• Anton (7/5): - The location is near the city center, and the staff members I met personally were very friendly. Early check-in was also allowed. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty, and there was no toilet paper in the morning. The staff member I communicated with via WhatsApp about it, Tigran, replied rudely. It also wasn’t easy to locate the entrance — I expected clearer instructions.

• Sasha (8/5): Приятный хостел с отдельными просторными комнатами - Хороший номер с большой кроватью. Есть фен. Чисто, приятный запах и новый ремонт. Сотрудник оставил положительное впечатление. На общей кухне есть чай, кофе и посуда. Из негативных моментов, самый основной - это неисправная лейка душа в обеих душевых комнатах. В следствии чего, плохой напор воды. Плюс постоянные перепады воды - холодная/горячая, невозможно отрегулировать для комфортного мытья. Не хватает полочки и крючков для одежды. В душевой есть лишь маленькая перекладина, куда помещается только одно полотенце. В 8-ом номере так же было треснуто окно и сломан стул. Это небезопасно. Если владелец учтет и исправит данные моменты, думаю, гости будут максимально довольны проживанием в данном хостеле.

• Ирина (9/5): - Понравился владелец, интересный человек, и заселил рано утром, спасибо большое, в гостинице очень чисто, также понравилось наличие холодильника, чайника и микроволновки на кухне, тапочки и зубная щётка в номере. Были трудности, когда искала гостиницу. Как рекомендация: добавить в душ полочку и крючок.

Но главное достоинство — это владелец и персонал: очень отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь. Они выручили нас, когда нам срочно ночью понадобилось найти другой хостел и они быстро все организовали.

• Lela (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. At first, we had a bit of trouble finding the building since it’s not located directly on the main road, but as soon as we called, the staff responded immediately and guided us — it’s exactly where Google Maps shows, you just need to look a bit carefully. Everything else was perfect. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Republic Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and cozy. A nice bonus: there’s free coffee and tea available at any time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was very quiet, which made for a restful experience. The room and linens were clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and respectful, contributing to a welcoming environment. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the city centre, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I felt comfortable and satisfied with my stay. Finding the address was a bit challenging at first. However, once I contacted the hotel, the staff provided clear directions and were very helpful

• Katherine (10/5): A brilliant simple, clean, straight forward hotel in a brilliant location in Yerevan - Great location at an excellent price. Refirbed bathrooms and a simple Communal kitchen makes for a comfortable stay. Simple, clean rooms perfect for solo travel It’s really hard to find the hotel using google maps- it will send you to a non descript car park in a building site (the back of the building). The front door is in the courtyard just after ‘Streat’ restaurant.

It is in a great location and I loved the area and building it was located in. No air conditioning though, so bear that in mind staying here in the summer.

• Roger (8/5): Perfect stay in Yerevan close to attractions - I stayed in the standard double room with garden view/shared bathroom. View was to a concrete courtyard. The room was decent sized but sparse. There was a bed, desk/chair, fan and small dresser. The room was impeccably clean and smelled nice. Though bed sheets were not fitted; it was just an oversized sheet covering the mattress. Bed was on the firm side but comfortable. Staff/owner was kind and helpful. Location is ideal; 3-5 minutes walk to Republic Square. Affordable and comfortable. Shared bathroom was very clean. It seemed like after every use, there was someone cleaning it. Two toilets and two showers shared amongst 6-7 rooms in my hall. I never had to wait. Addition of mirror and sink in the room would make the room almost perfect. Wi-Fi was temperamental. Hall mates slamming their doors shut was annoying.

The shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly and it was great that they had separate toilets to showers although we never had to wait for either to be available. There was a shared kitchen that again was very clean. Friendly staff too. I would definitely stay again.

• Kevjmonaghan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is really good, the city is amazing with great food wine and beers. The rooms are very clean including the shared spaces. You really want for nothing here. Staying in this place has been a great experience for my first time to Armenia. I love this city, the lifestyle is 5 stars for me. The photos are very accurate, many of the buildings are old on the outside but very well renovated on the inside, the owners have done a great job here. You might need to call the hostel to find the entrance on your fist day, my girlfriend speaks Russian so we asked a local lady through her open window but I would have been lost on my own.

If your neighbor likes to listen to Russian propaganda loudly until 1 am and sing some songs at 6 am, you will hear it all as if he were right next to your ears. You won't be able to complain to the staff because the reception is always empty. Especially at night. I don't recommend it to those who plan to get some peace and quiet.

• Leon (2/5): Not recommended! - Location was fine Our room was dingy, dirty and had no lamps, just a very bright ceiling light. Toilet in corridor was broken and shower was filthy Owner kept disappearing so no one to speak to regarding any issues. When he did appear, we found him to be rude and off-hsnd - when there was a two hour power cut, he simply told us it could go on for days!

• Nico (5/5): OK for the money - Big and clean room in the heart of Yerevan Hard to find. No sign or symbol. We had to ask two people because Google maps isn't a help. Hostel is very loud. You can hear everything on the hallways or noises from other rooms.

• Matthijs (4/5): Place that needs improvement before being sufficient - We had windows and the room was located on the ground floor. The room was easily booked and the room itself was clean. Besides the room a fully equiped kitchen with fridge was available on first floor. First of all the location of the hostel was hard to find, no signing or anything and no reception present. A neighboor lady showed us the front door and managed our check in with the cleaning lady as she did not speak English. She showed us quickly the room. The owner arrived 15 min. later for paying, also the only thing we talked with him about. He had no time. The room was spacious with two separate beds. These were of short length (1.80 m max.) and very thin matrasses, awful in 1 word. Bathroom and toilet were okay, although old-dated and really need improvement. E.g. one toilet did not work and no seat was attached. In the bathroom the whole floor was wet and there was no place to stay after drying. The location is in middle of Yerevan. It is quiet during the night. Our room was located near the entrance so with open windows the smoke of smokers is getting in, not so nice. Overall I would not recommend to stay here and it really needs improvement to be a sufficient place to stay.

• Shahram (10/5): It was favorable,the receptionist man,gagik speaks good English and is kind and problem solver. - I liked the location but breakfast was not included. It was OK,no complain.
• Kamil (7/5): Good as a base for travelling, nothing more. - The hostel is trully cheap and due to the localization perfect for sightseeing. Well, my door barely lock hence I did not fully felt safe about my belongings however in the end it was safe.
• Kondilis (6/5): Owner needs help to manage the day to day activities - Location was fantastic. The owner is non-existent. I showed up at 8am and there was no one to be found for hours. I also asked the owner if he could help me arrange a bus to Tsiblisi which he said we do the next morning at 9am. After waiting for 35 additional minutes, I simply left at 9:35 and I took a taxi to the Bus station. In my opinion, the owner should invest in some staff to manage the place because he seems quite busy to me. Thanks.

Had a terrible night because my room had no fan while all other guests had one. If it wasn't for this detail i'd give much higher rating.
