- Alexandra (8/5): A great option for a few nights' stay right in the city center. Clean and warm. - Overall, the rooms were very cozy, bright, and clean. They cleaned them daily (despite some negative comments in the reviews), and the towels were refreshed. The plumbing was new, which is very important for this part of the city, and there were no interruptions in water or electricity. The air conditioning worked well for heating (it was abnormally cold for Istanbul at the end of April when I visited). The location was excellent. Even though it was right in the center, near Istiklal and Taksim, with its many bars and cafes in the side streets, I felt safe and calm when I was alone. It wasn't noisy at all at night, as the hotel is just around the corner from the bars and cafes. When I asked reception if my friend (she's a local but lives far from the center) could stay overnight with me because we were late returning from a concert, they generously agreed. Everything was so good that I even wanted to stay another three nights (and they had rooms), but they explained that it would be better to leave for another part of the city before May 1st, otherwise there would be problems getting to the airport. It was a very humane thing to do. Thank you! When booking, I knew about nearby renovations and chose a street-view room over a courtyard. However, there’s construction across the street too, so it gets noisy by 8 a.m. In the end, window direction doesn’t matter-keep this in mind at check-in. It’s temporary and not the hotel’s fault, but earplugs help. P.S. Street-side renovations were almost done, while courtyard work had just started. ;)

- Abeer (8/5): فندق جميل يحتاج الى القليل من الاهتمام ليصبح مثالي - موقع الفندق وتعامل موظفين الرسبشن كان رائع المنطقة هادئة بالرغم من موقعه بنص تقسم ولكن لايجود بجوارة اي محلات او بارات. اعجبني جدا كل شي كان رائع هناك بعض النقاط لو تم العمل عليها حيكون مثالي تجديد اثاث الغرف قليلا والاهتمام بالتراس لانه مختلف عن الصور كان يوجد بالصور جلسة مرتبه مع شجر لكن الواقع كراسي مليئة بالغبار ولا يوجد اي زرع وايضا ذكر اطلالتها على حديقة ولكن كان الواقع اطلالة على عمار تحت الانشاء

Lo que significa que todos los días a las 7am comienzan los martilleos al lado de la habitación y en la noche el bar tiene música fuerte hasta las 4am o más. Dormir no es para nada placentero, no hay buena auslacion acústica y el olor a cigarrillo es permanente, creería que porque fuman al limpiarte la habitación o por la ventilación Central

- Matthew (10/5): - This hotel was exactly like it was in the pictures and fit all needs. What I want to really congratulate is the staff member "Orkun". At 4 am before my flight my brand new suitcase I had been sold a night before broke and I was in a terrible worried state. The manager went out of his way to help and found a suitcase from the hotel basement. This kind of service goes above and beyond and I can't thank Orkun enough!

- VITTORIO (10/5): Great value for the price in a perfect location - I stayed very well in this hotel. Great location for transports, restaurants, shops. Almost no noise at all, not even from the nearby construction site. The street is quiet. Kindness of the staff. They allowed me to do an early check-in because the room was already available. Room clean with all services considering the hotel category. I think it's a very good solution for a travellers who need a place just to sleep for the visit of Istanbul. Minor things: - the light of the refrgerator is too strong (better to unplug it) - the shower handle sometimes doesn't stay in place There is no breakfast but I strongly recommend to look for the fantastic turrkish breakfast in the surroundings.

- Viqas (8/5): Great Place for Stay - It's relatively a New Hotel as compared to others in the area. The proximity to Istiklal Street and the Metro Station is ideal. For International travelers HAVAIST Bus from Airport to Taksim Square and back is very close. The staff at the hotel are caring and accommodating. Would recommend staying for Solo Travelers or Couples. Elevator is available in the building, so you don't need to carry your luggage by stairs. Internet connectivity is good and laundry service and Iron is also available on request. There is some construction going on in the vicinity and so it gets irritating in the night. But it has nothing to do with the Hotel.

- TAMAMI (8/5): - イスタンブールのショッピングのメイン通りであるイスティクラル通りまで歩いてすぐ、他の観光地へもほど近いというとても便利な立地です。 近隣の他のホテルは、夜中までクラブなどの騒音がうるさいというレビューが多いですが、こちらは少し奥まったところに立っているのでとても静かでした。 ホテルは清潔で、必要なものは揃っており、快適です。利用しませんでしたが、レストランはついてなくても朝食はルームサービスが頼めるようでした。 少し奥まったところにあるので、タクシーが面倒くさがってホテル前まで行ってくれず、ちょっと探さないといけなかったです。 他の方のレビューに、目の前に小学校があり、早朝から騒音があったというのがありましたが、2025年10月時点では小学校のホテル前のスペースは改修工事の資材置き場になっており、騒音はありませんでした。工事終了後はどうなるか分からないですが…。

- Andjela (6/5): Tolle Lage aber die Umgebung ist laut - Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse, wir hatten 2 Betten, einen grossen Schrank mit Safe, einen französischen Balkon und eine Klimaanlage die funktionierte und nicht sehr laut war. Es hatte einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer mit Tee und Pulverkaffee. Es war im allgemeinen sauber und die Lage war top, 10 min zu Fuss vom Taksim Platz. Unser Waschbecken im Badezimmer war verstopft, als wir uns das genauer anschauten, sahen wir das es vollgestopft mit Haaren war, das war eklig. Es gibt Menschen in dem Hotel die im Gang oder in der Lobby in der Nacht laut Musik hören, ich konnte kaum schlafen. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Jede Nacht bellte ein Hund nebenan und am Wochenende gibt es einen Club in der Nähe, dä hört man die Musik auch. Es ist laut, obwohl das Hotel in einer Seitenstrasse liegt.

- Tristan (7/5): To be avoided during construction work next door - Overall good hotel - The hotel was mostly clean and correctly maintained, we had a good stay for the price! Well located in the city! Really mad that we were not told about the construction site right accross of the hotel. Every day from 7:50am onwards, debris were falling, walls were taken down, SUPER LOUD, you will not be able to sleep in the mornings if you travel now. Noise insulation is also not great during weekends as it's a street apart from loud bars.

Orkun was most helpful and informative. I've stayed in a few hotels in Istanbul now and this will be my "go to place" to stay whenever I visit in the future.

- 327aviny (10/5): So good and on budget - A man named Orkoun I guess was a really good man and helped us alot. The hotel is on budget and for the money they charge it's great. The room was mediocre but everything was fine and good. Exept the room temprature that was so cold. Other than that it was great. Also communicating with Ourkan was one of the highlights of Istanbull travel for me.

- Dryce (1/5): IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP - IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP HERE. The building itself has a machine that make a CONSTANT NOISE (like a washing machine) ALL NIGHT (maybe the heating system or ventilation, not sure) The night person is IMPOLITE and DISMISSIVE when confronted with the noise issue. Telling you to leave if you are not happy and that the price you paid is not enough for him to care.

- Tamar (3/5): Bedbugs! - I stayed for a single night before flying out the following day. The room appeared to be clean and had everything I needed (including a kettle). After I had checked out I found that I had bedbug bites! (They are very characteristic bites in a line, not to be mistaken for mosquito bites etc.). Since there is a risk that my luggage was contaminated I then had to find a laundrette to tumble dry all of my stuff to kill any that may have been picked up.
