• Mirela (9/5): Magnifique - L'emplacement, la surface de l 'appartement, le jacuzzi, la cuisine bien équipée. Bien insonorisé. L' accueil avec des explications et des bons plans resto. Le meilleur appartement qu on a loué. Le fait de ne pas avoir un aspirateur et une serpillière sur un sejour de 7 jours. La literie à revoir surtout les matelas et avoir une drap de housse qui ferme complètement.

It is very quiet and you can enjoy both the walks and the attractions of Rome but also have your time to rest in a great location. The description is very accurate, the pictures real. The host went the extra mile to accommodate us after a last minute change in our plans. Everything was good

• Manue (10/5): Exceptionnel - La situation est parfaite et l appartement est vraiment exceptionnel! Très spacieux,très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. La literie est top et le jacuzzi est très appréciable après une journée de visite. La propreté n est pas irréprochable notamment dans la douche de.la chambre oú il y a de la moisissure au plafond et sur la porte.

• Yolanda (4/5): Zentral aber Enttäuschend - Die Lage war Super und die Gastgeber immer freundlich und erreichbar. Das Hi-Tech Appartement war vielleicht vor 20 Jahren mal Hi-Tech, es hat sehr viel Schnick-Schnack, davon funktioniert nicht mehr viel und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Appartement war sehr dunkel, da sehr kleine Fenster gegen den Innenhof oder direkt neben anderem Gebäude. Leider war das Appartement auch nicht sauber, die Griffe der Küche waren verschmutzt, alles war staubig und die sanitären Anlagen extrem Verkalkt und teils defekt. Die grosse Badewanne im Hauptschlafzimmer hat nicht zum Baden eingeladen, es haben Fliesen gefehlt und auch da waren sämtliche Düsen total verkalkt. Die Betten waren leider nur mit einem Tuch überzogen, für Oktober war es ziemlich wenig, die Tagesdecken waren aber verschmutzt. Die Betten waren sowas wie Beistellbetten, sehr schlechte Qualität, und die Matratzen waren mit Karton unterlegt. Das schlimmste war aber, dass das Appartement direkt unter einer anderen Ferienwohnung ist, man hört einfach ALLES, die Leute über uns kamen um 01:00 Nachts nach Hause, liefen mit den Schuhen herum liessen Sachen auf den Boden fallen, sogar den Wecker um 06:00 Uhr morgens hat uns geweckt, danach war an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken, man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Wort. Das war wirklich SCHLIMM!

• Ece (8/5): The flat was in a perfect location and the team were super hospitable! - Perfect location to visit the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Poppolo, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Navona. Very easy access to any landmark in Rome really. It is also very safe and conveniently located right across Rinascente and a supermarket almost next door. The flat has very high ceilings, modern decor and lots of space. Both the living room/dining area, kitchen and the master bedroom were huge. Lots of storage space as well in the second bedroom. Bathrooms very modern and clean. Besides the space and convenience of the flat, the team that communicated with me even before our arrival did a great job hosting us. Weronika who helped a lot via messages ahead of our arrival provided options for taxi, luggage storage, dining and nightlife recommendations. We had a great time at one of the spots she suggested us. Loredana who met us for our checkin was amazing! She not only explained everything very clearly but also gave me a map, showed me great spots, followed up with a long list of breakfast and lunch/dinner options. She also gifted us a bottle of red wine. I cannot thank her enough, she did a perfect job. The jacuzzi was the main reason why we booked this specific flat and not any other but on the day of our arrival, we were informed that the previous guests broke the jacuzzi’s electric system. They tried to get it fixed but it wasn’t sorted. This was a big faux pas for me. If I had known I would have booked a much less expensive place. It’s not their fault that the jacuzzi was broken but they could have offered a discount as a compensation, even thought I suggested it, they did not offer a discount. The shower in the common area bathroom only has rainfall shower heads and no regular shower head with a hose so you have to make do with the low pressure light shower in that one. There was no duvet in either of the bedrooms (in February) we didn’t ask for it but used some bed covers we found in the wardrobe. Finally the chest of drawers in the master bedroom was super wobbly, we decided to leave it as it is and didn’t put anything in it. No wardrobe in that bedroom other than the open dress rack. But more than plenty in the second bedroom.
• Karin (9/5): Superb - Location is great! Walking distance from the apartment to the Vatican City and Colosseum. Apartment is well maintained. Showers from both bathrooms are great! The curtains in the master bedroom does not fully cover the windows so the lights from the street could cause issues for sleeping. One of the curtains does not close. Otherwise, all very good!

• Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, large apartment. Washer/dryer locked on previous renter and was inoperable during our stay. We counted on having this amenity and it made our trip more challenging. I was told they would speak to management about compensation but was never contacted again and further messages were not responded to.

• Lex (8/5): Luxury apartment in a building under huge renovation - Perfect appartement for family of four in the center of Rome. Very spacious. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The organization helped secure transportation from the airport as well as back on day of departure. Big renovation project in the building of the apartment means builders walking in and out. Very noisy drilling and other works start around 8AM every morning, also public holidays (1 May) and Saturdays. This was a huge disappointment as we stayed for six nights.

• Siobhan (10/5): Exceptional - The pictures of the property does not do it true justice. It’s absolutely fantastic, huge property so much space, everything you could possibly need for your stay. It’s in a great area and perfect and only a short stroll from the Trevi fountains and Spanish steps. The metro was within 5minutes walk of the property. The staff were so helpful on being flexible with our checkin and organised a transfer to the airport. Cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely book it again at a later stage for a longer stay. It’s not a big thing but we couldn’t figure out how to get the tvs working but that was probably us not the place.
• Shannon (8/5): Nice place, great location. - The apartment was nice and modern. Very big with lots of space. Loved how they had Netflix to watch when going to bed I also loved the location. I loved the jacuzzi in the room was nice to drink wine & Enjoy a movie in the tub. Location was perfect and the building was quiet and safe. Staff for accommodations were awesome stocked us with some beverages at check out and a bottle of wine. Personally I found the bed to be too firm however my husband prefers a firm mattress. The place could use some tuning & touch ups like things around the place are starting to look run down. No natural sunlight comes in but didn’t matter match as we were out and about all day. Jacuzzi tub takes forever to fill up at least an hour. The sink tab tub in there was the only one with hot water so it took forever which was annoying. The rainfall shower heads don’t have much pressure so it’s hard to get shampoo out of your hair.
• Marianne (8/5): Overall good and host attentive to any issues. - Proximity to Spanish steps and main attractions. Had every gadget required in the kitchen but didn’t use any except coffee machine. Only one set of keys was provided limiting our ability to split up and causing problems if part of the family did other things and had the Keys but could not be back on time. The beds were too hard for our liking.
• Θεοφανώ (8/5): A very central and safe apartment - The apartment is located very near the Piazza di Spagna and it is close to the market (pharmacy, shopping centers, mini markets etc) It has many facilities (fully equipped kitchen, pillows, blankets, iron, hairdryer etc). It is very spacious and comfortable, decorated with modern furniture. Also, despite the fact that it is located in a very central area, the apartment was super quiet and safe. Moreover, there was a central heating system and keep the apartment super warm 24h. The transfer service provided by the office was excellent and always in time. I will select this apartment again in the future. Most of the televisions didn't work (poor -non signal of satellite). Some times the internet connection was lost. The amenities where only for one use, so we have to buy more for all these days we were staying in Rome. There wasn't any safe place to leave our luggage till our late flight (only at the office, which was away from the apartment). From the office manager we were informed that there is a hotel next to the apartment, which provides such service (of luggage safety). However, we asked that hotel to do so and they denied and claimed that they don't provide this safety luggage service (only if you book a room).
• Jennifer M (10/5): - The apartment was nice and I’m a nice location we unfortunately were without our luggage for 4 days as the airline dropped the ball so we had to go out and buy clothes and toiletries. We left the remaining items there in the hopes that other travelers could use them if they found themselves in the same predicament.
