• Robert (10/5): A beautiful apartment in the ideal location - The apartment was spacious and all four of us had our privacy. The location was perfect with outstanding views. Nearby restaurants were within 5 minutes walk and great value for money. The local supermarket was also ver good. Unfortunately our transfer to the airport, which we booked via the host, did not turn up. This meant that we had to arrange two Uber's after waiting for the vehicle that didn't arrive.
• Kathleen (10/5): Staff was very helpful and the condo is beautiful and well located - Perfect location. The property was even nicer than the pictures. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

• ELEFTHERIA (8/5): Ικανοποιητική διαμονή, αν εξαιρέσουμε τα κλινοσκεπάσματα. - Η εξυπηρέτηση της Lorenda παρα πολύ καλή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Σε μόλις 2-3 λεπτά με τα ποδια στο Κολοσσαίο και στα γύρω αξιοθέατα. Η θεα από το σπίτι πανέμορφη .Καθαρο το διαμέρισμα. Στην κουζίνα βρήκαμε αρκετά χρήσιμα πράγματα για την διαμονή μας. Το πιο αρνητικο ήταν τα σκεπάσματα στον καναπε-κρεβατι. Είχε μόνο σεντόνι και μια πολλή λεπτή κουβέρτα, με αποτέλεσμα να κοιμηθεί με μπουφάν γιατί είχε κρυο. Ζητήσαμε κατεπαναληψη να μας στείλουν πάπλωμα, αλλά δεν έστειλαν ποτέ. Αυτό είναι και το πιο αρνητικο στην διαμονή μας. Σίγουρα πρέπει να αλλάξει το 2ο μπάνιο. Δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά το ντους, με αποτέλεσμα ολοι και οι 7 , να χρησιμοποιούμε το ένα μεγαλύτερο μπάνιο .Αυτό όμως είχε πολλή μεγάλη καθυστέρηση.

And the self care e tras in the bathroom were a very nice touch! Only small gripe was the water pressure in the shower, and the shower head didn't function very well.

The location, just steps from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, was truly unbeatable. They met us right when we arrived off the train and kindly allowed us to drop our luggage, which made the arrival completely seamless. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and the curated list of local restaurant recommendations helped us feel like locals right away. We would absolutely stay here again.
• Ankit (9/5): - Loredana, our host, was excellent right from meeting us when we got to the property to show us around the apartment, to helping us when we accidentally left a bag inside after we checked out as matter of urgency. Loredana suggested great restaurants for us to try and shopping places that were ideal. The apartment location is perfect, is spacious and well maintained.

• Robert (2/5): Missed opportunity by owners on not making the condo more livable and functional for such a big unit - Location, bus transport close by as well as enough restaurants and bakery. Very uncomfortable furniture, so low and lumpy. Could not see out windows except sitting at table. Many lights had missing bulbs and surfaces were dusty. Sparse decor is uninspiring and worn, old books that look dirty. Sometimes large spaces are not the most functional if no attention is paid tto the livability factor.

• Karen (8/5): Lovely location! Hosts very nice - The location was unbelievable! You can look out from balconies and see the coliseum. The sofas and chairs need to be replaced. They are bottoming out and very uncomfortable.
• CC (7/5): Location is amazing! - The communication from the rental company was the best ever from the beginning. When traveling from afar, you are not always sure of how long it will take you to get to the property due to logistics. Weronika and Loredana are excellent at keeping in touch by WhatsApp. The location is the best you can ask for. Within walking distance from the Colosseo, Cafe Roma is a great place for coffee, sandwich, pastries to go but they don't open until later in the morning. Around the corner is a great place for dinner and drinks, Pizza Forum!!! Here's what we found while traveling throughout Italy. Try to go to places that are run by Italians. Trust me, you will not be sorry if you stick to this tip. Take precautions because the pickpockets work in teams. You are provided with a nice welcome gift of orange juice, milk, sparkling water, bottle of wine and coffee & cookies. This is a very nice touch and greatly appreciated!! They say it has AC but it is basically non-existent. It is programmed at night to shut off when you need it most. You cannot keep the windows open because of the mosquitos and there are no screens. so you end up sweating all night. Window shades do not work so you cannot use the bedroom lanai from one of the bedrooms. Just a few maintenance corrections.I suggest providing large oscillating fans at a minimum. The beds are extremely uncomfortable! Just a memory foam/pillow topper for the mattress would help. If the above could be fixed, this could be a 5 star accommodation.

Na plus zmywarka, pralka i klimatyzacja. Blisko do metra, postoju taksówek i knajpek. Można pospacerować po okolicy, wszędzie blisko. Troszkę słychać ruch uliczny.

The view at night is spectacular. The host, Weronica, was very helpful and accommodating. Our family had an amazing time enjoying the apartment.

We used this location to relax, but also to tour all of Rome in 2 days - it is close to hop on hop off bus stop 3 and we were able to use that as a great transportation option - we used the parking garage around the corner and had no issues There could be minimal street noise - but easily able to block it out

Near to restaurants, grocery store and Metro. Ideal base for visiting all of Rome’s sites. Not permitted to wait for taxi in lobby, policed by custodian, had to stand on sidewalk in rain - dented the luxury vibe!
• J (10/5): Beautiful, spacious, and convenient apartment by the Colosseo. - The apartment was spacious and clean, and the view and location is amazing. Our host Loredana was so wonderful. After a day of flight delays and trouble we arrived late. She was there to great us with understanding, a positive spirit, and all the info we needed about the property and area. The photos of the property are accurate and realistic. The convenience to restaurants, stores, the Metro, and the Colosseo and Forum is unmatched. Highly recommend. No real complaint. A microwave would be a welcome addition.

Building work underneath was very loud on the Friday but no noise on the weekend. Washing machine didn’t spin so clothes left soaking wet. Not a problem as the weather was so good, the clothes dried anyway.

• Leah (7/5): Great location with great AC and views, but needs a some help with amenities. - The location was great, and the AC worked very, very well and was much needed. Views of the coliseum off the balconies were great. The linens provided were very sparse; one bath towel and one hand towel per person, for a three night stay. The sofa and twin beds only had sheets and all of the pillows need to be replaced.

• Roxana (7/5): Great location, but not an amazing experience - The location of the apartment is perfect, it has a lovely view of the Colosseum and it's close to everything in Rome. The apartment is very large, with a lot of space for a big group like ours (8 people). What really stands out are the living room, which is spacious and beautiful, and the balconies, which both have a view of the Colosseum. It could have been a great experience, but it feels that the owners don't care much about the details or making the stay comfortable for the guests. 1. The person in charge of handing us the key/giving us access to the apartment was 30 mins late, and we had to wait downstairs on the sidewalk with all our luggage 2. The bathrooms were dirty, we found a cigarette butt in the toilet in one of the bathrooms and there was also a strong smoke smell. The bathtub is stained and generally, the fixtures were not properly cleaned, and the surfaces were dusty. Also, generally, some elements were very old and need fixing, some lights were not working, one of the plugs in the bedroom was not working. 3. The apartment is noisy, so you need earplugs during the night. There is a terrace right next to the bedrooms, where you can hear music and people talking until very late. 4. The beds are not very comfortable and you only get the minimum, a very thin small duvet and 2 pillows in each bed. For the extensible couch, we got no duvet when we arrived, we had to call and ask, and only then they pointed us towards the under-bed storage to find some additional duvets & pillows, but they didn't feel very clean. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms. 5. They only gave us 3 toilet rolls for 8 people for 3 days and when we asked if we could find more they basically told us to buy it. Also, the coffee machine in the kitchen had the wrong capsules, which were probably left behind by other guests. The bins are very small and they get filled up very quickly for a big group. Overall, the apartment has great potential to offer an amazing experience if the owners would put in a little bit more effort.

• Mario (9/5): Great Location, with direct view of the Colosseum, on an spacious and bright apartment. - Someone met us at the door and was very helpful during the arrival process. The communication and support from the hosts was superb. The apartment is exactly as it is shown, bright and spacious and with killer views of the Colosseum. The final transportation arrangement back to the airport did not arrive. But we manage with Uber.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to book if you want 10/10 views of the coliseum and a perfect location surrounded by amazing food spots and a short walking distance to many attractions rome We wish we could have stayed longer!!!

I’m glad I was first to the door as this would have given my kids the fright of their life. don’t do this again, it is 100% unprofessional and not okay
• Hannah (9/5): We would stay again, on returning to Rome! - The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The Terraces were my favorite and my husbands was the comfy living room area after a long day of sightseeing. Nothing that couldn’t be overlooked, it’s a great location so therefore lots of bars around. Would be a pro for some travelers, my children did have trouble going to sleep though. Also, we did NOT have trouble with hot water just water pressure…older buildings, not a huge deal.
• Elizabeth (9/5): awesome location, and lovely space to be and relax during the day, but could do with some simple upgrades ie shower pres - location is amazing, it’s right next to the colosseum, with lots of amenities nearby, the view of the park is lovely, it’s a really nice space to be in and chill out if you need a break from the busy city, loved the balconies, and the hosts were friendly when we met them water pressure throughout the apartment wasn’t good, shower was like a drizzle, (other reviews have mentioned this also so I assume it’s an ongoing thing), Communication with the hosts could’ve been a little better, took them weeks to reply at one point when I was asking for information, a safe would be handy to have in the apartment for storing valuables, there’s not much sound proofing in the apartment so take earplugs, and some curtains that actually cover the windows rather than just the thin mesh would be a welcome addition for privacy at night time,
