• Julija (1/5): Wir sind vorzeitig ausgezogen - Die Lage Unser Zimmer Nr. 6 war direkt neben einer vom Hotel 24/7 betriebenen Reinigungsanlage. In der Nacht auch mit Ohrstöpseln hörbar. Schlaf war auch so kaum möglich, da das Zimmer sehr muffig roch aber die Fenster zur Wand und Haustür des Nachbarn rausgingen, und man beim Lüften durch diese geweckt wurde. Unebene Matratze zu zweit nicht benutzbar, Fußboden im Bad extrem rutschig. Die gesamte Ausstattung entweder extrem abgewohnt oder das Billigste vom Billigsten. Laut dem Rezeptionisten war es eigentlich ein Upgrade an uns und es hat sich noch nie jemand über die Waschanlagegeräusche beschwert. Unser Ersatzzimmer Nr. 8 war ein Raucherzimmer. Badezimmer roch so stark, dass man sich nur kurzzeitig darin aufhalten konnte, zudem Zigarettenspuren auf dem Toilettendeckel. Blumenkübel voller Zigarettenstümmel. Der Gestank ließ sich auch durch ständiges Lüften bis in die Nacht bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur nicht wegbekommen. Ansonsten kaputte Sprungfeder in der Matratze, kaputte Steckdose, kaputter Kabel am stark verkalkten Wasserkocher, kaputte Heizung, die sich nicht ausstellen lässt, der Großteil der Ausstattung reparaturbedürftig oder unansehnlich. Wir hatten für 6 Nächte gebucht und zogen aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme (Nichtraucher) nach insgesamt 2 Nächten aus, eine Teilerstattung gab es nicht, obwohl die Zimmer direkt weitervermietet wurden.

• EDURNE (1/5): Malísima experiencia - Nada La experiencia no ha podido ser peor. Es un sitio que directamente no debería estar abierto. Las habitaciones están asquerosas y el olor a tabaco es insoportable. Es insalubre. Las duchas tienen manchas de humedad y óxido por todas partes, las almohadas están llenas de manchas y la nevera de la habitación llena de suciedad. La seguridad brilla por su ausencia. La puerta principal siempre está abierta y cualquiera puede acceder hasta la misma puerta de las habitaciones. Los trabajadores no muestran el más mínimo interés, ni preocupación por las peticiones de los usuarios y nunca hay nadie en recepción. Internet no funciona en ningún momento. Si puedes hospedarte en cualquier otro sitio, de verdad no lo dudes.

I was actually upgraded to a room free of charge since the shower in the room I booked had no hot water at all, so they offered me a free upgrade to a bigger room on the ground floor. Good staff and service! A bit old school and not that comfortable bed.

• Chelise (10/5): Cosy,clean,friendly staff and perfect location. - I’ve previously stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago to attend a gig in soho. It’s so easy to navigate to. There is a few parking spaces on site which is a life saver and it has everything you need. The tube is a ten minute walk. The staff are really friendly. The room was spotless. Even upgraded us to a bigger room than I’d previously booked. For what we needed it for. A comfy bed and a place to rest our head it was perfect. Even had a nice little touch of a heated/lighted mirror in the bathroom. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable night out in London without paying silly prices. Will definitely stay again. Thank you :-) There was nothing we didn’t like. Even had a fridge in the room which was handy.

Very nice .towels . Friendly chbermaid chap 2nd am early ceiling in room G broke ,shower water from a room above us ran into our room + receptionist didn't turn up after we called him him . Nasty ! 1st am shower was not hot , just warm . Kettle was rusty inside .

Water leaking through ceiling, dirty linen, dangerous and unsafe, lights not working, Mouldy fridge, the list is endless! Management dont care, emailed my complaint and nothing heard back! Dont waste your money on this absolute hell hole of a place! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

• I9436HNmichaelf (2/5): AWFUL - We chose this hotel purely as a last minute emergency booking where all we needed was a place to sleep for the night.  Upon arrival we waited a few minutes for a member of staff to appear at the check in desk.  We were offered a room on the first floor which was labeled as non-smoking. The first thing that hit us on entering was the strong odour of stale cigarette smoke. The room was shabby in appearance and very unappealing. I explained the situation to the member of staff and he apologised offering an alternative. This room was tired in appearance. When I used the toilet it leaked from the bottom with water seeping onto the bathroom floor. The room was again changed for us. We were given the choice of two other rooms. Again one reaked of stale cigarette smoke despite being labeled as non-smoking. So we chose the second room which at least smelt fresher, however very shabby in appearance. There was a large tile over the shower cubicle that looked like it was about to fall off of the ceiling and the rest of the ceiling was bare and unfinished plaster. The bed was very uncomfortable with two practically flat pillows The walls of the room had dirty smudges on them and the woodwork had old flakey and peeling paint. The laminated floors were lifting at the joints where it appeared the shower or toilet might have over flowed on to the floor. In addition to this the ceiling was not insulated as there was a lot of noise transference from the room above. I'm not sure how this "hotel" is rated as three star and would not recommend it The hotels photos on this site DO NOT represent the rooms current state!

• Jackie (7/5): Satisfactory stay - Friendly staff. The larger of the two rooms we booked was clean. Was a satisfactory stay for one night. Small double was incredibly small and room very hot. Lots of noise which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, but that may be because we were by the stairs. Car park quite awkward to get on and off if you've got a larger car.

The desk manager was very helpful, and informed us, when asked about the nearest tube station We arrived after 15.00hrs, but our room was not ready. we were supposed to be able to have our room from 14.00hrs. On entering the room, it smelt of cigarette smoke. The toilet was leaking, and the flush mechanism was not working properly. The double bed had an extra piece added to the mattress to make it bigger, and was uncomfortable. The two single beds had just one very flat pillow each.

L'Hotel si trova a 10 min a piedi dall'omonima stazione della metro e dal capolinea di diversi autobus (anche quello per Stansted). Lungo la strada principale ci sono diversi negozietti di alimentari e posti dove mangiare qualcosa. L'hotel era carino, camera grande. La pulizia rispettava lo standard inglese. Il personale era molto gentile.

A small stuffy room with the door which never opened and never closed, I was always late cause couldn't open it. The worst thing is noise!!!! It's everywhere. Snoaring neighbours, sound of the fridge or don't know what outside, TV, screaming all night long. Seems like walls are made of paper. Wi FI never worked, mobile Internet neither. No hair dryer. No hot water. All furniture is broken. Also seemed quite unsafe.

Ár érték arányban nagyon jó. Nagyon vékonyak a falak, minden lépést, ajtócsukást lehet hallani. Aki nehezen alszik el zajban, annak nem ajánlom. Egy éjjeliszekrényre való kis lámpa jó lett volna.

• Piotrek (3/5): Słabo - Ciężko znaleźć plusy, jedynie to że pobyt był krótki i wiem że już tam nie wrócę. Budynek jest wysłużony, wymaga generalnego remontu (zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają stanu faktycznego). Pokój 4 osobowy bardzo mały, brak możliwości regulacji ogrzewanie przez co w pokoju było duszno, otwarcie okna aby dokonać cyrkulacji powietrza powodowało hałas dostający się zewnątrz który przeszkadzał w odpoczynku po całym dniu zwiedzania Londynu. • Septimiu (2/5): Ugly , dont recomand at all. - Ugly. Smell, people, lo quality furniture , very low quality remodeling of the room etc. Ugly.

• Husain (10/5): - The staff were very very helpful and professional. When I had a problem they did their best to help, if they could not help they did their best to find a solution that worked. I did have a few problems. Over all I am happy with the stay. The listing for the hotel said that they had electric car charging, which was basically an extension lead from the lights to a 3 pin external water proof socket. ( Not very safe as it's a fire hazard ). The heating in the hotel was always on 24 hours a day ( people keep stealing the thermostat knows off the central heating ) if they turn off the whole central heating system they have no hot water.
• Samantha (8/5): - Staff were really helpful and friendly Possibly a bit warm (my daughters did not find this an issue though so not really a problem)
• Alexis (1/5): - Nice room and space Staff vacuum outside room at 8.30am then staff rude. Toilet never stopped making this noise all night. A staff member tried coming in room when we where sleeping.
