Alice (4/5): - On avait une chambre avec salle de bain, on s’est crue au royaume des champignons. La salle de bain était noire y en avait dans tous les recoins et au plafond. Les murs étaient sales et a moitié peint (pas comme sur les photos). Au moins on avait un toit pour dormir. Le personnel était très mediocre même pas un mot au check out, on avait l’impression de les déranger.
Tram (10/5): - Very center, food are all around you. Nice and lovely staff. All worked out for me with location, service and reasonable price. This hotel saved my experience. Don't hesitate to stay here if you want a place centralized.

Beefcake132 (4/5): Unclean, basic accommodation but cheap and good location - I stayed in both the bunk hostel side and then got a private room for a bit more space before I left. The shared bathroom for the hostel was dirty and showers had cold water. The actual bed was OK, sheets were clean but had old stains on them. Walls were grubby. Lockers in room, not very much space. There is space in your bunk to put bags at end of bed. Each bunk has a curtain, shelf, light, socket and mirror. In my twin room (double was unavailable), the bathroom had a damp, urine smell. The tap would only work if a valve on the wall was turned, which then itself leaked. Very small bathroom, floor was constantly wet due to leaks. Toilet flushed and linen was clean enough, again had old stains. Area for storage and rail with hangers is useful. TV didn't work. The whole place seemed a bit tired and not cared for. Very convenient location in the middle of China town, ~3min walk to a 24h 7-Eleven. Bunked room is cheap, I suppose you get what you pay for.

cute25 (2/5): Awful Hostel - I arrived early in the morning to leave my bag before check in , the hostel didnt seem to have my booking even tho i booked direct on their website. After the lady took my passport and i showed her my email to confirm booking i was told ok. After returning in the evening i was then told i did not have a booking after all and there was no female dorms left . I said i was not going in a mixed dorm . After 10 minutes i was told there was a Female dorm. Once i got to my room the bed was dirty . I was given another bed. The next evening someone had taken my bed , and it was a man , even tho it was meant to be a female room. The Guy did leave the room and placed elsewhere but i was woken up because of this. Staff were not bothered and not very helpful also their English wasn't great so was hard then things went wrong. I was meant to stay again at this hostel but i cancelled and stayed at the space hotel which was amazing. Do not stay here.
768maddieb (2/5): Unhygienic - Although this hostel has comfortable beds with good curtains, it is highly unhygienic and we would not stay here again. It may be very cheap but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic cleanliness. There are 5 rooms per floor with on average 6 people per room. Which could imply that there are 30 people using the same communal bathroom per floor. We noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned in two days and was found to be in revolting state with rubbish on the floor and nail clippings and hair from people shaving left in the sink for days. There were strange substances on the shower floor and I felt it necessary to shower with my flip-flops on. There was no toilet paper in the toilet and human excrement spread up the back of the toilet and left there. Furthermore there is no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. We can only assume that the staff are also not washing their hands before handling food at breakfast. The staff provide you with shampoo and body wash when you arrive and tell you that you can return it for a refill. However, when asked for soap they said they didn't have any. On the first night when we got back to the hostel, we noticed that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. We asked for it to be cleaned and nothing was done. The following morning after noticing that it was still filthy, we asked again and they told us they would have someone look at it. By lunchtime it had reached an appauling state as it still had not been cleaned. I had to request to speak to a manager who told me to wait for five minutes. I am outraged at the blatant lack of care that the staff show people. After speaking to the manager, the toilets and sinks were cleaned but the showers were not until we asked again. At this stage they swept the floor with a brush and that was all. The room is smelly as it has no access to fresh air. The breakfast is basic with bread available to toast served on paper plates and tea or coffee in paper cups. The disregard for the current climate crisis is unacceptable, it is such a waste. All due to the laziness of the staff here. Furthermore when packing away breakfast, they do not wash the knives that everyone in the hostel has used, they wipe it with toilet roll and use it again the next day. We asked if we could wash our refillable water bottle and they told us that there was no sink and to wash it in the bathroom. This is highly concerning as we fear there is no way for them to wash the knives and bread container that the breakfast is served in. The girl behind the desk has an incredibly unnecessary poor attitude. We watched a gentleman arrive to breakfast at 10.01 and ask for more bread to toast. She stood up to get him some, realised the time and told him smuggly 'it's past 10'. She seemed to get great enjoyment out of starting to pack breakfast away immediately in front of him. Finally we were disappointed on arrival to discover that there is in fact no pool table at this hostel as is advertised
idfip (10/5): Best Hostel in KL - This might be my best and favorite hostel in Kualalumpur by far. I Stayed here for 4D/3N with some friend. We were 6 of us and we stayed in one room of 6 bunk beds. The bed, pillow, bed cover/blanket are so comfortable. Every bed is fasilitated with a reading lamp, a mirror, plug, and a curtain so that everyone has their own privacy. There's also a locker for everyone in the room. Receptionist is on the 1st floor. You can use the elevator or staircase. Once you check-in, the receptionist will hand you over shampoo, soap and towel. On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop with a very friendly barista who always smiles & greets you everytime you pass by. Simple breakfast~toast & jam, coffee & tea~ is also included (from 7-10am) on the 1st floor. There's water dispenser for us to drink & refill our tumbler. Simple gym facility is also provided on the lobby floor (1st floor). For those who want to just seat and chat over drinks with friends can seat on the lobby, the balcony or go to rooftop bar. Here, there's no need to worry about showering, tooth brushing & bowl movement 😁 as there're plenty toilets & showers (and water sinks) on every floor. They even have hot water. The most important thing is that it's very clean and it's located in the heart of the Chinatown (Petaling Street). And, it has a very high speed free wifi. It costs me only around RM 25/night. That's really a good deal. Anyway, overall, I really enjoy staying here. And, I absolutely would recommend KITEZ to my friends and everyone of you.

Verified traveler (6/5): - 場所と価格から考えれば十分なCPなのですが、参考の為いくつか上げさせて頂きます。チェックイン Expediaでのチェックが初めてとの事で、名前が見つからず、そして朝食の含まれている事も分からず。説明した結果、クーポン券をくれました。トイレとシャワー各フロアーに共同で用意されていますが、トイレはいつも紙が切れるか切れないかの状態。シャワー用にしっかりしたバスタオルを貸してくれるのですが、シャーブースからお湯が飛び散る構造で、バスタオル一枚では納まりません。また、シャワーを浴びてる間に荷物や脱いだ服を置ける場所が無いので、何人かは部屋からバスタオル一丁で出て来てそのまま帰ってました。また翌日朝には洗面全部と半分ほどのシャーブースの水が止まり、スタッフに報告した次第です。ロッカー WEB上でロッカーが写っていたので気を許しましたが、鍵かありません。南京錠を持参しないと、ロッカーの意味がありません。僕のキャリーバッグに対しては、十分な大きさでした。ただハンガーはありません。二階のロビー及びバルコニー自由に使えますが、殆どエアコンは消されたままです。ロビーもバルコニーもゆったりしているので、ドミトリーの窮屈さを癒すのに丁度良い広さです。バルコニーのみタバコが吸えます。朝食選べるホットドリンク一杯とサンドイッチ二個ですが、私には十分です。

Alalluna (10/5): Excellent hotel! - It is the best budget hotel we're we have stayed in Malaysia! Right in the center of Chinatown! So perfect location! Super clean rooms, staff really kind and helpful! And all for a really good price. For sure I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again if I ever come back to KL.
laurafernandez09 (10/5): Very nice - We booked the deluxe double bed room and were pretty happy about it. Bed was comfy, very clean room, space for our big suitcases. Small bathroom, pretty new and clean. Air con, window. Just above the market in Chinatown, nice attraction for walking around, bit it's not noisy in the room. Also there's an elevator and fresh filtred water machine.
AleTravellingsoul (10/5): Best hostel I stayed in SE in more than 8 months of travels. - Clean, good location, super friendly and helpful staff. They have lockers, borrow you adapters, good wifi, a water refill station (say no to plastic :D) and even cookies available all day! I originally booked few nights but then extended my stay cause it was such a comfortable place to stay to explore KL and its surroundings. Good value for money, totally recommended.
viviankuen (10/5): Amazing China town hotel - Nice hotel with lots of facilities in reasonable price. The view from the balcony is very pleasant and relaxing. The location is the best, right in the middle of China town, close to the food and culture with great connectivity to the rest of the city.
