- Ana Teresa (9/5): - It's very central. It has a fridge on the room. The staff is very nice. It has a comunal kitchen upstairs. The room is very small, it doesn't have bedside tables. Light gets in and the bed is next to the window so I had to use an eye mask. Because it's in the old quarter, the traffic is crazy and some taxis don't even get to the hotel's door.

Сніданок не брала, бо вулична кухня поруч, де пропонувалися сніданки, мені не імпонує Оплата готівкою, бо за оплату карткою пропонують високу комісію. Пропонують екскурсію в бухту Халонг, але ціни значно вищі, чим я взяла в екскурсійному бюро через квартал за рогом вулиці і сплатила карткою без високої комісії

- Dominique (10/5): - Super Lage im Old Quarter - man kann vieles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Gegend ist zwar sehr hektisch aber im Zimmer selber bekam man vom Lärm der Straßen kaum was mit. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon, Klimaanlage und man konnte sogar Warmwasser einstellen. Auch ein Lift war vorhanden, was mit Gepäck immer sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war immer jemand an der Rezeption. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und für den Preis einfach top!

The location is excellent as there is amazing local food stalls near by but also restaurants to the fancy side. Everything you needed was close by and very convenient. Could been a little bit cleaner and the WiFi was hardly working for us.

Staff were friendly and polite. Bed was on the harder side, but still comfortable. Bathroom was more a wet room, so had to remove any clothes/towels before showering, but everything still worked fine.

- Violet (10/5): North Vietnam Holiday - The location was perfect and was walking distance to many sites eg. Hoan Kiem lake, train street and many excellent restaurants and cafes. I stayed here for a total of 5 nights and left my luggage at the hotel when I left for Sapa and Bai Tu Long Bay. The room I stayed in was quiet without much noise from the streets. Their staff especially Ms Ngoc was super nice and helpful thru out my trip and was in touch with me even before I arrived in Vietnam. Good internet connection and comfy bed as well. Nothing much. Graffiti is not a luxury hotel. It's probably 2-3 stars and it exceeded expectation in it's category. I'll be happy to stay here again if I visit North Vietnam again.

- Huan-An (9/5): Helpful staff, ample room, great location! - Ngoc was super helpful, allowed me to check into my room early. I didn't realize there was no partition in the bathroom for the shower and the toilet. But the materials used for the bathroom floor dries super fast, so it didn't turn out to be a problem at all. Really enjoyed my room!

- Trang (10/5): - Mình đi cùng ny và cả hai đều thích phòng ở đây vì có view nhìn bao quát phố cổ cực đã. Tối tụi mình ra quán ngồi gần đó ngắm phố + view đèn phố rất mood. Phòng đủ tiện nghi cơ bản và có nhiều loại phòng chọn lựa. Đi chơi khu trung tâm siêu tiện luôn.
- Minh (10/5): - Tui book phòng sau nên sợ hơi nhỏ xíu nhưng mà ai dè tới thấy cũng thoải mái lắm ạ. Mọi thứ cơ bản đểu có đủ nên đi du lịch cũng yên tâm, thiếu cái gì thì ra phố gần đó có đủ, cũng tiện lắm nha. Hôm tui đi thời tiết khá dễ chịu nên ở siu thích.
- Nga (10/5): - Nhìn thôi đã thấy cái view phố cổ xịn xò thật sự, tối mở cửa sổ là thấy vibe HN liền. Gần chỗ này còn có rooftop ngắm cảnh toàn khu rất chill, đúng kiểu đi chơi về lên hóng gió là hết mệt. Đi bộ vài phút là tới Tạ Hiện với chợ đêm nên tối nào cũng lượn 😆. Ai thích ở trung tâm mà vẫn muốn không gian riêng tư thì nên thử vì vị trí khá tiện.

- Kiệt (10/5): - Buổi tối tụi mình đi ăn quanh phố cổ rồi quay về phòng nghỉ ngơi rất nhanh. Phòng có view nhìn ra con phố nhỏ nên khá thú vị. Nhân viên nhiệt tình chỉ thêm nhiều quán ăn ngon. Trải nghiệm ở đây khá trọn vẹn.
- Khang (10/5): - Mình đến HN đúng dịp đông khách nhưng vẫn thấy ở đây khá thoải mái. Phòng có đủ tiện nghi cơ bản nên không gặp bất tiện gì. Gần bến xe và điểm tham quan nên di chuyển dễ dàng. Đây là lựa chọn hợp lý cho chuyến đi ngắn ngày.

- Sean (9/5): I’ve already booked another stay here! - I really enjoyed staying at the Graffiti Hotel, especially after getting to know the surrounding area over a few days. Compared to other Old Quarter locations, the Graffiti is on a quieter side street, but still easy walking distance to pretty much everything I was hoping to experience. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful, and accommodated my unexpectedly super late arrival. The room had exactly the facilities I was hoping for as a solo traveller, and I liked that the two rooms on each floor are on opposite ends of the building with a length of hallway in between so noise from other rooms is minimal. Excellent value for the price, in my opinion. Nothing!

- Giovanni (10/5): Great stay in the Old Quarter - Very nice room, comfortable bed and good showers, nice private terrace, nice rooftop (which we sadly discovered only the last night). Excellent position with everything needed nearby. Staff always ready to help. I was able to leave my luggage during multiple-days trips and in between separate reservations, which was great. Nothing negative.

- Thanh (10/5): - Mình đi công tác và cần chỗ nghỉ tiện di chuyển thì chỗ này đáp ứng tốt. Wifi ổn định nên làm việc trong phòng không bị gián đoạn. Từ đây đi bộ ra hồ Hoàn Kiếm rất gần nên tối có thể dạo mát. Sáng ra ngoài ăn phở và cà phê ngay quanh khách sạn rất tiện.
- Pham (10/5): - Mình đi cùng ngiu và thấy nơi này cực hợp cho cặp đôi vì không gian nhỏ xinh nhưng ấm cúng. Buổi tối hai đứa đi bộ quanh phố cổ rồi quay về ngồi ban công ngắm đèn đêm rất chill. Phòng không quá lớn nhưng tiện nghi đầy đủ và sạch sẽ. Ở vài ngày thấy khá thoải mái và dễ chịu, không gò bó gì hết và giúp cho kỳ nghỉ của mình vui hơn nhìuuu

Ban công nhìn ra con phố cổ nhộn nhịp nhưng bên trong phòng vẫn rất yên tĩnh, phù hợp để chill và nghỉ ngơi. Nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện, hỗ trợ check in nhanh và gợi ý nhiều quán ăn ngon gần đó. Đây là nơi mình sẽ nghĩ tới nếu quay lại Hà Nội lần sau nhaaa.

- Krasimira (9/5): Zentrale Lage für Entdecker - Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und reden gut Englisch, sie sind 24/7 ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und von dort sind alle Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Badezimmer bleibt sehr feucht, da es keine gute Ventilation gibt. Die Gegend ist sehr laut.

Die nette Dame am Empfang, Jenny(?), hat uns auch den Tip der Grab-App (Taxi) gegeben und geholfen zu installieren und Grab bestellen. Das 2. Zimmer (wir haben 1 Tag verlängert weil wir krank angekommen sind) war viel kleiner, hofseitig, aber auch OK. ...strassenseitig kann auch mal etwas laut sein.

I would choose this hotel again. - I stayed for 5 nights at Room 401, I like how the room is decorated, the room is spacious in length and very clean, the bed is so comfy, the balcony with table and chair is lovely. The location is so convenient, I like the nightlife of Hanoi and the hotel is located perfectly, not on the very busy road so it is not noisy, but with hints of neighborhood sound which is very good for me personally as a solo traveler to calm the nervousness of being alone. Right beside the hotel is a Pho shop, and their soy milk is sooooo good, I had it almost everyday. Not a major one, but the hotel’s width is quite small that even the grab drivers can barely see the hotel. The first time traveler to hotel may have difficulty finding it, but no worries can just follow the Google map and it will lead you there.
