• Martin (9/5): Waar voor je geld. - Prima kamer, en leuke lounge en vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt ook top. Ook mooie locatie. Helaas geen mini bar, wel erg fijn om te hebben op je kamer.

• Ploychompoo (7/5): Had a good sleep - I felt safe walking around the hotel, very nice area. Big room, comfortable bedsheets, soft pillows and blankets. Perfect room temperature. Spacious bathroom, big enough to get ready together. Peaceful neighbourhood. Beautiful view 😚 The Indian staff at the front desk was a bit blunt. He didn’t even do the check in for us yet he was asking us questions like “Are you part of the group” asked us twice as if we didn’t understand the first time. Of course we are not part of the group I’m not sure how he couldn’t tell. Plus on our check out date one of the staff (not sure who) knocked and opened our door without consent while my mother was in the middle of getting changed to ask if we were to check out today… I’m not sure if this is their standard but they should have never done that. We also asked for a 2 twin beds they gave us the double beds. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of this but this is small details the hotel needs to pay attention to.

Bus in die Stadt (Fahrzeit 15 Minuten) hält direkt vor der Tür. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück schmeckte überhaupt nicht! Frühstücksraum zwar mit schönem Blick aber insgesamt etwas lieblos.

Die Bettdecken waren sehr abgenutzt und die gesamte Füllung befand sich am Rand der Decke, in der Mitte war nur noch der Stoff. Bei diesem Preis und dieser Hotelkette dürfte das nicht sein. Ich habe die Reinigungskraft informiert. Sie sagte, es sei schwer, weil alle Decken so sind, aber sie werde versuchen, etwas zu finden. Dann hat sie alle drei Decken umgetauscht.

• Marian (10/5): Everything about this hotel is great! - The atmosphere is great! New interiors, great buffet, fruit and water on the 1st floor by the elevator. Rooms: clean, brand new interiors, excellent bathrooms, the bed was really comfortable and the pillows too. Lots of space and great view from our room on the 7th floor. Location: 10 minute or less walks to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal. I will definitely stay here again! N/A

• Martin (9/5): - Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis - die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, die Aussicht ist super und die Gegend eher ruhig. Mit den Öffis ist man in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und es ist eine Haltestelle direkt vor der Türe. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung hat auch super funktioniert und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Auch ein Early Check In war möglich. Ein Wasserkocher und Kaffee und Tee am Zimmer wären noch super!

• Julia (10/5): Toll - Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr, sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte ein Premiumzimmer, das wunderschön und sehr sauber war. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Bettwäsche – einfach ein Traum! Man hat unglaublich angenehm geschlafen und sich richtig wohlgefühlt. Auch das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls gut: Mit dem Bus, der ganz in der Nähe vom Hotel hält, ist man in etwa 15 Minuten im Zentrum bzw. schnell am Hauptbahnhof. Insgesamt war alles super – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
