Was on my own but spacious apartment for 2-3 people too. Had everything I needed and despite furniture/kitchen/bathroom a little dated it was very clean. Suited me perfectly. Was a little tired and dated but very clean so that didn’t bother me. Adds character and charm I think.

• Gensheng (2/5): 太差的住宿体验 - 没有滿意的 中午12点多到了公寓，我知道办入住要下午2点，只想了解一下这个城市对我有用的信息，但老板娘只是说入住要下午2点以后，甚至连车也不让停（尽管还有空位）。出去逛一圈回来，2点以后可以办入住了，但给的房间居然没有小厨房，我可是因为要自己做饭才订公寓的，而这家公寓的图片中明明显示着有厨房的！与东家交涉，他们坚持就是没厨房的，说啥也没用。而且房间也很小，两个箱子有一个打开没地方放。 太差的住宿体验，强烈建议大家不要订这家公寓！

• DAVID (10/5): MARAVILLOSO - El alojamiento era muy bonito, muy cuidado y con preciosa decoración; transmitía tranquilidad y paz. Tenía también infusiones y café, lo cual es muy cómodo para tomarlo ya en el alojamiento sin necesidad de salir a algún bar o cafetería. Desde fuera se tenían unas vistas maravillosas de Lapad y de noche eran impresionantes, con todo iluminado. Lo que más me encantó fue la anfitriona (espero que me perdone, pero no recuerdo su nombre): una mujer maravillosa, encantadora y con una conversación muy interesante, con la que se te pasaba el tiempo volando y que también te asesoraba con todo aquello que necesitaras. Para acceder al alojamiento hay que recorrer algunos tramos hacia arriba y es algo cansado si llevas alguna maleta. Pero, de verdad, merece el pequeño esfuerzo porque tienes silencio y tranquilidad a la hora de dormir y puedes admirar las preciosas vistas de Lapad (sobre todo, de noche) Y esto, ya es un aspecto personal: era mi último día en Croacia y estaba realmente cansado con lo que no me dieron las fuerzas para irme a admirar por la noche el barrio de Babin Kuk. Quienes tengáis la oportunidad, no lo desaprovechéis...
• Fredrik (4/5): Illaluktande boende - Nära till stranden och kommunikationer in till gamla staden. Trevlig värdinna. Bra AC. Utsikten var ganska fin på uteplatsen, men det var inte så trevligt att sitta där pga av illaluktande stank som förstörde hela upplevelsen. Lägenheten är enkelt inredd med gamla möbler, vilket kan vara helt okej. Men det skulle kännas fräschare med uppdaterade sängkläder och handdukar.

• Nataliia (10/5): - The host is a lovely lady, very kind and cheerful.She let us park the car at 10 am, although the check in time starts at 2 pm, she was ready to host us earlier , which was very kind of her, we didn't even ask for that, just wanted to park the car. The parking is private and very convenient The apartment has everything you need for a short or even long stay. The location is perfect as for me: 4 min by stairs to the seaside 10 min by car to the old town, or you can walk 40 min to the old toy- the walk is perfectly fine along beautiful city, with many stunning architecture and seaviews. Absolutely love it! everything was great!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen furniture is a bit outdated and would benefit from renovation, as it negatively influenced the overall impression of the apartment.

• Dianne (10/5): See a different and beautiful part of Dubrovnik. - Loved the location. Great restaurants close by. A long and beautiful walkway along the waterfront to enjoy! The views from the walkway were lovely. It presented a different and enjoyable part to Dubrovnik. I wish we could have enjoyed an extra day. Such a pretty part of the city.

• Quin (10/5): Great stay - The host, Diana, was very friendly. The appartement was very close (5 min walk) to Sunset Beach where you, as the name suggests, can watch a beautiful sunset The shower head wasn't hanging high enough on the wall to stand under, so we had to hold it in our hands.

• Liudmila (10/5): Хорошие апартаменты с великолепной террасой. - 1. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка. Очень помогла с рекомендациями, также при от'езде разрешила остаться дольше на несколько часов. 2. Великолепный вид с террасы на море и город. Наличие большой крыши спасало и от солнца и от дождя. Утром и вечером при любой погоде было комфортно сидеть за столом на террасе. 3. Наличие всего необходимого 4. Удобный ортопедический матрас в спальне 5. Тихие апартаменты с двумя отдельными спальнями и гостиной 6. Отличное местоположение: недалеко до пляжа и главной прогулочной улицы с кафе и ресторанами. 7. Наличие рядом остановки автобуса N 4 до Старого города.

• María José (9/5): - La vista desde el balcón era hermosa, el departamento estaba lo suficientemente equipado para cocinar y todo muy limpio. Bajando las escaleras, a pocos pasos se encuentra el bus 4 que te deja en la puerta de la ciudad amurallada. A pocos minutos a pie luego de bajar, puedes encontrar muchos restaurantes y pequeños mercados Hay que subir demasiadas escaleras para llegar (como cinco o seis pisos), salvo que tengas auto o vayas siempre en Uber. La vista desde el balcón puede que lo valga (porque realmente era hermosa), pero después de haber subido y bajado varias escaleras en la ciudad amurallada, realmente se hace tediosa la vuelta al departamento. Si no molesta subir tantos escalones, realmente lo recomiendo.

• Mariusz (9/5): good location away from city noise - Location is a bit far away from Dubrovnik’s old city (10 min Uber/taxi), but thanks to that the place is very quiet. The owner (Mrs. Diana) is extremely friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to ask for a parking spot if you’re coming with a car.

• James (9/5): Great Value - The apartment had everything we needed for a family of three. The value (for Dubrovnic) was good. We enjoyed the outbof town location as the old town can be incredibly busy (and expensive). I'd recommend the area as it has a supermarket, shops and car hire etc. There is even a cinema nearby. I'd have liked to have stayed longer. The living room / kitchen is possibly a bit light in the morning to sleep well.

• Sanda (9/5): Clean and comfortable with parking spot - We had a parking spot, we had hot water instantly, it was clean, we had air conditioner and fridge. A litlle bit noisy, we had no sea view and the location is a litlle bit far from old city (4 km starting from the location), but there are buses (4 and 6).
• Kamil (10/5): - This place had everything I needed during my stay. The location is a little far from the city centre, but you should consider it an advantage. It’s close to local restaurants and less crowded beaches. it is located on a hill, so you’ll get a mini workout each time unless you uber it.
• Linda (9/5): All good :) - The owner was very nice and welcoming, she gave us a lot of tips for beach, bus, etc. We had a private parking space directly in front of the apartment; the next beach and the bus to the city center are just a few minutes away (about 100 stairs) it was a great stay for 2 nights

• Keri (10/5): Tranquil stay in beautiful location - Balcony view was incredible. The room was quiet and comfortable. The apartment was clean and supplied with all I needed. The location was ideal as its close to transportaton to the old city and beaches. It wasnt an issue for me but the stairs to get to the apartment from the city can be a bit much for carrying suitcases or for people with mobility issues.
• Wood (9/5): Superb - The beach was a short walk away, down a long flight of stairs. Therefore there was a lovely view and a forest south of the Apartment. The sea was clean, and the beach at the end of October was not busy. The host was very kind and friendly. There was a supermarket near by and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The bus stop was nearby with a service towards the centre and port. There is a nice walk/promenade around the bay of Lapad Beach with lots of options to swim from small outcrops.
