- Partridge (6/5): Mixed. - It is in a good place, easy access to the rest of Rome, lots of things nearby, the apartment is open and feels spacious. It is noisy (might just be Rome), hard to come by natural light, however, my biggest gripe would be no shower. With a shower it would easily feel quite luxurious. The TV randomly stopped working whilst we were there, and turned on randomly at 4am in the morning. The toilet was very noisy too, it took a long time for water to come back into the tank, and the bottom of the toilet was very shallow...

- kathryn (9/5): Amazing time in a wonderful city - Absolutely ideal position to explore Rome. Nothing but if being really picky there was a dripping tap in the bathroom and the floor in the room needed attention by the bed

- Alberto (6/5): la habitación maravillosa pero la conexión de internet una pesadilla. - La habitación es una maravilla, grande, la cama cómoda, la ropa de cama cómoda, las almoahadas cómodas, especiosa, con luz natural y con gel que huele muy rico. En general la habitación es muy buena y bonita, sobre todo espaciosa y con grandes ventanales. El diseño moderno y confortable. El único GRAN "PERO" fue la conexión de internet que funcionaba muy mal y cuando vas a trabajar se convierte en un gran problema hasta el punto de perder los nervios. - Astrid (7/5): Schönes Zimmer mit einigen Schwierigkeiten beim Türöffnen - Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer sehr schön… Im Bad gab es einen größeren Schimmelfleck neben der Dusche. Es war etwas schwierig,den Code an der Zimmertür zu aktivieren und funktionierte manchmal erst nach vielen Versuchen. Da es ja keine Rezeption gab und Niemand (nur digital möglich) kommen konnte,um die Situation vor Ort zu klären,war es eher so,dass wir ständig befürchten mussten,wenn man die Wohnung verlassen hat,diese nicht mehr öffnen zu können.

- Ilirjana (10/5): Im Grossen und ganzen super Unterkunft. - Der Standort war super! Auch das Zimmer war riesig. Austattung super modern. Bett extrem bequem! 2 Waschbecken, Regendusche und immer warmes Wasser! Bett wurde täglich gemacht und alle Handtücher und Badetücher jeden Tag frisch! Auch WC Papier wurde immer nachgefüllt. Der Boden wurde NIE mit dem Staubsauger gesaugt. Die Decke hatte ein wenig Schimmel. Liegt warscheinlich daran, dass die Dusche oben offen ist und der Dampf im Zimmer bleibt, wenn man nicht genügend die Fenster öffnet und lüftet.

- Satin (10/5): When in Rome. - The hosts were responsive and welcoming. The location worked for us since we wanted a quieter area yet close to the center. The room was spacious, clean. The bed was comfortable, and so were the pillows. There are many good restaurants and gelateria nearby. Would highly recommend it. We are hoping to stay here during our next trip to Rome. Grazie mille per la vostra ospitalita, Youroom Abruzzi. Minor issue: towels kept slipping off the smooth hangers. Wish there was a glass door to keep water in the shower.

- Shivani (10/5): - This property was amazing ……. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We had a couple of issues with the safe and TV not working but they were sorted out immediately. The WhatsApp group chat worked well. Would definitely stay here again when visiting again.
- Diego (10/5): - This property was a beautiful surprise after a full day in the city. The location was quiet, clean and located in a central part of the city close to sites. We absolutely loved it! Only negative, as previously mentioned by other reviewers, the water for the shower and the bath was luke warm.
- Claudia (10/5): - Our room at the guest house was really beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely and clean, outside was a little noisy but it was quiet enough at night to get to sleep. There were a couple of good restaurants around the corner, which were lovely fir breakfast and dinner. Most places were walkable like the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We took the bus for the further away attractions, which was very easy. We has some issues with the internet. It was fine outside the building but we could only get reception in the toilet area of our room, which was a bit of a bother. The guest house staff were very responsive on WhatsApp and all our needs were met promptly. We had an amazing stay in Rome.

- Melanie (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt zur Erkundung der Stadt. Per Bus ist sie sehr gut angebunden und auch die U-Bahn, die Spanische Treppe und der Trevi-Brunnen sind fußläufig problemlos zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Zimmer modern, funktionell und hochwertig ausgestattet sind. Die Gegend rund um die Via Abruzzi ist ruhig, gepflegt und etwas abseits der Menschenmassen, die sich im Zentrum tummeln. Dies empfanden wir als absoluten Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal per WhatsApp war unkompliziert und funktionierte perfekt, genauso wie der Check in, der Zugang zur Unterkunft per Handy und der organisierte Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. In der Nähe war ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Pizzeria gegenüber ist absolut zu empfehlen. Dort kann man auch frühstücken oder etwas zum Frühstücken kaufen, um in der Unterkunft zu essen. Wenn wir uns entscheiden noch einmal nach Rom zu reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

- Ajay (9/5): Superb - Really spacious room, clean with all necessary inclusions with a bathtub as a nice addition. Nice quiet street walkable to Spanish Steps in 15mins. Electric system was simple to use with easy instructions just have to make sure you have access to WiFi/data.

- Martin Baltzer (8/5): - Great place - with some flaws. Great area with lots of restaurants and breakfast cafes nearby. Just a 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. Big modernized room. Good bed, good cleaning. Shared Kitchen area where you can make meals and tea/coffee . No reception though onsite. All contact went via phone/email, but all personel were very friendly and helpful. Some smaller issues with the room during the stay that was sorted out mostly. Biggest drawback: There are 4 different locks to the building and the room which are all digital and this system did have some flaws that can cause concerns. I.e. on the day of departure the gate to the street did not open/work, with no one onsite to fix this. Not great when you are leaving for the airport.
- Celia (10/5): - They clean everyday (stairs, elevator, rooms). It's quiet, relaxing, and i love the security of the entry code provided via phone app. Quick resolution to issues. The rooms are spacious. And San Marco is on the corner across the street. The food there is amazing.

- Annette Catharina Maria (10/5): - Mooie, ruime en sfeervolle accommodatie. Heerlijk groot bed met goed matras. Alles was zeer schoon. We hebben ons daar heel veilig gevoeld, door de afzonderlijk afsluitbare deuren. Wij vonden de loopafstand van de metro naar het appartement wel behoorlijk. Fijn dat veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand waren. We hadden leuk Whatsapp contact met Federica van Youroom. Ze gaf ook bruikbare tips voor goede restaurants. Als we weer naar Rome gaan, gaan we zeker terug naar Youroom Abruzzi!

We had an issue with the boiler which was temporarily resolved but by means of compensation Youroom did refund a portion of our booking fee which was very much appreciated.

The check in process was a little stressful as I couldn’t get the internet to work outside but once this was overcome everything was easy. Location was only a 10 minute walk from main attractions, Trevi fountain etc. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Rome for a lovely stay. Thank you 🙏
