• Oliver (8/5): Good value - Simple, clean and comfortable. Just what I wanted. Nothing.
• Tatsiana (10/5): We love London - We loved the location and functionality. The room was small but cozy. It was clean. The bathroom is renovated. The kitchenette was useful and included microwave, a fridge, essential utensils, a kettle and even cleaning tools. There's a large Sainsburys nearby on Cromwell Rd where ready-made meals can be bought, so we only needed to heat them up. Despite the small size of the room, it had a place to eat, a table and two chairs. Toilletries, tea, instant coffee, and milk were provided. The bad was comfy. We found hairdryer and even fan (despite the aircon in the room) and small safe in the wardrobe. Good WI Fi. Friendly staff, we asked them to allocate us on floor that is neither the highest nor the basement, and they fulfilled our request. Our room(14) was on the 3d floor and faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. All in all, value for money. The shower temperature would sometimes spontaneously change from very hot to cold. Given the water's temperature, it was possible to burn yourself.
• ANTONIO OLEGARIO (8/5): Melhor custo benefício - Melhor custo benefício, impossível. Considerando os altos preços de hospedagem em Londres, valeu muito a pena ficar aqui. Primeiramente por ficar praticamente em frente a uma estação de metrô excelente que nos leva as zonas centrais turísticas com apenas uma linha e é muito fácil, inclusive vim do aeroporto de metro ( coisa mais fácil do mundo)Nas redondezas muita opção de restaurantes , cafés, supermercados. Sobre o quarto, de fato é pequeno mas precisamos olhar o preço que pagamos. Tem ar condicionado , tem microondas, torradeira, cafeteira ( com sachês de café , chá e manteiga), utensílios de cozinha, smart, ferro de passar, secador. Então o custo benefício valeu demais Fiquei no quarto 18 lá último andar . São alguns lances de escada. Mas, como eu disso, valeu muito a pena pelo preço .

• adrian (8/5): Convenient location - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and was sufficient for an overnight stay. It was also a convenient location. The kitchenette area was adequate for an overnight stay. Our room was on the top floor, and whilst we knew there was no elevator, we did not expect the 80 steps that were needed to climb up to our room. Okay with hand luggage, but not ideal with cases. There was an aircon unit in the room, but the window was open and we could not reach the window to close it, so pointless running the aircon, Equally, the open window let in a lot of noise, all night long. My wife struggled to sleep, finding the bed too soft and the pillows not to her liking, but I found both pillows and bed to be comfortable.

A few small repairs required, e.g. kitchen tap and curtain pole. Not sure whether the air-conditioning was working as I didn't need it.

Habitación muy pequeña, casi no hay lugar para poner las valijas. Baño muy chico también. Cama chica y vieja, se sentían los resortes en la espalda.

Anche il Museo di Storia Naturale è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Staff cordiale e disponibile. La stanza era un po’ più piccola del previsto e i vicini piuttosto rumorosi.

También nos faltó gel de ducha y champú porque solo había un sobre por persona y solo para el primer día. La puerta de entrada del edificio estaba rota durante nuestra estancia, cualquiera pudo haberse metido en el edificio sin necesitar la llave.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Bon hôtel pour un court séjour - Très bon emplacement, la rue qui mène jusqu'à la station Earl's Court est très pittoresque. La réception est ouverte 24h, on peut laisser nos bagages si on arrive plus tôt. On a pu faire le check in avant 14h. Il y a du café, du lait et du thé dans la chambre. L'hôtel nécessite un peu plus d'entretien et quelques travaux de rénovation. Pour le prix qu'on a payé et les avis sur Booking on s'attendait à ça donc c'était pas une surprise. Ça reste un bon hôtel pour un séjour de quelques jours.

• frederique (8/5): Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel - Le rapport qualité prix ,le confort du lit , l'emplacement ,le linge de lit et serviettes ,la kitchenette et ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que liquide vaisselle ,peu bruyant, gentillesse du personnel , pouvoir laisser gratuitement les bagages la journée. Un néon ne fonctionnait pas au dessus de la kitchenette et il manquait un couteau ,nous l'avons signalé dès notre arrivée ,ils nous ont dit que ce serait changé le lendemain mais en trois jours ça n'a pas été fait.

• Marc (9/5): - Location was great. At the weekend I found parking with ease and it was very close to the tube station and it's only a couple of stops from getting into central London. The room was relatively modern with a tiny little kitchen that wasn't needed. It was clean and everything worked. For the price it was excellent.

• Roberto (6/5): Viejo, incómodo pero bien ubicado - La ubicación y que tuviera baño privado. La ducha es correcta. Es lamentable que los colchones estén hundidos cuando un hotel tiene que asegurar el descanso. En general, instalaciones descuidadas.

• Elene (7/5): Great location, but room needs improvement - The location was perfect – on a very quiet street, yet only a 5-minute walk to Piccadilly Underground line, which made traveling from Heathrow and getting to all the main attractions extremely convenient. The Museum Quarter is also within walking distance. There are plenty of pleasant cafés nearby, as well as an M&S Food store, which was very handy. The room included useful kitchen facilities such as a microwave, electric kettle and toaster, which made the stay more comfortable. The room itself was very small, with a low ceiling (I am 165 cm tall and could easily touch it). It definitely needs renovation, especially the plumbing. I couldn’t get cold water in the bathroom sink and it was quite difficult to adjust the water in the kitchenette as the tap was loose and seemed to mix hot and cold water unpredictably. My room was number 13 – maybe that explains the issues :) Another thing to consider is the narrow and steep staircase, which makes it quite difficult to carry heavy suitcases up and down.

Nelle vicinanze a meno di 15 minuti trovi Harrods, V&A museum, museo di storia naturale e la Serpentine gallery! In 30 minuti a piedi notting hills e buckingham palace. Comoda la cucinetta e wifi molto veloce. Stanza all'ultimi piano (5) senza ascensore.
• Cristina (9/5): genial alojamiento para visitar Londres - ubicación perfecta, muy cómodo para moverse por Londres y estancia muy agradable con una pequeña cocina para descansar tranquilamente mientras comes algo. por ponerle alguna pega, no tenía ascensor ni cambiaron las toallas en 4 noches que estuvimos.

La ubicación está genial, el barrio es muy tranquilo y está a unos 100 metros de la entrada de metro de Earl´s Court y a 10 minutos a pie del Natural History Museum. Hay muchos locales de restauración cerca. La cama de madera chirriaba mucho y hay que subir varios tramos de escaleras estrechas

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό, αλλά ιδανικό για ζευγάρι, χουχουλιάρικο και διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα για μερικές μέρες διαμονή. Επίσης, το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν εξυπηρετικό, έτοιμο να βοηθήσει σε οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα.
