- Angela (10/5): NON VEDO L’ORA DI TORNARE!! - È la seconda volta che soggiorno presso Naman Hotellerie- Margutta e sicuramente ci sarà la terza. Struttura impeccabile, posizione perfetta per chi vuole vivere e assaporare la vera vita al centro di Roma. L’organizzazione dell’check-in in autonomia è ben organizzato, ed il servizio cliente risponde in pochissimo minuti su whatsapp. Letto comodo ed asciugamani morbidissime. A parte l’assenza di una colazione, il resto è tranquillamente paragonabile al servizio di un hotel. Ah.. dimenticavo, prezzo suuuper competitivo!!!

La stanza è situata al secondo piano di un bellissimo palazzo d'epoca dotato di ascensore. Stanza ampia, ben arredata e nel complesso molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Migliorerei la comodità del letto ed opterei per una maggiore manutenzione della doccia.

Sodass wir uns 2x im dunkeln Bad fertig machen mussten. der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und wurde auch nicht repariert. Im Eingangsbereich haben sie die stinkenden Müllsäcke gestapelt.

Stanza carina e curata, ideale per un soggiorno molto breve. Stanza decisamente molto piccola. Prezzo (180€ a notte) eccessivo rispetto a quanto offerto, soprattutto senza colazione e in un normale weekend non festivo.
- Sofia (8/5): Beautiful, comfortable and a fantastic calm but central location! - The location of Naman Margutta was super, in a lovely well looked after location amongst high end shopping district, only minutes walk from the metro and Spanish steps as well as great restaurants. The hotel was clean,safe and comfortable, lovely decor with a great coffee machine and selection of drinks. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, the communication with the hotel staff was extremely easy. I would recommend this hotel if you’re after an easy going vibe. All was absolutely lovely but my only fault would be the shower being open to the main room. It wasn’t fully exposed but made it tricky with all the toiletries and towels being in the bathroom. It’s wasn’t a big problem but down to personal preference!

- SAUL (9/5): Appartamento molto confortevole in posizione eccellente nel cuore di Roma - Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna ma in una via molto tranquilla. Appartamento curato, arredato di gusto e ben equipaggiato. Dimensioni dell'appartamento più che accettabili anche se non particolarmente generose (bagno invece molto grande). Letti molto comodi. Servizio di assistenza e di pulizia molto presente, puntuale e cortese. Vista sull'interno del palazzo non molto gradevole. Dato che è presente un mobile "cucina" con lavandino, bollitore, macchina caffè, ci starebbe bene un frigobar un po' più grande e un apparecchio ad induzione con almeno due fuochi per scaldare/cucinare qualcosa all'occorrenza. Le dimensioni del mobile lo consentirebbero.

I liked the ease of checking in by yourself as well. My partner and I did not have a restful nights sleep because the mattress was not good quality, the bed was very small for two people, and the curtains in the room did not block out light from the street. We are used to sleeping in a dark room and it was like the lights were on even when they were not.

- Clara (4/5): THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, MORE LIKE AN AIRBNB - The cleaning staff was super nice Great location This is not a hotel, there is no reception, no place to store your luggage. No staff inside the apartment, only one person supposed to answer 24/7 via WhatsApp who told me it was indeed not a hotel but a guest house. But a guest house is supposed to have staff present to welcome the guests. It is more like an airbnb. The water in the shower is super cold and you have to wait 3-5 minutes for it to warm up. There are no electrical outlets for the tea kettle so you have to plug it on the floor. We asked for a second duvet because the room was so cold the first night and got a very thin duvet that wasn’t even put in a bed sheet. The person on WhatsApp was rude and not very cooperative. They should invest in lockers in the hall way for people to store their luggage because there is no storage solution.

- PIER LUIGI (10/5): 10 e lode! In una via magica di Roma - Tutto! , con un prezzo davvero interessante. Sono arrivato a Roma completamente per caso, molto tardi, a causa di un errore nel prendere un treno. Non avevo nulla di programmato e mi sono ritrovato quasi per fortuna all’Hotellerie Naman, in via Margutta: una delle vie più affascinanti, emozionanti e “magiche” del centro storico di Roma, all’interno di un palazzo storico di grande charme. Definire “camere” gli ambienti è assolutamente riduttivo: si tratta di spazi ampi (stimerei 35–40 mq), arredati con gusto impeccabile. Le carte da parati sono di grande stile, estremamente piacevoli alla vista, l’atmosfera è elegante e accogliente. Pulizia semplicemente perfetta. Il bagno è curatissimo, la zona notte splendida, con un letto a baldacchino comodissimo. Accappatoi e asciugamani di qualità altissima: davvero nulla da invidiare a un hotel a 5 stelle. La formula organizzativa è intelligente e molto ben studiata: l’assenza di personale in alcune fasce orarie (nel mio caso serali) è ampiamente compensata da un sistema di accesso tramite codici, istruzioni chiarissime e un’assistenza impeccabile. Pochi minuti dopo la prenotazione e dopo aver ricevuto tutte le informazioni via e-mail, sono stato contattato telefonicamente da una persona estremamente cortese che ha ripercorso con me, passo dopo passo, tutte le istruzioni, assicurandosi che fosse tutto chiaro. Un’attenzione davvero rara. Il soggiorno è stato estremamente confortevole e rilassante, anche grazie alla posizione eccezionale: via Margutta è una via unica, suggestiva, bellissima, un vero gioiello di Roma. Al mattino ho trovato il personale addetto alle pulizie, preparato anche per l’incasso della tassa di soggiorno, gentilissimo e professionale. La pulizia è di livello altissimo. Posso solo fare i complimenti ai proprietari: dieci e lode a questa hotellerie, un’eccellenza assoluta per rapporto qualità-prezzo, stile, comfort e organizzazione. Consigliatissimo. - masheal (8/5): - موقع الفندق ممتاز على بعد دقيقتين مشي من السلالم الاسبانية و فيه كارفور على بعد دقيقة المكان امن يفتح الباب برقم سري ، يوجد تنظيف يوميا الفندق ماخذ الدور الثاني من العمارة السكنية فالفنقدق كامل 4 غرف الاصنصير صغير يكفي شخص وشنطة واحدة ، لايوجد عزل في الغرف ، لايوجد خدمات او موظفين للمساعدة.

Absolutely coming back for next vacation! It turned out to be a “one floor” hotel in a building with other people living. We didn’t face any problems but I just thought there would be reception and a whole building. The elevator is barely enough for myself with my luggage.

- Bianca (1/5): Do not recommend at all - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay We stayed at Naman Hotellerie (Room 01, 11–15 October 2025) and were extremely disappointed. The air conditioning unit leaked water throughout our stay, and the shower only provided cold water — issues that also affected nearby rooms. Despite informing staff several times, nothing was fixed. We reached out to management requesting a refund or compensation but never received any response. Four nights of discomfort and no resolution is unacceptable. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
- D503RCnataliaa (2/5): THIS IS NOT A HOTEL AND IT IS NOT LUXURY - This is NOT a hotel. If I had read the reviews here on Google, I would have saved myself a terrible experience and a waste of money. They advertise it as luxury hospitality, but that’s far from reality — they just have a few rooms inside a residential building. They claim the confirmation email says “guesthouse.” There’s no one to welcome you — it’s basically an Airbnb, but they don’t say it. Truly a disaster. We left for a real hotel, and they didn’t refund our money. I’m attaching photos of their so-called “luxury” reception.

- Claudia M (10/5): Otima localização , Conforto para estadas curtas - Fiquei por duas noites, então me atendeu bem , o hotel fica no 2⁰ andar do edificio, o elevador é bem antigo o que gera um pouco de insegurança de levar as malas e ficar preso , não tem recepção e toda a comunicação é via WhatsApp, não tive problemas qto a isto. Cama e travisseiros confirtáveis ,e chuveiro muito bom ,banheiro pequeno mas ok .mediante solicitação providenciam café da manhâ achei desnecessario ,pois tem lugares próximos muito bons ..Locação excelente, muito próximo a praça de Espanha e do metro. Rua bem silenciosa .

Also i booked a transfer for 60€ and the driver demanded 70€. This brought us in a very uncomfortable situation and the reaction was a message like : we are sorry. Not to mention we payed a fortune for 4 nights..

- johnmozz (10/5): Naman Hotelerie - Great location, lovely room, amazing value. The location is fantastic, 15 minutes to the Colosseum, 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We were sent really clear instructions prior to arrival and the staff were helpful offering a concierge service via WhatsApp. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. No issues with water pressure and I had several showers each day as I run. The room had remote controlled air conditioning and in the local area there were a couple of nice cafe bars, a gelaterie and small shops.

The check in was done online and all communication with the hotel booking office was completed by WhatsApp and e-mail. We've received all access codes a day before our arrival and it all worked just fine. The location for the hotel is pretty good - it is 700 meters from Piazza Venezia. The air-condition was very good, and there are lounge with coffee machine, candies and cookies. Also there is a kettle in the room.
