• Kącka (3/5): Average - Easy checkin This place was pretty dusty. The shower wasn’t clean (floor and the mirror can tell a lot) Localization wasn’t bad but often you have to walk 15-20min to the apartment.

• Carrie (8/5): Nice accommodations but no secure place to leave luggage pre check in - The location was nice. There is a grocery just across the street. They room was comfortable and had a balcony and laundry. Self service check in. The biggest thing was there was no secure location to leave our bags until the checkin time. The communication wasn't ideal. No one was at the front desk. They were very strict about check out time (and with no secure place to leave bags this was tricky as well).

• Kerrianne (6/5): A great hotel, and convenient to all we needed. - The room was a decent size and the beds and bedding was comfortable. Access to our room via messaging was easy. It was fantastic that this room had a washing machine, as it was a half way point of our trip and we did washing that all dried perfectly before continuing our journey. It's not a dislike, however, having someone at the hotel desk is often very handy for additional questions or requests.
• Keith (7/5): Hotel Shu - Room was ok, the area very quiet so we could sleep easily. There is a washing machine for use & a pole over the bath to dry clothes. Tv in the lounge area but only 1 chair. Good instructions for getting key. Bed very hard. Only 2 bath towels which are not replaced no matter how long your stay. Guests must be out of room by 10am.

• David (8/5): Good accommodation, spacious, well equipped and quite with firm beds - It was quiet, 15 min to Shinjuku. Local convenience shops and supermarket nearby. Subways nearby. Clean, spacious for Japan, washing machine and drying room. Easy to find and good communication. It's not manned, so email communication, but effective. Bed are a little too firm and we have a firm bed.10am check out a little early and 11am would be better. Luggage storage is in the foyer, so not secure. Slightly expensive when compared to accommodation on rest of Japan trip. That could be the area though.

• Batmunkh (6/5): - Facility is good. There are all necessities to stay and cook. Cleaning is not good. It is dusty and dirty, even they said we do clean. Maybe cleaning staff need to increase cleaning quality. Also, AC is not good, just flows straight, so a bit cold. I couldn't change the flow direction using remote controller.
• M (6/5): - There was never anyone at reception. Anyone could walk into the building no security doors. We had problems getting our room keys and I found staff. She told us our booking isn’t for today only tomorrow. I then showed her my booking and she actually ran away and never came back. The showers were hard to use and often only sprayed water on the floor. The twin room was very small and had no where to open a suitcase. I had to talk to booking.com a lot to arrange my other room key. Was very frustrating I couldn’t have help on site

• Hannah (10/5): Comfort in the heart of Shinjuku - Such a great apartment. Super convenient location, clean apartment and so comfortable. Washing machine was a huge bonus. It was a huge apartment for Tokyo too. No secure baggage storage

• Isabella (8/5): - La posizione era perfetta vicino alle fermate della metro e al supermercato Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non è stato completamente positivo. Solo il giorno prima della partenza ci siamo accorti che nel letto dove dormiva il mio ragazzo era stato morso ripetutamente da cimici dei letti: aveva le gambe piene di segni due giorni prima della partenza che si sono poi gonfiati, con forte prurito. Scoprire una situazione del genere a fine soggiorno è stato ancora più frustrante e preoccupante. Riteniamo che la struttura necessiti di una pulizia profonda e di un controllo accurato dei letti, dei materassi e della biancheria, perché un problema di questo tipo è inaccettabile e compromette la sicurezza e il benessere degli ospiti. Ci auguriamo che vengano presi provvedimenti seri per evitare che accada ad altri.

• Francesca (10/5): - Ho adorato sin da subito il mio piccolo appartamentino, super pulito, con tutti i comfort, lavatrice, cucina, doccia grandissima con possibilità di asciugare i vestiti. La zona è molto silenziosa quindi ho dormito profondamente, a due minuti a piedi vi troverete nel quartiere di shinjuku ( uno dei quartieri più attivi di Tokyo) e si trovano tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno. 7 eleven, ristoranti, farmacia, pub, disco, bar… Tutto. A 10 minuti a piedi si ha la metro che unisce metro verde, marrone, rossa e forse anche blu. Quindi si può andare dovunque in maniera super semplice. Tornerò sicuramente! Non ho mai incontrato nessuno dello staff, ma super presenti su Booking

• CAUMEL (3/5): CUIDADO QUE NO ES UN HOTEL, Leer bien las condiciones antes de reservar - La única cosa positiva de este alojamiento es la ubicación, que es buena y accesible en metro. No tengo nada mas positivo que decir de este alojamiento que es como reservar en un airbnb No es un hotel como tal; quizá lo fue en su día, pero actualmente funciona sin personal. La llave se recoge en un buzón y durante toda la estancia no hay ningún responsable con quien hablar. La habitación es muy pequeña, aunque eso es algo normal en Japón. La lavadora no funciona bien y no sirve de nada preguntar, ya que no hay nadie que se haga cargo. Si necesitas algo, solo puedes comunicarte a través de Booking, y no colaboran en absoluto. Además, la información importante llega el día antes, por lo que si viajas en avión probablemente la verás solo al aterrizar. No lo recomendaría.

Apartamento sencillo pero que tienen todo lo suficiente para pasar unos días. Bien ubicado cerca de comercios super , family mart i Seven eleven. Tal vez el check-in no había nadie en recepción para recibirnos y llegamos antes de las 19 pero si nos enviaron las instrucciones de como acceder.nos costo abrir la puerta porque se abre hacia fuera no hacia dentro y no lo sabíamos

The facilities were clean, and the stay was straightforward and hassle free. There wasn’t anything I particularly disliked. The room had lots of supplies to use for quest which was great. Big bathroom which included a washing machine. Overall, great stay and would come back again! Couldn’t figure out how to turn the bathroom fans off or if they were automatically on 24/7? Either way didn’t bother me, just curious

• Angela (4/5): - Die Lage war gut. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Der Check In war sehr kompliziert. Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Koffer vorher abzugeben und trotz mehrfachen Bitten war es nicht möglich etwas früher einzuchecken. So sind wir nach einem 13 Stunden Flug noch vier Stunden bei Regen vor der Unterkunft verharrt, da wir mit den großen Koffern nichts machen konnten. Die Begründung, dass man nicht früher einchecken kann, war, dass das Zimmer noch gereinigt werden muss. Die Putzfrau war schon morgens da. Da fragt man sich schon, was die solange gemacht hat und warum man das eine Zimmer dann nicht vorziehen konnte. Um Punkt 15 Uhr, als wir eigentlich hätten einchecken sollen, war immer noch kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox. Haben direkt geschrieben und uns wurde der Schlüssel dann fünf Minuten später dann auch gebracht, aber von einem guten Service zeigt das trotzdem nichts.
