ANA MARIA (7/5): - La ubicación es muy buena , cerca de todo , a pocos minutos caminando del centro. Con una calle.tranquila peor con todo muy cerca. Es un edificio bueno, limpio , la cocina está bien equipada , tiene varios televisores ,.hacer el check in es muy fácil y autónomo , hay buen espacio para guardar la ropa. El baño : tiene una fuga el sanitario y siempre está chorreando agua , la ducha también es muy difícil porque el vidrio no protege y hagas lo hagas siempre terminas con el piso empapado, es algo súper incómodo. El internet no funciona bien y las camas individuales de la segunda habitación son muy pequeñas. Las fotos con la preciosa vista que sale en la presentación del hotel en la plataforma , con los techos altos , no son la de todos los apartamentos, el mío la vista de los cuartos era interior a una pared y la de la sala daba a la calle opuesta al lago.

Buenas atención de los anfitriones, te resoondían al toque y te solucionaban del mismo modo prácticamente. La pileta pequeña, estaba fría el agua y el ambiente. Ni la usamos. Podrían mejorar eso. Después en el depto poca iluminación en la habitación y en el living. Ya lo informe para q mejoren. El cuarto no tenía puerta, lo q no me gustó ya q era molesto. Tmb lo informe. Y el tema el agua de la ducha q no se posía regular o salía helada o casi hirviendo, no se podía regular a tibio. Después solo reponen toallas y sábanas. El papel higiénico, shampoo, crema enjuague y rollo de cocina no me repusieron xq eran de cortesía. Aunque eso siempre a dónde alquiles te suelen reponer, en los hoteles tmb. Si mejoran esos puntos sería excelente.

Gabriel (1/5): Sin respuesta por parte del administrador - No se me facilitó la cancelación considerando que les comenté que no iba a hacer uso de la reserva dado que al llegar encontré la habitación con una ventana que no servía y el viento ingresaba al departamento generando un ruido muy molesto que no permitía descansar. Por tal motivo me comunico con los encargados para realizar la cancelación y no me brindan apoyo alguno ya que ni me responden. Cabe resaltar que me tuve que ir del lugar y no me quedé ni 1 hora en el lugar.

Furlong (8/5): - A localização é incrível e a vista para o lago Nahuel Huapi é sensacional! As camas são muito boas, incluindo o sofá-cama onde a minha filha ficou. O banho é excelente e a calefação é ótima (estivemos no inverno e passamos muito bem dentro do apartamento). E a cozinha é bem equipada, com tudo o que precisávamos. Só não fomos na piscina, mas ela pareceu ser bem boa. Ficamos sem água um dia por uma questão do condomínio. A água acabou voltando muito devagar no final da noite e, no outro dia, já estava 100%.

RobertaRAraújo (9/5): Excelente escolha perto de tudo! - A localização é excelente, super perto da rua principal da cidade e em uma rua com muito comércio e restaurantes perto. O apartamento é super confortável, bem organizado, limpinho e com um ótimo tamanho. Cama confortável, chuveiro bem bom, torneira da pia com água quente. Cozinha bem completa, com torradeira, chaleira elétrica, microondas e cafeteira. Tivemos alguma dificuldade com a internet, que ficava indo e voltando; tivemos dificuldade em usar o fogão - é de indução e não parecia estar funcionando, mas isso não prejudicou nossa estadia!

Vanina Allison (10/5): - Para contactarse con el lugar es un poco confuso, mandan muchos números, pero la persona que se encarga realmente es Mariana para darte las indicaciones del ingreso y el cobro. Ella es un 10 de persona, super cálida. Me permitió hacer el ingreso antes del horario de check in y también me facilito la posibilidad de quedar un día más en el departamento, ya que había extendido mi viaje. Súper recomendable este lugar y sin dudas pienso volver la próxima vez con mi familia.
