• HSINGHUA (1/5): - 車站旁邊 洗澡水壓超級小熱水不熱，床邊沒整理乾淨床墊有血跡 廁所很臭，不能穿自己的拖鞋，也不準備拖鞋給住宿客穿，拖鞋又不是髒的為何不能穿，多少人在廁所樓梯間來來回回的，萬一有人有香港腳怎麼辦，員工看到你穿被警告不行，跟你要房號名字像在抓小偷一樣真令人傻眼，房門第一天入住沒辦法解鎖，還要要跑到一樓解鎖才行，非常不愉快的體驗

No smoke alarms and no openable windows in the rooms. Rooms are too small. They should allow some cooking at least. Common room air conditioning is blocked in afternoon

• Sween Khyzil Kney (8/5): Overall, we still had a comfortable stay at an affordable price. - 1. The maintenance cleans the property everyday. 2. Air-conditioning is strong enough to keep you cool after exposure to extreme heat outside. 3. The mattress is soft and firm that it will let you rest comfortably. 4. The staff are approachable. They take the initiative to offer help even if we don’t ask for one. 5. The location is along the national highway. It is near the MTR. It is also easy to book a taxi/grab in the area. It is also near shopping malls. Many food stalls in the vicinity as well. 1. It has no elevator. It is a bit tiring going up and hauling stuff up to the fifth floor. 2. We can’t bring our shoes/slippers inside our room. We have to leave it downstairs. 3. They have a routine room check every afternoon even when we are not around.

• Aaronat (10/5): Would definitely recommend staying here - The staff were really nice and helpful. Beds were comfy and the hostel was clean. Large common area to sit down and relax. Self service washing machine available, which is convineant. Would definitely recommend staying here. The lint collector in the washing machine needs to be cleaned from time to time as sometimes after your wash, lint gets stuck to your clothes which is a bit annoying.
• Natsima (5/5): Fair - Great location, good service. No free towel you have to pay 20 bath and also nowhere to hang in dorm room Shower and toilet are really dirty and smell bad. I don’t think it should be acceptable as other hostel managed to keep them clean. Sinks are really awful. Moreover, at woman floor there are still some man enter “woman” bathroom. I won’t recommend if you’re woman to stay.

• Rosameld (10/5): Perfect stay for our big group - Superb location, just next to BTS Train Station. Accommodated our big group and everyone loved their stay. No lifts, so if you have heavy bags then it might be a bit of a struggle

No lift, not friendly staff, misleading profile, charges bath towels (for their price towels should be included), staff schedule is ridiculous, they will charge whatever they want to charge to you. Ridiculous.

And it’s also near to Phaya Thai Airport Train , Siam Area , Pratunam area about 10-15mins walk on those areas. Also 2 711 near the hostel and local food stall. Staff were friendly too Water refill is available Free simple breakfast There are few things: - though they clean it daily but i notice there was a smell in the toilet like a urine smell. During my 5 days stay i notice the smell didn’t go away even cleaning it on a daily basis. So maybe i suggest to place some air freashener in the toilet. - Bed was comfortable except for the pillow it’s a high for me. So on my first had a headache and shoulder the next day. So the following night i use my neck pillow to sleep. They also have small pillow but unfortunately it’s not that clean. Also notice that my bedsheet has a red stain and some dust so i am unsure if it’s really clean. - Maybe they can provide sleepers to use for guest. (Which other hostel that i stayed they do provide) Because it’s very un easy to walk around esp in the toilet without sleeper. So if you will stay here bring your own disposable sleeper us they don’t allow a rubber type of sleeper. - It’s nice also if they can provide hooks and hanger inside the bed cubicle so we can hang our towels and clothes. - be minded that small locker only is provided luggage can’t fit in. And bring your lock too.

• Rico (8/5): Excellent location!! - The location is perfect. Right beside Ratchathewi BTS and the night street food and massage parlours. Lee should be the poster girl of this hostel. She's very friendly and accommodating. Compared to the other reception staff, she made sure you're welcomed, won't say NO rightaway and saw to it my simple request for extra pillows was taken care of. No elevator! The floor for triple rooms should be transferred to 2nd or 3rd floor.

• Muhammad (7/5): Will stay here again. - It was a good experience staying here, exceeded my expectations. The only cons of this place was it was without an elevator. For guests with knee problems or physically unfit, climbing up the stairs to Fl.5/6 would be a challenge.

• Pavol (8/5): Very good - My experience is great. I come late around 23:00 and check in finishes usually at 21:00. I didn't check anything before. I was hungry, sweaty and angry. I was lucky because receptionist LEE was so cool and professional to handle me with a smile and kindness I couldn't resist to calm down and be thankful. The room was clean, the shower also. The next morning LEE greeted me with such a positive energy she literally set me up for a great day. One of the best services in hospitality I ever received. Lee And all Team Great Job.

Air con are working well No lift as expected. The common area are quiet compare to most hostel, if you need quiet place, this is a good place for you

• Anastasia (6/5): Good for some, not acceptable for others - This was my first stay at hostel so I know I can't be too critical. Suffice it to say that it is not for me. I chose this hostel because there were great reviews and pics here and on google but to be honest I was disappointed. However, maybe as far as hostels go this one was top notch. I have no reference point. What upset me was that reviews said it was clean and yes, it wasn't bad, but when someone say clean I definitely don't expect to see hair on my bed. So... I did like how accommodating and pleasant the staff was. I would give an extra point for that. They modified my reservation quickly and without issues for me. Cleanliness wasn't on par, room had no view. There was a glass door looking out to wall and the next apartment (!)

From 100%, 90% was a great experience and 10% was in what I didn't like! - There's not much I don't like, all I know this is one of the hostel that I will return to if I'm coming to Bangkok again Wasn't enough trash bin, only at the bathroom and it's often full. There's water that didn't go down the drain the bathroom and caused small flood, it's slippery, i almost fell.
