

I would also like to highlight the staff: they were personally very kind and welcoming, always available and attentive to every need. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would gladly come back.

Am Wochenende gibt es Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr (statt bis 10:00 Uhr) - weltklasse! Ich kann das Hotel definitiv empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen. Einziges mini-Detail: Die duch Bewegungsmelder ausgelösten Lichter vor dem Badezimmer sollten deaktiviert werden, da bei jedem Toilettengang der Bettnachbar vom Licht geweckt wird (falls die Sensoren bereits jetzt vom Gast deaktiviert werden können, sollte irgenwo beschrieben sein wie, wir haben es jedenfalls nicht rausgefunden).

- Sacha (9/5): Confortevole! - Se desideriamo pernottare a Milano, questa è sempre la prima scelta. Arrivando in auto, l’accesso è molto comodo. È disponibile un’autorimessa sotterranea. Le camere sono molto spaziose, i materassi sono sempre ampi e confortevoli. La colazione è corretta. Il personale è sempre molto gentile. Unico neo (camera al secondo piano): il bagno era un po’ piccolo rispetto alla dimensione della camera.

Desayuno excelente con amable atención de Freya. Personal de recepción muy amables y dispuestos a encontrar la solución a un problema con la reserva. Señalo especialmente la eficiencia y amabilidad de Corinna, Miriana y la supervisora. El acceso a la tina /ducha es inseguro. La instalación no es práctica: en una disposición como esa a lo menos debiera existir una barra de seguridad. No es posible controlar la temperatura de la habitación.
