• Brouwers (7/5): - De gastvrijheid van de gastheer!! Hij heeft met zijn vriendelijkheid en altijd voor je klaarstaan de mindere punten doen vergeten!! Het zwembad was heerlijk en een leuke hoek gecreëerd waar je in de tuin kon zitten. Op het balkon stond een houten bistro. set en een hemelbed. Maar er was geen afscheiding tussen ons stukje en van de buren. Als onze buren op het hemelbed gingen liggen zaten wij met onze stoeltjes klem tegen het bed aan. En na een uur op zo'n stoeltje te hebben gezeten, ging je van ellende naar bed. De appartementen waren super gehorig

• Lina-Marie (9/5): wunderschöne Aussicht und einfache Villa - Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und gut aufgeteilt. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war traumhaft und wir hatten sogar einen eigenen Balkon. Die Küche ist groß, modern und super ausgestattet. Auch Pumba, das Haustier, ist unglaublich süß. Rafael ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und es wird sich um alles gekümmert :) Außerdem haben wir eine sehr herzliche Führung durch die Villa und super Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Ausstattung der Villa war bestimmt einmal sehr schön, allerdings merkt man der Unterkunft inzwischen deutlich an, dass sie in die Jahre gekommen ist oder sich nicht mehr ausreichend darum gekümmert wird. Die Liegen am Pool waren größtenteils kaputt oder verschmutzt. Auch auf unserem Balkon waren sowohl die Liege als auch der Stuhl beschädigt, sodass wir letztendlich auf dem Boden saßen. Für uns war das kein großes Problem, da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren und die wunderschöne Aussicht trotzdem genießen konnten. Wenn man jedoch plant, länger zu bleiben oder dort einen wirklich entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen, könnten diese Mängel auf Dauer eher störend sein.

Die Freundlichkeit von Rafa und die vielen Informationen auf alle Fragen. Lieben Dank! Das problemlose, kostenfreie Parken. Der etwas steile Weg zur Unterkunft🙈 Die Matratze war nicht besonders komfortabel.

• Maylis (6/5): Studio à proximité de la mer. - Le logement est proche de la mer, à 15 min à pieds. La vue sur mer est visible depuis la terrasse partagée. Il y a une piscine dans le jardin à partager avec le propriétaire et les autres locataires. Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible si vous avez des questions. Il nous a recommande de bonnes adresses pour manger dans le quartier. L’annonce n’est pas claire, le studio se trouve dans une maison partagée avec d’autres locataires. On nous a attribué le studio 11. La pièce à vivre avec la chambre est très humide et il est préférable d’ouvrir la véranda pour aérer. La salle de bain est d’autant plus humide et l’aération n’est pas suffisante. Il y a également une odeur de tuyauterie. La salle de bain serait beaucoup plus commode s’il y avait une cabine de douche. L’annonce ne précise pas que c’est un logement avec animaux (chien, tortue et suricate …). Si vous louez ce logement, et que vous n’êtes pas à l’aise avec les animaux, je pense que c’est un détail essentiel à mettre en lumière. Le studio serait beaucoup plus attrayant et commode, s’il y aurait un déshumidificateur.

• Anja (3/5): Wir haben uns nicht besonders wohl gefühlt in der Anlage. Sehr schade, dass man die Anlage so herunter kommen lassen hat - Die Lage und der Ausblick über Malaga waren sehr schön. Der Besitzer Angel war sehr nett und hat auch schon vorab gute Tipps gegeben. Die Anlage war insgesamt extrem ungepflegt. Die Liegen und so genannten Beachbetten waren kaputt und gammelig. Das Pool in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Gemeinschaftsküche total unordentlich und die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile in der Wohnung gab es quasi gar nicht.

• Daphne (4/5): Goede locatie, maar let op: kamers hebben gedeelde badkamer! - Goede ligging in de wijk El Palo. Mooi uitzicht op de stad. Lekker balkon. Dichtbij het strand. Hele aardige host. Bij aankomst bleek de kamer een gedeelde badkamer te hebben. Dat was nogal een tegenvaller. Daarnaast niet echt fris binnen (misschien ook door de aanwezigheid van dieren) en geen lekker bed. De entree was echt heel sjofel, meer een soort bouwplaats. Jammer.

• Farjon (5/5): - Le logement bénéficie d’une très belle vue et d’un cadre qui pourrait être exceptionnel. Dommage que plusieurs éléments soient « à peu près ». Les transats sont très usés, ce qui ne donne pas envie de profiter pleinement de la terrasse. La baignoire balnéo est présente mais les bulles ne fonctionnaient pas. Le lit est original, mais la literie n’est pas très confortable (mousse et lit presqu'au sol). Les serviettes étaient bien rangées mais avec une odeur de linge mal séché. La « salle de fitness » se limite à quelques équipements extérieurs en libre accès. La cuisine partagée dispose d’un grand réfrigérateur, mais il était étonnamment plein alors que le lieu était presque vide, ce qui laisse penser qu’il n’est pas vidé régulièrement. Nous avons passé une nuit correcte, rien de catastrophique, mais le potentiel du lieu est immense. Avec un peu plus de soin et d’entretien, ce pourrait être une adresse vraiment fantastique.

• Giulia (5/5): Pricey for a room outside the city centre - The location was convenient for us as we needed a place to sleep one night after landing in Malaga with a late flight and knowing we would drive out of the city the next morning. We found free parking on the street and the host met us on arrival. He was nice and friendly when showing us around the property; he also gave us tips for local restaurants. There is a shared kitchen with food items and drinks to purchase with an "honest box concept". The main issue we had was with the lack of cleanliness of the shared kitchen and fridge. It made us feel uncomfortable in the property. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner, particularly the towels. The shower pressure / shower could be better, especially if you're a girl washing long hair. Overall we felt the price was quite high for what is offered.

Die küche bzw der Kühlschrank könnte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Der aussenbereich wie pool wurde nicht genutzt.

Selv om vi havde ejet køkken, var vores værelse lige ud for det store fælles køkken og når nogle synes det er fint at lave mad midt om natten. . .😬 Når det er sagt kunne godt finde på at booke dette sted igen. .

Il proprietario è stato eccezionale: accogliente, sempre disponibile e prezioso con i suoi consigli sui locali tipici ed economici di Malaga e dintorni. Un punto di forza è la cucina comune, fornitissima di caffè, vini e bevande, completa di forni e fornelli per chi preferisce cucinare in autonomia. Adiacente alla cucina si trova un balcone perfetto per godersi tramonti spettacolari. Bellissima anche la zona piscina al piano inferiore: rilassarsi sui lettini con un po’ di musica dopo una giornata di cammino è stato rigenerante. Unici piccoli nei: la nostra camera era vicino alla cucina e a volte si sentivano i rumori degli altri ospiti. Inoltre, la salita di circa 1 km dalla fermata alla villa è fattibile, ma un po' faticosa se si hanno bagagli pesanti. Nel complesso, un'esperienza perfetta!

• Frederike (10/5): - Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la Seafeont Villa. Notre hôte était très gentil et se souciait beaucoup de nous. Il nous a laissé une très belle chambre!!! Il était facile de voyager de la villa au centre-ville à l'aide de l'autobus. La vue à la villa est tout simplement extraordinaire. Si nous avions pu, nous serions restés là plus longtemps! Tout était beau!

• Olav (7/5): Mooi uitzicht, appartement was het net niet. - Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf balkon op zee en Malaga. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Levendige, gezellige buurt. Leuke tentjes op het strand. Het was het net niet, qua afwerking en functionaliteit/comfort (2 lampen deden het niet, toiletbril los, kraan los, stoelen bij zwembad stuk, douche moeilijk te regelen qua temperatuur, geur). • pascal (10/5): Le top - Vue exceptionnelle, chambre tres spacieuse avec grande sdb et terrasse vue mer
• Tanja (7/5): Hostelähnliche Unterkunft mit Meerblick - Toller Blick zum Meer, Pool (konnten wir aber nicht nutzen wegen der Temperaturen), zu Fuß ist das Meer erreichbar. Lage: City ist in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar (davon ca 10 min zur Bushaltestelle). Unterkunft ist wie ein Hostel, vor manchen Zimmern ist der gemeinsame Balkon und die Gemeinschaftsküche, diese ist mit Getränken und Snacks ausgestattet. Süßes Erdmännchen und lieber Chihuahua Hund (laufen frei herum). Nicht ausreichend sauber, Matratze und Kissen sehr unbequem, Möbel und Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eigene Küche ist unzureichend ausgestattet, allerdings kann man was man braucht in der Gemeinschaftsküche holen (Geschirr dort aber nicht wirklich sauber) Hund kostet 25€/Aufenthalt Aufpreis.

Una habitación no muy limpia. Lavabo integrado junto a la ducha en un baño algo cutre. Cocina compartida con demás habitantes alojados incluidos los dueños apuntando lo tomado en una pizarra blanca en frigo. Zarigueya suelta. Piscina pequeña y caliente. Hamacas en mal estado y necesidad general del lugar de reformas. Aire acondicionado que se cortaba solo. Wifi inaccesible. Mucho calor en la habitación. Poco confortable en general.

Not the fault of the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the hill to get up is a bit killer. That said, I needed the exercise, so not too bad.

• Tomasz (9/5): Schön und erholsam - Zimmer mit schönem Blick auf Málaga und das Meer. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen – ebenfalls mit super Aussicht. Für warme Nächte gibt’s draußen sogar eine Luftmatratze. Die separate Küche, die alle nutzen können, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Schade das kein Früstuck angeboten wird.

• Hanneke (8/5): Wat n uitzicht! - Het uitzicht is geweldig! De gastheer ook enorm vriendelijk en gericht op zijn gasten! T Bali-bed op t balkon is heerlijk! Kamer groot en ruim maar beetje muffe geur en ietwat vergane glorie maar prima genoeg hoor.

Brudne, zużyte meble tarasowe; brak mebli - 1 małe zużyte krzesło i szafa wnękowa; brak telewizora, łóżko wys. 30 cm, ściany do odmalowania; mrówki faraona w pokoju, łazience i kuchni; zużyte ręczniki; pleśń na uszczelnieniach w łazience; brudna woda w basenie; obiekt wymagający rewitalizacji. Utrudniona orientacja, jaki pokój się rezerwuje.

• Daiva Vartaviciene (8/5): Puiki - Labai gera lokacija. Viskas arti,net neturint automobilio, su centru susisiekimas, viešuoju transportu, puikus. Šeimininkas labai draugiškas, suteikia visą reikalingą informaciją apie šalia esančius restoranus, kavines, lankomus objektus. Kambarys buvo netoli virtuvės, anksti ryte ir vėlai vakare terasoje buvo triukšmas. Kambarys turėjo žaliuzes, buvo galima užsitraukti, bet tuomet kambarys be langų.
• Valérie (3/5): Leider nicht zu empfehlen - Die Sicht war wunderschön! Angel, der Besitzer war sehr freundlich! Leider war es nicht Sauber (Küche, private Terrasse,…) & viele Sachen (Küche, Boden, Vorhang bei der Sonnenliege,…) waren defekt. Den vorherigen Bewertungen nach vermutlich schon längere Zeit. Das Problem mit den Kakerlaken war auch schon bekannt. Nach den Unzähligen Rückmeldungen was die Hygiene & die Ausstattung betrifft hätte man schon längst handeln müssen!!! Für mich ist das die Leute verarscht, wenn die Aussage kommt das Instekten (Kakerlaken) in der Natur normal sind. Diese gehören jedoch zu den Ungeziefern! Die Sicht bestimmt meiner Meinung nach den Preis.

• walter (8/5): Insgesamt eine schöne und interessante Unterkunft! - Traumhaft ist die Lage des Zimmers Nr. 6 mit Blick auf Meer und Stadt. Sehr schön ist auch, dass man vor dem Zimmer einen großen Balkon hat, auf dem man an einem großen Tisch (manchmal zusammen mit anderen Gästen) essen kann. Der Vermieter Angel ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist es nicht immer von Vorteil, dass die Unterkunft etwas von der Art einer WG an sich hat. Die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung der großen Küche wirkt sich auf den Zustand von Herd und Geschirr aus. In der eigenen sehr kleinen Küche war ein Herdschalter defekt, vom Abfluss im Bad ging ein unangenehmer Geruch aus. Was man auch wissen sollte, ist, dass die Unterkunft etwas am Berg liegt, oberhalb von Malagá-Ost. Für manche ohne eigenen Wagen sicher ein mühsamer Aufstieg. Pardon, lieber Angel, aber nachteilig ist auch, dass die großen Glastüren keine Vorhänge haben und jeder andere Gast ins Zimmer schauen kann.

• Kerstin (10/5): - Eine schöne Villa mit herrlichem Ausblick über Malaga und das Meer. Freundlicher Vermieter, der einen mit hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Durch die geteilten Terrassen begegnet man anderen Reisenden und die Villa bekommt einen gemütlichen Hostel-Charakter. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die eigene Küche im Apartment könnte besser ausgestattet sein (Geschirr, Pfannen), aber da die Gemeinschaftsküche direkt nebenan ist, kann man sich dort versorgen.

• Maiteder (10/5): Maravillosa, nos encanto - Angel el anfitrion, fue super amable y nos explico el funcionamiento de toda la casa, y sus instalaciones, como llegar al centro de Malaga a la playa, a distintos restaurantes, y sus recomendaciones fueron espectaculares, ya que Malaga era una ciudad nueva para nosotros y no conociamos nada, lo recomiendo muchisimo, nuestra instancia fue muy bonita, volveremos seguro. Esta un poco lejos del centro de Malaga, pero realmente esta bien conectado hay varias lineas de bus que pasan por alli, no es una queja, pero esta bien saberlo para poder llegar sin problema.
• Bart (6/5): - De vriendelijkheid en het uitzicht over de zee en de kustlijn. Hygiëne in de keuken en de zeer slechte staat van het buitenmeubilair. Het slechte algemene onderhoud van het huis en de rommel in de gemeenschappelijke delen.

• Iris (7/5): Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick - Super Blick auf das Meer und auf Malaga. Viele Tipps und Infos vom Vermieter. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür. Die Duftspender konnten den üblen Geruch im Bad (Abfluss? Lüftung?) leider nicht kaschieren.

• lagarto45 (9/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. - Sehr freundlicher Host und tolles Haus mit großer Gemeinschaftsküche, Pool und Terassen. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn durch, aber uns störte das nicht.

• Kaneador (8/5): Vistas y amabilidad - Las vistas , terraza con camas balinesas, espectacular. La amabilidad del ángel el anfitrión. La habitación es muy tranquila. La cama comoda. El parking, incómodo, la ducha no tenía mampara y a mí personalmente me es incómoda tener todo el suelo del baño mojado.

• Fady (3/5): - Die Aussicht war wunderbar, der Besitzer, ein sehr netter Mensch und ein hilfsbereiter Mann Der Pool war extrem dreckig, so dass wir den selber sauber machen müssten. Der hat zwar ein Pool Roboter da aber da bringt nicht viel und hat leider keinen Ausstattung, dass man den Pool sauber machen kann. Die Klimaanlage ging manchmal nicht Die Zimmern sind die schönsten man nichts krasses erwarten stimmt nicht wie auf dem Bildern ein
