• Iryna (10/5): Good value for money, a great option for a holiday in Venice. For sure I can recommend. - Location, very close to the train station and very central. Comfortable beds. Kitchen area, you can make the food, there are facilities. Marvellous view from some windows, as for my taste. Helpful owner. Lack of some kitchen utensils. For example smaller pot or lid for a frying pan. Not critical but makes cooking easier. Unequipped bathroom. Hooks, rods for hanging towels. A shower curtain would be very useful.

• Camila (5/5): Pésima calidad-precio - La ubicación está muy bien El olor del baño es insoportable, el baño sin mampara es muy molesto, moja todo. Definitivamente se paga carísimo para algo de vale mucho menos, no recomiendo quedar a dormir en Venecia, no vale la pena, mejor pasar el día.

• Daniel (4/5): Gran canal indoor - La habitaciones son amplias, tiene sala de estar con sofá y la cocina está muy bien equipada. El baño. Estaba sucio, había hormigas y la bañera no tiene mampara. Han puesto unas puestas de cristal al lado de las habitaciones y en el baño para aislar del ruido de dentro del apartamento pero no aislan el de la calle. En vez de esas puertas deberían poner una mampara en la bañera, que es más necesaria.

• Briana Georgiana (9/5): - Apartamentul este mare, spațios, luminos, cu bucătărie utilată și inclusiv mașină de spălat rufe. Locația este una foarte bună, foarte aproape de gară și de stația vaporetto. Lenjeriile de pat și prosoapele au fost impecabile. Apartamentul era curat. Centrala termică nu era funcțională, primele 2 nopți am stat în frig, apoi proprietarul a chemat instalator și a remediat problema. Proprietarul a fost foarte prietenos și amabil. Geamurile sunt vechi și neizolate, se aude orice de afară, chiar și pașii unui om care trece. Pentru că geamurile nu sunt izolate, am avut furnici și păianjeni în baie. Într-una dintre nopți a plouat foarte tare și apa a pătruns în camere pe la geamuri, am folosit prosoapele ca să strângem apa. Centrala termică nu era funcțională, primele 2 nopți am stat în frig, apoi proprietarul a chemat instalator și a remediat problema.

• Hazel (7/5): Good location - Great location, comfortable beds. There was an odd odour in the bathroom. The bathroom sink plug was jammed closed and therefor water would not drain away meaning we could not use it. Reported to owner on arrival. Did not get a response, chased on day 2. Got a reply on day 3 asking me to send a video of the issue. I sent this immediately, owner responded saying thankyou they would give an update soon. I heard Nightingale further. We left on day 4 and nobody had been to fix it. Put a downer on what is otherwise a good wee apartment. A couple of hooks in the bathroom would be useful for hanging towels. There was no dish towel in the kitchen so dishes had to be left out to drip dry.

Lo malo es que las toallas están justas, el menaje de cocina justo también, el microondas no funcionaba y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. El baño incómodo, olía mucho a tubería y la ducha se sale el agua porque no hay mampara.

• vissio (8/5): Super séjour dans cette ville musée - Emplacement parfait pour prendre le vaporetto et se rendre autant dans Venise que dans les îles alentour, ou se balader à pied à partir de l'appartement de jour comme de nuit. Très bien placé également pour prendre le bus/train direction l'aéroport. Un petit magasin, un primeur et une boulangerie sont présents à 5 minutes à pied permettant de faire les courses tous les jours sans problème. RAS

No curtain in the shower, water goes everywhere on the floor. Ants and bugs in the bathroom. No AC, no fans, so small room gets very hot, if you keep the window closed. The lock in the bathroom door doesn’t work

• Mircea (5/5): Moldy and very humid, otherwise well furnished and equipped. - The apartment is spacious, well equipped, most of the furniture is relatively new. Easy self check-in and -out. Most of the walls are covered in mold, it didn’t look like fresh mold either. The bathroom smells very bad because of it, the curtains and windows are completely moldy too. The air all together is humid and moldy, most likely very unhealthy. All the mosquitos and other insects killed by previous guests still stick to the walls and curtains. Because of the very humid air and the stone floors it was very cold and we couldn’t regulate the temperature, we asked the host for support but there was no answer during our three days there.
• Maria (5/5): A good location, a large apartment- but that's about it. - We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment. The apartment is really big. The location is good! On a quiet side road in the alley, close to the canal. The vaporetto stops just 2 min. from the apartment. The train station and busses are also close. It's a good spot for staying close to transportation and if you don't want to drag your luggage all over Venice. It's a short walk to the city. The apartment was clean (it had been cleaned, but as the reviews mentions there are old damages on the furniture such as stains and so on which makes it look unclean). The keys are in a key box, easy access. It was possible for us to check in earlier than 15.00. The wifi was good. We had no problems with not having hot water (as mentioned in other reviews). When we arrived the apartment wasn't cleaned (we arrived before 15.00, and the host had said it was no problem, but would have been nice to know, that it hadn't been cleaned at that time). The apartment was cleaned later that day. The host never answered on this request on whatsapp or booking. Instead we kept getting the same messages about checkin in online and information- we got these messages several times, even though we had read it and done the online check in- it was annoying, and also a bit weird, when the host didn't answer about the cleaning. There was a SMELL in the bathroom. It was a smell of sewer, which was very strong! It was not nice, and more than just a swiftly odour once and a while. It was really bad! Therefor you had to hurry up taking a shower and using the toilet, because you couldn't stay in the smell, and the door to the bathroom had to stay closed at all times. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom and on curtains, and stains from water damage in the living room on the walls. The apartment was chilly/cold (mid october).

Flexible entry time with keys in the lock box. Confusing admin: kept getting emails requesting web check-in, which we did the first time - not sure what else we should have done. Also not given the house or street number until we enquired via WhatsApp - some links on the Booking.com pointed to the wrong location. Also no shower. Glass partitions in hall and bathroom were a bit of a hazard as hard to see.

PLEASE take the time to read other reviews carefully. - VERY HOT, NO AC or even FANs. - FULL of MOSQUITOS, with walls covered in bloody mosquito prints. - UNSAFE layout with glass walls and doors. - POOR cleanliness, messy, old and broken furniture, terrible stains on the couch. - NOISY construction in the building. - NO shower curtain, leaving the bathroom constantly wet and slippery. - The host COMPLETLY IGNORED all requests, both via Booking chat and WhatsApp. - We couldn't stay there and had to find other accommodation late in the evening. - NO adequate support from Booking Customer Service, making the situation even worse.

• Scott (8/5): Great location great little apartment just need to put a shower curtain around the bathtub - Great location The shower, there was no curtain around the bathtub so water sprayed on the floor and the walls. You literally had to get on your knees and the bathtub to take a shower in order to spray water all over the place.

There is everything necessary in the kitchen. Kitchen utensils work very well. Unfortunately the flat was very dirty. The windows and fly screens looked like they had never been cleaned. There were stains on the floors and walls. There is a smell in the house. The sofas in the living room were full of stains. This made us feel uncomfortable. There is no curtain in the bathroom, when you take a shower the whole bathroom becomes unusable

• Marisol (4/5): False advertising- no AC - The apartment was clean and spacious. Self check in. When we booked the apartment on July 31, 2023, the apartment was falsely listed as having air conditioning. Upon our arrival, it became evident that this was not the case. Regrettably, I encountered difficulties in reaching the host regarding the lack of AC, and when the host did finally reply, their response was far from satisfactory. They merely mentioned that the outside temperature was 22°C, implying we should be comfortable without AC. As a guest, I anticipate professionalism and a host's commitment to finding solutions to ensure their customers' comfort. However, we received neither an apology for the inconvenience nor any effort to rectify the false advertising. We were not offered fans or any form of compensation. This lack of responsiveness and accountability displayed a significant deficiency in professionalism and customer service. I am disappointed to have to leave a negative review, but my experience was far from positive. The apartment was hot. We were forced to sleep with the windows open, and the noise from 3 different groups of people conversing late into the night further disrupted our sleep. The apartment might be tolerable during the summer if basic amenities such as fans were provided. Otherwise, be prepared to endure sleepless nights with open windows, constantly disturbed by the noise of passersby. Furthermore, the shower's lack of a curtain or glass makes it a safety hazard, rendering it unsuitable for individuals with disabilities.

• Blake (3/5): Poor - This listing falsely advertised AC in the flat which it did not have. The flat was 28.5 degrees while we stayed there, we could barely move or sleep due to the heat. I reached out to the host multiple times about the issue with no response until I finally had to call him directly. After he told me to message him again on Whatsapp, he tried to apologize and offer a discount which he never followed up on. I contacted booking.com support who contacted the host, and now it looks like the unit is properly advertised without the AC option. We have stayed in over 50 booking.com accommodations and have never received such a poor level of service.
