• Karin (9/5): Wir haben uns trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen sehr wohl gefühlt - Toll organisiert, sehr gut betreut von Paco, tolle Lage, schöne Ausstattung, sauber. Etwas laut, da direkt am Colosseum gelegen. Die Bäder könnten etwas moderner sein.

• Thomas (9/5): A wonderful apartment in an unbeatable location. - The location cannot be beaten with the most amazing views. This is a beautiful apartment. Very convenient location with a metro station on your doorstep. The excellent location means there are a lot of tourists in the immediate vicinity, which in turn means for very light sleepers the front bedrooms can be a little noisy on occasions. But this did not detract in any way from our stay, and is a small price to pay for such a wonderful place!

• Kelly (10/5): A perfect stay with unforgettable views. - Absolutely perfect stay! Our time at Magia was nothing short of incredible. The views alone make this apartment unforgettable, every single room looks out onto the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine or the Roman Forum. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. We really appreciated all the little touches, a huge selection of teas, plenty of condiments, laundry liquid, two coffee machines with lots of pods, a juicer and even a complimentary bottle of wine and several bottles of water. It felt like everything had been considered. Paco, the host, was wonderful, friendly, responsive and full of great recommendations for authentic Roman food. The location couldn’t be better. Public transport was just minutes away making it easy to explore. If I had to mention anything, it would only be a couple of very small suggestions. An electric kettle would have been handy for making tea quickly and a clothes airer would have been useful for items that can’t go in the dryer.

Metro underneath or if you are a walker like I am, we got to see everything we had planned and more. Washer and dryer came in handy at the end of our trip to Europe. Paco was very helpful and accommodating to all of our questions. Being by the coliseum, expect a lot of tourists and some noise. We weren't bothered by it as we were beat by the end of the day and crashed on the comfy beds.

• Dimitris (7/5): Stunning Location — Cleanliness Needs Serious Improvement - • The location of the apartment is truly exceptional, probably one of the best you can find in Rome. • Three of the bedrooms have a direct view of the Colosseum and the fourth overlooks the Roman Forum, offering an impressive experience at any moment of the day. • The apartment is very spacious: a large living room, a dining area for up to 8 people, and an overall layout that easily satisfies even demanding guests. • Paco was friendly, positive and provided very helpful suggestions about the area, something we really appreciated. • Cleanliness was the main issue that significantly affected our stay. • In one of the bedroom wardrobes we found a used woman’s underwear, a used band-aid and a used napkin — items clearly used and not simply forgotten. • This reflects a problematic cleaning process and lack of proper attention, not an isolated mistake. • Additionally, we found hair on the toilet seat and strong limescale buildup on the tiles in one of the bathrooms, indicating that the area had not been properly cleaned or scrubbed for a long time. • During our four-night stay there was no mid-stay housekeeping at all: – no towel change – no linen change – no trash removal – no refresh of the apartment • For a property costing close to €500 per night, a basic mid-stay cleaning service is something that should be expected as standard. • I have already informed the manager, who apologized, and I am mentioning these points only so that they receive the proper attention and do not happen again. This apartment truly has everything needed to be a real gem in Rome.

Everything is provided and Paco looked after all our needs including recommending some great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!! Nothing. There was even a small elevator to get our cases up!

We hope we can go back None from the place, only issue would be for babies as it can be a little loud with the performers until night time.

Specially during sunrise and also at night when Colosseum was illuminated. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Good suggestions from the host. Spacious apartment. Safe. A bit noisy during the night time but this can be expected when you are in this kind of surrounding and have lots of tourists.

All had tv and air conditioning inside. There were also towels and toiletries and a room slippers which was a huge plus! The owner was very hospitable and kind. He met us and gave is the keys in person showed us the place and welcomed us nicely. He even recommended places to eat and go in Rome.

Waking up to the Colosseum each and every day outside of your window can never get old. Clean, fully loaded and extremely comfortable with an amazing host is about all that you could want on this adventurous trip. We loved everything, so nothing to say!

Washing machines + all needed soaps and supplies, as well as cooking supplies (olive oil, s+p), cleaning products and all! Mattress was great (one of the best I had throughout my stay in Italy). Paco was super friendly and very responsive when we had questions! Everything was perfect! The master bedroom doesn’t have a private bathroom. Water pressure was low.

Our host Paco was also very nice and helpful. There was some noise from the street late at night and in the early mornings.

We were ahead of time but were able to leave bags. The apartment was immaculately clean. It is spacious and has outstanding views. The rooms are all large doubles and all have crisp, white, hotel grade linen. There are slippers and toiletries. Paco sent us restaurant recomendations and organised an airport transfer for us which made things very easy on arrival. Also the wine glasses were lovely! nothing - it was perfect.

• Ronan (10/5): Perfect for a weekend break. - Loved Everything. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything you could need and surprising amount of extras. Especially loved the location and the views were spectacular. Our host Paco was also very friendly and accommodating. highly recommend. Street noise from people could be a concern even with windows closed if you’re a light sleeper as it’s in a tourist activity hot spot.
