• Katarzyna (9/5): Świetne miejsce na krótki city break we Florencji! - Świetna lokalizacja (w pobliżu sklep, piekarnia, wiele knajpek), do głównych atrakcji turystycznych ok 10-15 min spacerem, do dworca ok 25 minut. Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone w różne naczynia, co ułatwia choćby przygotowanie śniadań. Bardzo miły i bezproblemowy kontakt. Mimo lokalizacji w dość spokojnej uliczce, w mieszkaniu bywa dość głośno (mocno słychać sąsiadów). Raczej w „normalnych” godzinach, ale przy dłuższym pobycie może być to uciążliwe.

Small kitchen was enough There was a washing machine & iron It was quiet It was clean Vanity kit + soaps in bathroom were a nice touch The WiFi was a bit funky at times Very minor items were not present - like a drying rack for dishes or an ironing board

Posizionata vicino alla Chiesa di S.Croce (buona posizione) e in una zona tranquilla della città. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con il sorriso e ci ha spiegato tutto, dandoci pure dei consigli per la nostra vacanza.

The location is great - close to everything and very convenient for exploring Florence. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped, making it a great value for a few days in the city. • Rosalyn (7/5): This was a comfortable stay, however next time I would stay closer to a main bus stop to reach the train station more ea - Large space, clean, good washing machine and kitchen. Flat pillows, lots of mosquitos

• Farida (9/5): Superb - The owner was very friendly and attentive. She was always in touch and answered questions. The apartment is in a good area and close to the center. The floors were very cold. At the end of April, it was cold to walk on it even in socks. We turned on the heater, but it didn't help much.
• Eva (9/5): Lovely apartment in great location - The location was perfect! Right behind Piazza Santa Croce. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable to stay at. Personally I thought it was just a bit too expensive. We had to pay a late check in fee of € 30, and € 22 tourist tax for 2 persons. I understand that checking in at 22:00 is late, and it was great that someone still came to check us in but it could have been included in the price. Same for the tourist tax. A suggestion: contactless check in.

• Carl (9/5): A lovely apartment with a garden courtyard view and easy access to the sights of this amazing city, public transport and - A very comfortable apartment with easy walking to the sights and a good supermarket. The provided oven was tiny toaster oven which limited our cooking abilities to meals we could cook on the hot plates. This was a shame as it’s a good sized apartment and there is room for a convection or microwave.
• Chloe (9/5): Superb - Great location in a very sweet quiet street. Everything within walking distance. Lovely host great facilities. Not a big issue, but a very small hot water tank. Fine in summer heat when a 5 minute luke warm shower will suffice, but I imagine could be a problem in winter
• Grégory (9/5): Pleasant holiday stay - Good location. The apartment is clean and pretty with even an air conditioning system and a washing machine which was very practical. Bonus for the recommandation for restaurants and ice cream, it was really good ! The bed is very hard

• Josie (10/5): Exceptional - The host was exceptional, allowed me to check in early and when I was a little late, re-arranged at ease! The apartment had everything you need within good walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. This had all the essential utensils and more; the condiments within the apartment were impressive (I was able to cook a meal without having to buy the basic ingredients such as olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc). Thank you very much! The bed was a firm and it is quite nosey in terms of how thin the walls are; it made me very conscious about going in and out incase I was disturbing the neighbours

The place looked modern and cute. There was a washing machine and all kinds of cooking equipments. No (free / cheap) parking opportunities at all (although it said so in the advert :/). Almost no spices in the kitchen. The bed was hard as stone (imagine a yoga mattress on the floor). The check-in seemed a little complicated because we needed to state our estimated arrival time instead of just having an easy / smart check-in.
