• 985predragt (10/5): Comfortable Stay and Truly Helpful Team - Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah is a great hotel with clean rooms, a relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding service. Reception staff, especially Viktoriya, were welcoming and helpful. Santos at the pool was always smiling, hardworking, and kept everything spotless. Teresa, Gamal and the bar/restaurant team provided attentive service without disturbing guests. A special mention to the security team for their incredible help in finding a lost cellphone within one hour, even though it was lost outside the hotel. Truly impressive service. Highly recommended!

A special thanks to Faizan and Viktoriya at the front desk for their professionalism, warm welcome, and willingness to help throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet team also deserves special recognition for being attentive, friendly, and accommodating our special requests without any hesitation, which truly made our mornings enjoyable. The bathrooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the half-open shower door design caused water to spill across the entire bathroom floor, creating a recurring mess and inconvenience. Improving this design would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. With a few improvements—particularly around the shower design—this hotel has the potential to deliver an even better experience.

It is further away from the top attractions but the hotel does its best to support its guests with free buses and taxis are easy to use when required. The room was lovely and comfortable and the pool, breakfast and facilities were all great.

Particular mention to Hoi, Rahul, Mamjud, Anil & Aman in the restaurant, The staff at the pool were incredibly welcoming and friendly too. Rooms were cleaned immaculately every day too! Security & front desk staff also went out of their way to help us without asking too! Hotel is located in a great place, short taxi ride to the airport & even shorter to the metro stations if you need to get around the city. Beach within a short walk, or a free shuttle bus is provided. Could not fault the hotel at all and will definitely be returning!

• Tambo1997 (8/5): Great but breakfast was a let down - We had a homely room, everything was great to the lobby area staff to our stay was pleasent even the staff at breakfast but it was a massive let down the selection for breakfast that i didnt bother waking up for to eat as the food wasnt the best esp for dubai but the staff were lovely all were asians and south asian workers in dubai. I would definately recommend this hotel personally esp the room we stayed in. It has accomadated to alot of indians for diwali too. Which might be great to some people as they were hosting to them their space downstairs for party.

My booking had free transfer and I was not informed about that by the front desk. No special requests will be catered to by the staff/reception.

• Swapnil_Agaskar (6/5): Quite a standard hotel for a business stay, but far from any Metro station - Had stayed at the Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah in June when attending a Business Networking conference there. The Hotel is quite a standard hotel for a business stay. The room was very good though, with huge windows (but not a great view), nice bathroom and comfortable air-conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and huge. The package was with breakfast, but the breakfast spread was very ordinary. The Coffee Shop is just an open corner hidden behind the reception and the power plug points weren't working.

Perfect for those prioritizing convenience and activities over a grand view or leisurely walks (consider Dubai Marina for that).

I can guarantee that this is the best height place worldwide not just in Dubai the fact that those people represent our Arab generosity and increase the value of our American brand which kind of a magic that can only be done by superhero team, I myself stayed at this hotel more than 35 days last year and I do a few days this year but I promise next year I will split it third of one time at this hotel because they have maintaining to be on the top for two years back to back, so shout out to all people that I mentioned in the photos and all to the upper management the rest of the departments.

• ameershahid (4/5): Disappointing Stay – Standards Have Dropped - I had a very unpleasant experience at Hyatt Place Jumeirah during my recent stay. At check-in, I was charged double on my card, which was completely unexpected and frustrating. Even after pointing it out, the issue wasn’t handled with the urgency or professionalism you’d expect from a hotel of this brand. Things got worse when I reached my room only to find that the toilet was not working—it wouldn’t flush at all. This was right after check-in, despite me specifically requesting the staff to check the room thoroughly beforehand. They assured me they would do so, and even took about 15 minutes to inspect the room, but clearly didn’t do a proper job. After discovering the issue, I repeatedly called the front desk and waited, but no one came to fix the problem. The duty manager gave me his direct number for complaints, but he didn’t answer any of my calls. The lack of responsiveness and basic hospitality was incredibly disappointing. I stayed here before and had a much better experience with more attentive staff and better service. Unfortunately, this time around it felt like a completely different hotel. I genuinely regret choosing this property again

• Patrick (10/5): ok, but not for summer holiday. - pool is in the shade from 14:00pm i used the hotel for a business trip, and each time i came back to the hotel to relax at 15:00-16:00 they were cleaning my room and i couldn't change to go to the pool. once they were done the complete pool was in the shade.
• amritpalsinghl2025 (10/5): Wonderful stay - We stayed here on our family’s visit to Dubai. The location of this hotel is central and ideal for visitors. The apartment is big , tastefully furnished and very well maintained. The linen and towels were clean and crisp. The added safety measures with secure access to elevators is a standard with all Hyatt Places and is always comforting when travelling with family. The cherry on the top is the food. The chefs are just amazing. You can have fresh prepared breakfast of your liking . The Head Chef Jatinder and his team of chefs Mobeen and Praveen were just amazing. They are very accommodating and always welcoming with a smile on their faces. The food at the hotel and the staff serving breakfast add to the whole experience. Teresa was always there to help with a smile. We will surely return and stay here on our next visit.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for, as if we were part of their extended family. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff, particularly Prasamsha and M. Amjad, who went above and beyond to ensure that our children were well taken care of, always providing them with their favorite French fries for dinner and ensured that our little ones never felt hungry late at night, which we truly appreciated Their attentiveness and dedication. Namgel and anirudh for their friendliness. The hotel's facilities are outstanding—cozy, peaceful contributed to our comfort, especially the delicious food, which elevated our experience even further. Initially planning a three-day stay, we were so impressed by the quality of service that we extended our visit by additional day. Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Santosh at the swimming area on the 8th floor, who ensured the safety of our children while they enjoyed their time in the pool. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was the wonderful surprise arranged by the hotel staff aravind, sabitha to celebrate our vacation wedding anniversary. The heartfelt letter, beautiful decorations, and the thoughtful welcome cake made the occasion truly special and unforgettable.
• Hatem (10/5): - Great hotel with easy access to Bur Dubai, downtown area, and the airport. All within 15-20 minutes ride. The area is quieter than other touristic areas, but you will find the essentials within walking distance (groceries, pharmacy, some restaurants, etc). Room was spacious and very clean with good/fresh smell. Breakfast was included but I did not have the time to try it. Staff is great and helpful. Pool was average.

When I had a caugh Persamsha bought in honey to help me with my caugh. The gentleman at the vacation I think his name was Subhan he sits at the reception desk for vacations he booked our safari and bhuj khalifah tours. A very approachable and helpful man giving us information that was relevant. These people made our trip rememberable and we will not forget their kindness. Thank you

• julianmM5045BY (4/5): Disappointed - Hotel is very clean & comfortable, however the breakfast is for Indian people & not for anyone from the western world, right down to the background music & every one who works there, if you don’t like eggs or toast or fruit you will find it hard to get breakfast, also the hotel is situated right beside the docks,you need to get a taxi no matter where you want to go,you would be safer paying an extra £10 per night & staying in a downtown hotel

The hotel was spotless, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall ambiance made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Rooms very basic.. toilet amenities negligible. Staff all very courteous and helpful. Check in was quick. Check out quicker. Would I go back again … maybe not.
