• Bill (8/5): location can't be beat for air travelers with early flights - We did not have time for breakfast. The whole point of this hotel is location and it is perfect for travelers with ugly early flight departures. The front desk service was good. The restaurant/bar/ sitting area adjacent was quite nice too. I'd stay here again. No window in the rooms, but lighting compensated. Tiny rooms OK unless you have a lot of luggage. My shower doors didn't close all the way so water got on outside floor but no big deal. Also-- no wake up call service.

• M.Rom (3/5): - the reason why I stay at this pretty expansive hotel is only because it is close to international security so if you need to depart early, it is worth the money. ( if the room is not smelling like sewer) I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay, even though I’m generally not much of a complainer. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the room rate of $330.00 for the night. Late into my stay, around 11 pm while I was asleep, a strong and unpleasant sewer smell started flooding the small room. The situation quickly became unbearable, and by 3 am I had to leave because I simply couldn’t stand it any longer. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was asked why I hadn’t mentioned it earlier—honestly, I was asleep and not inclined to deal with such things at midnight. I want to emphasize that my intent in sharing this isn’t to criticize the hotel overall; I’ve enjoyed staying here many times before and have had positive experiences. However, this was a particularly bad night, and I would have expected some form of credit or compensation for the inconvenience, but none was offered. I hope this issue will be investigated and resolved, as I doubt it affects every room. For future guests, I’d recommend that if anything similar happens—even if it’s late—request a room change right away. Don’t tough it out and end up wandering around the airport at 3 am as I did.
• ALEXANDRA (5/5): - Taking into account early departure and early sleep we asked for the room (in our wishes at the reservation booking.com site)in a calm and quiet area, but in reality the room was located on the second floor in the middle of the corridor and we head all the clients passing by constantly.

Save your money, go anywhere else. - Convenience: The only airport hotel for our 12 hour layover After paying over $400 for one night for convenience, we were told we had to check out at 9am so we couldn’t rest as planned. Lady at check in was awful to deal with. The toilet paper had barely any left in it, leftover from whoever stayed before us. One bottle of water for 2 adults, no dental kit. I dunno what the hell I paid all that money for. Phone in the room doesn’t work to call and ask for any amenities. Net, save your money and go elsewhere, or spend hundreds of dollars but go to a 5 star hotel in the city. This was the worst yotel globally

Все 4 кровати были застелены (в том числе раскладной диван) - не нужно было тратить на это время. На каждого по бутылке воды, чай и кофе в пакетиках. Для переночевать, принять душ и сходить в туалет - хорошо. Окон нет + пресловутые турецкие ароматизаторы воздуха - душно. Ну и цена негуманная совершенно.

С детьми - спасение!! Когда ты из 5 часов проводишь минут 40 в очереди на чек-ин - это больно, нужно сокращать процесс. Все время стоит очередь Цена конечно огромная за безликий аэропортный отель(( 600 евро за 5 часов использования номера😢😢 Из них мы 40 минут чекинились.

The hotel should write in the description that there is another hotel belonging to the same name in the international departures zones, so it is confusing which hotel is which. And they need more signs saying where to find a hotel.

Somehow they managed to cram everything necessary into a tiny space. I was travelling with one small bag, and was snug but comfortable. Not sure how someone with a lot of large luggage pieces would manage this - perhaps there is storage at the front desk. Dining was surprisingly good. There are also many shops and dining options available in the concourse. The hotel is exactly what it needs to be for travellers catching early morning flights. Very pricy compared to other Istanbul hotels. You are paying a premium for the convenient location. The elevator area was a bit banged up.
