House keeping people are really professional, nice and helpful! Spacious room, bright, speaker is great. Great location! I am allergic to heaving fragrance. All the skincare in the toilet was very heavy scented and it gives me headache. I end up not using shower gel and lotion and I have really drying skin for 2 nights. I just cannot sleep well from cracking skin. The quality of amenities was not very well. The cotton pad is shedding so badly. There is a front desk Indian guy that was really rude in the night. I wanted to extend my stay and they said they are full booked the next day. So I spend all my afternoon and night looking for another hotel near by… when I came back to hotel late night and ask again the extend, this rude impolite Indian guy show up saying they are fully booked tomorrow. And then I found out my exact same deluxe king bed room was available on booking the next few days… ok at this point I am confused and this guys switch his saying immediately we can offer you a favor to extend… and I was really mad because he is been lieing for the whole time… they he is getting really impolite saying we are doing this favor for you bla-bla-bla… excuse me? Favor? This is not making any sense. I am paying the exact same amount of money to book how is this a favor? At this point I am so frustrated and decided I would pay double to stay elsewhere rather than seeing this guy again. This is absolutely unacceptable as service attitude!

James (9/5): Will certainly stay there again. - The breakfast was very good, the rooms extremely comfortable and the lobby a very pleasant and relaxing place. The staff were excellent throughout with recommendations and advice about travel and dining. It’s a short walk to the tube station but that was just a good way to get exploring the area.
Mel (6/5): Ok but not great - Good location and clean Overcharged when booking in - they charged me an additional £190 rather than the £100 they advised. Pre-booked breakfast to be told on the first morning I hadn’t. Breakfast was disappointing and bland. In the room no adequate lighting for applying make up or magnifying mirror for putting in contact lenses. Plug for hairdryer too far away from the mirror and hairdryer nozzle broken. Only 3 tea bags in the room for a 2 night stay for the two of us.

Justine (9/5): We had a great weekend in London and the hotel really added to it. - The location was great and the atmosphere very relaxed. The staff were polite and helpful, and showed their appreciation when we agreed to change rooms to accommodate a family who needed connecting rooms, by upgrading us to a lovely suite with a complimentary bottle of wine. We would stay here again. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from, however parts of the cooked breakfast was a little cold.

Andrew (10/5): Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. great staff, good conference facilities - The app allows you to check in and out and obtain a digital key so you can use your phone for the elevator and to open your room. No need to visit reception, so a quick efficient process. Staff were very helpful and friendly Room was clean and comfortable. All the facilities you would expect in the room - tea, coffee, iron and ironing board plus water stations on every floor.

Will be going back! - I thought the customer service was top notch - they even left me a little bottle of Sauv Blanc, which was so nice. No matter which staff member we ran into - they were so friendly and helpful. The overall decor in the lobby and rooms was fab - very high quality. I was there for work and it was the best experience I've had in a long time. Only thing that might have been a little better was the on suite shower - it was a "shower room" and the barrier blocking the water and the rest of the room didn't do it's job. So there was water everywhere the first night until I blocked the area with towels, but that's being nitpicky!

Stephanie (8/5): Tolles Shoreditch Hotel - Gute Lage in Shoreditch, nahe Bus und U-Bahn, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten und Kissen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes und es war nachts sehr ruhig.. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr charmant. Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück noch bisschen mehr Abwechslung gewünscht und nicht immer denselben Cake und Pie. Die Milch vom Cappuccino schmeckte etwas ranzig.

Our room had a sofa area with Tv, nice dressing table, ambient lighting. The water re fill stations are a great idea, & speakers in the toilet I found a great perk. Yazmin (10/5): - Absolutely stunning interior !!!! The room was exactly as the picture advertised. The room was clean and decorated amazingly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also an amazing location as well!!
Jane (8/5): Overall a positive experience. Just needs a few tweeks - Staff were excellent and accommodating. Great location. Tidy room. Quiet room. Fridge was empty, I would have expected at the very least, a small complementary bottle of water and maybe a biscuit with the tea/coffee! Beds need upgrading-too soft and not enough support.

Danny (9/5): - I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Shoreditch and would highly recommend it. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. The bed was especially comfortable, and the whole space felt calm and well looked after. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Shoreditch with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do within walking distance, while still being quiet enough to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. I would definitely return next time I’m in London.

Dina (10/5): Would be happy to stay again - Location was key for event I was attending. Thought room was lovely Bar staff were busy stocking for an event and in consequence we left to get drinks elsewhere. Think if they had acknowledged us we might have stayed longer. But it did not detract from our stay.

Jan (8/5): Fijne plek om te verblijven ! - Goed hotel met alle gemakken, de kamer was erg fijn. Goed geïsoleerd van straat geluid en de douche was ook erg fijn. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Niets eigenlijk !
Kathryn (9/5): Beautiful stay in relaxed style. - Very nicely presented and styled hotel. Relaxed and friendly staff. Great re fillable water stations, nice showers and breakfast good, good check out time and felt quiet. Gym very nice facility if needed. Felt new and polished would happily stay again. Maybe room service food options - but this is being very picky.
Selina (7/5): Sauber & bequem aber laut & hell - Saubere & sehr bequeme Zimmer, mit toller Ausstattung & Wasserspender im Flur. Viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Geräusche vom Gang, den Nebenzimmern und der Straße sind sehr laut zu hören. Des Weiteren war es wegen der Notausgang-Leuchte und dem Schalter für die Lüftung/Klima sehr hell im Zimmer
