Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el aseo del primer día sería ecológico y solo cambiarían toallas pero no te advierten que no te harán la cama, uno supone que un servicio que está tácitamente incorporado. Fue un desagrado llegar a la pieza y que la cama no estuviera hecha.

- Konstantin (10/5): Cozy place to stay in the center of Tokyo - Great value price vs quality If this hotel sees itself as an international one, the hotel’s associates should be more respectful for guests with Jet lag. First morning the Lady at the breakfast facilities in 14 floor rejected to get a piece of bread with jam and a glass of tea, we came 9:35 am and last order is at 9:30 am.

The bathroom & shower was also very big. The staff were wonderful as well - super friendly and very helpful. Location is fantastic - easy walk to Akihabara & the markets. very close to train station. No comment here. everything was fantastic.

Ens van facilitar taps per les orelles pel possible trànsit i ho vam agraïr, de la mateixa manera que ens van ajudar moltissim amb altres qüestions relatives al viatge. Un 10. Ens ha agradat molt, però potser sí que l'ubicació tot i que és cèntrica, està molt a prop de la via principial i pot arribar a molestar. Per altra banda, els coixins son molt tous, com d'arròs i no acaben de ser del tot còmodes. Tanmateix, el matalàs estava molt bé i l'habitació perfecte.

- NIRU (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and would be back - The staff are exceptionally professional and polite. The premises are so clean and located with easy access to the subway. The morning breakfast buffet is delicious with so many options. This is our second stay at this hotel. If you’re an English speaking you’re better off bringing a laptop with HDMI for entertainment shows on tv, the room TV never had any English captions or options.

- LK (9/5): Clean modern hotel - Great location very close to JR station on a main street. Breakfast buffet was very good, and has a nice view located on the 14th floor. The room was very clean, modern and beds were very comfortable. Checkout is at 10am, but they will store your luggage for free. Robes and slippers were provided in the room. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. There was tea but no coffee in the room. Checkout at 10am was a bit earlier than I like. It was a bit pricier than other options in the area.

The staff let us leave our luggage at the hotel after check out for several hours so we could enjoy time in Tokyo before an evening flight. Bed covers were a bit thin and no blankets in the room.

The triple twin room has very little space for keeping suitcases, clothes, shoes, etc. We made it work, but it felt a little like camping. It would have been a bit better if each bed had 2 pillows instead of one.

- Elisa (10/5): I love it - This hotel is where I usually stay everytime I am in Tokyo. The rooms are welcoming and spacious, the cleanliness is excellent. All the staff is competent and kind. The location is close to Ameyoko Market and numerous different subway stops (and train as well). Breakfast is super rich and served on a beautiful panoramic terrace, where events and activities for guests are often organized (sake tasting, calligraphy classes and many more). A laundry room and free hotel amenities at reception are included.

The staff are really courteous and accommodating. The location is the best of all. It was a good decision that we stayed here on our last 4 days where we can buy gifts and other items which are affordable that we can bring back home.
