- Marie (10/5): Si nous revenons à Istanbul nous réserverons à nouveau au Gul Otel sans hésitation. - Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Hôtel confortable, proche des transports, central, dans une petite rue piétonne très vivante (mais chambre calme !), petit déjeuner varié pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes, leurs conseils et leur attention.

- Paweł (10/5): - Fajny hotel, w bardzo dobrej cenie, w cenie śniadania, które były urozmaicone i smaczne. Pokój mały, ale czysty usytuowany przy spokojnej ulicy, działająca klimatyzacja, dwa wejście jedno na spokojną uliczkę, drugie na uliczkę że sklepikami, nie trzeba daleko szukać sklepów z ubraniami, butami, pamiątkami wszystko jest blisko i w dużo bardziej rozsądnych cenach niż przy głównych ulicach. Odległość od głównych zabytków to ok 30/40 min piechotą, idzie się bardzo prosto mijając sklepy i sklepik w tym bardzo fajne piekarnie, po drodze można zwiedzać. Może trochę mały pokój, ale biorąc pod uwagę, że nie przyjechaliśmy mieszkań w pokojach, zupełnie wystarczył.

- Anastasios (10/5): Pleasant, problem-free and good value for money stay - Gul Otel is a great value for your money. The room was very clean, we had everyday cleaning and changing of towels. Toiletries were of nice quality and the free water boiler with free tea and cofee was an extra positive surprise. Breakfast was very decent quality with quite a variety. The owners are extremely kind and always there to help with everything. They were so kind to give us the room earlier than official check-in time, and keep our luggage for a few hours after check out because of our late night flight. Distance to Metro Yenikapi is around 5 minutes walk, so very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant and problem-free stay without breaking the buck. We would like the room to have a chair and a stool, so that we could sit or place our suitcase. The water pressure, when hotel was very busy, seemed to have a bit of a struggle.

В пешей доступности площадь Султанахмет. Чувствуется, что хозяева заинтересованы в том, чтобы ваш отдых прошел отлично и вы не отвлекались на мелочи. Вкусный сытный завтрак, уборка каждый день. Спасибо, обязательно буду рекомендовать вас друзьям Если вы чутко спите, просите комнату подальше от лифта. В остальном только плюсы

- Victor (10/5): Really good value for money. - Honest property, good value for money. The owner helped me with parking so i didn't pay anything. You have to walk a bit to reach all the important areas but i didn't go there to sit all day in my room. Breakfast was enough for us and good. Thank God the bathroom was big enough, not like other hotels i visited before in Istanbul. Cleaning was done daily. I'm satisfied with my choice.

- Davizin (10/5): - El trato del personal fue excelente. El barrio es auténtico y con movimiento, además de muy seguro, como toda la ciudad, pese a parecer otra cosa. Está bien conectado con metro, bus, tranvía y ferry. Todo a menos de 10 minutos. Tiene ascensor, cosa que se agradece después de patear la ciudad. Se desviven por tí y tu confort. Realizamos el transfer al aeropuerto con ellos ida y vuelta para mayor tranquilidad y nos dejaron las habitaciones para nosotros hasta que era la hora de partir. Mi madre, mi tía y yo hemos estado a cuerpo de rey. Gracias por todo!!!

- MARGARITA (8/5): - Очень приветливый персонал, который постарался сделать всё для нашего комфортного проживания. Рано заселили. Накормили завтраком в день приезда, комплимент от хозяев отеля-тарелка с фруктами. Отель расположен близко к метро и линии трамвая T1, что помогает быстро добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Немного плутали, когда искали отель по приезде.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they even brought us fresh fruit to our room, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious and varied. - Mi-Irinka (9/5): - Estoy muy agradecida al equipo del hotel por el trato que nos dieron. El dueño siempre estaba en el comedor y nos atendió perfectamente con los desayunos, la cocinera era un encanto y la variedad de la comida me pareció muy buena, los dulces son los mejores de Estambul. El recepcionista y la limpiadora también son muy buena gente. La habitación y el baño bastante amplios. Nos dejaron hasta agua potable en las botellas de 5 litros que servía muy bien con un hervidor y saquitos del té, también era de ayuda un pequeño frigorífico. La calefacción central muy buena. Por viajar en invierno, era muy agradable volver en nuestra habitación calentita después de haber recorrido la ciudad al aire frío. La conexión del transporte muy buena - cerca metro, tren, tranvías. Así que nos movimos con fluidez. Andando tampoco era mucho - una media hora hasta Mezquita Azul. Venimos del aeropuerto en un transfer por llegar a medianoche a Estambul, pero volvimos al aeropuerto en el metro y fue bastante rápido, fácil y barato. La tarjeta Istambul Card permite ahorrar bastante, que se vende en las máquinas en cualquier estación de tren o metro. Lo único, la habitación fue sin vistas, daba a la pared del otro edificio. Pero como nuestra intención era disfrutar de la ciudad y la mayoría de las veces estábamos fuera, la vista no era tan importante.

- Vladimir (10/5): - Oduševljen sam uslugom u hotelu, sve je bilo jako čisto. Doručak je bio fantastičan, jako veliki izbor jela. Domaćin hotela je na mene ostavio jako lijep utisak, toliko nam je pomogao za sve što nam je trebalo ili smo tražili, uvijek ponudi čaj ili kafu posle napornog dana i duge šetnje, jednostavno divan čovek. Preporučio bih svakome ovaj predivni hotel.

Vlasnik je veoma ljubazan, izadje u susret na svaki zahtev. Ulica je trgovacka, sa mnogo radnji, ali mirno bez velike guzve. Stanica bus, metro i tramvaj na 5-6 min hoda. Grejanje odlicno, kreveti udobni. Dorucak raznovrstan sa dosta salata. Stvarno ne bih imao sta da zamerim iako dosta putujem i strogo ocenjujem

Nurih, la persona encargada del servicio de desayuno y de la recepción la mayor parte del tiempo, es amable y atento a cada detalle. El desayuno es variado, saludable una maravilla. La zona es muy auténtica, llena de servicios y vida de gente local. Realmente creo que lo podríamos haber estado mejor en ningún otro sitio. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is nearby a lot of shops and also nearby public transport which was really nice. There was also a refrigerator in the room which was convenient.

Plusem winda, a po wyjściu z hotelu (są dwa) ulica ze straganami i sklepami różnorakiej maści. Blisko do dwóch marketów, lokali z jedzeniem , metra i tramwajów. Przydałby sie ekspres do kawy z całodobowym dostępem (był przy recepcji ale zepsuty). Niestety kawa w pokoju nie została uzupełniona ani jeden raz. Słabo widoczny szyld z nazwą hotelu przez co można go przegapić idąc ulicą.

- Javokhir (5/5): Ok for clothing merchants, not suitable for a family, overrated - I picked a breakfast included room left the window open and reserved later but kinda I dont know how breakfast got excluded. And with this option, it said I needed to pay 12 bucks for a day of breakfast, but the hotel charged me initially 250 bucks for 6 days and only later agreed for 100, still they did not follow the policy. 1. Location, (there is no view, it is in the middle of cheap clothing market and may not be safe or pleasant at night, also very difficult for cars to move around tiny streets, you have to walk a few miles till the main street) 2. There is no AC in the kitchen, and dining area, terrace is kinda windowed, so air is trapped and may be really hot in summer, 3. Not all the food is fresh, deli products and some fruits are stored and re-served, so better watch out for food poisoning. Also the products used for breakfast are of lower quality cheap products, I only ate bread and some packaged jams (hygiene is not good at all) Pictures were taken way back and it does not show the neighborhood at all, in my opinion this place is not suitable for a vacation with a family.

Może i są bardziej luxusowe obiekty, natomiast rodzina prowadząca hotel wkłada dużo serca -goście są bezpieczni, pokoje wysprzątane sterylnie, śniadania pyszne. Blisko do zabytkowej części i zwiedzania. Polecam serdecznie na krótki pobyt. wszystko ok
- Aziz (7/5): - Clean. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Location is also good: close to most important transport links, tourist attractions and the cafes serving delicious Uzbek cuisine. Noisy neighborhood. It seemed like people never slept there. Even at night.
- Indiphile (10/5): Comfortable, clean and excellent service - Everything but the highlight is the incredible customer service and the going beyond the call of duty for the staff from reception to cleaning to luggage care. Gul Otel will be my permanent home whenever I am in Istanbul Nothing - central location!

One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast — it's rare to find a hotel that serves actual coffee instead of instant, and it made such a difference to start the day. - Goran (8/5): Very good - The stuff and food was excellent, location is good if you would like to be close to Haja Sofia, Blue Mosque etc. otherwise I will choose Besiktas area or area with Galata tower. Stuff is really nice and friendly, ready to help all the time. Breakfast is perfect with fresh food and you will be full for sure. I didn't like a lot of mosque is pretty close to the hotel and every morning 7 o'clock roaring is heard from mosque.

- samer (10/5): - This day at this hotel was absolutely amazing. We could walk everywhere. It was safe and quiet. We enjoyed staying there. The staff was amazing and everything else we did. There was fun and the hotel made it easy to park the car and to get an Uber. I really enjoyed staying there

- Gulruba (10/5): Excellent service - Amazing staff who were always available. Breakfast was incredible healthy with a range of salads. They made egg the way you want it and my favourite was the omelette and fried egg. They had some hot breakfast selection as well. The hotel staff were so accommodating and signposted where we could get our laundry done. Our rooms were cleaned and beds changed everyday. Location was excellent and walking distance to sightseeing and attractions. Memeber of staff was so kind and asked what time we were leaving as he can serve us breakfast before the usual timings. Definitely all staff went the extra mile. If we return to Istanbul I will definitely book Gul Otel again. No reason
- Amir (6/5): - The hotel’s rooms are super small. We rented one for three people we hardly could fit. Besides the sheets of the beds were not super clean and we could find some long hair when we checked in. The blankets were thin and coarse and were not warming us enough. The neighborhood is very noisy and the windows do not block the noise. The only good thing about the hotel was nice staff.
