All the attractions are on your doorstep Tiny lifts are a necessary means of accessing rooms across Europe. If you have a problem in confined space then take the stairs

When we had troubles getting the keysbat check in they were not willing to answer a call and insisted on written communication. Bathroom needs attention. Small mirror had rust. Mould in the bathroom grout, shower glass door was loose & not smooth. Cheap 3 shower/shampoo gels were given. No hand soap given for sink. No conditioner. Lift to the property was scary. You have to understand how to use it.

• Haris (6/5): Pleasant - apartment is in the center. close to most of the attractions. hot water for a shower. old building with a very small and old elevator. the pictures we saw gave the impression of a larger apartment. there is moisture on some of its walls. the closet was very small. for a three day stay, it should include a change of towels and sheets at least once.

• Iva (3/5): Poor - The only positive aspects of this apartment are its central location, ideal for shopping and exploring, and the fact that the owners were very nice and communicative. The space is extremely cramped, the bathroom is tiny, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work properly—despite being on, the room stayed at 18°C, which is far too cold for winter. On top of that, the apartment wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. Considering the high price, it was far too expensive for what it offered. We ended up finding another very central apartment nearby that was larger, cleaner, more luxurious, and even cheaper. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

• S (7/5): Easy fixes to ensure a good stay would help us return to this property. - We really liked the location and the ease of finding our way around the city. The space was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. We didn’t like that the private transfer (that was set up by the host so we didn’t have the number to call unless we fortunately asked for their number before we got out) dropped us off in a wrong neighborhood and left. We don’t speak Greek so we were quite concerned. We paid good money for the service and were let down and scared. No reimbursement from the host after notification. Another point was that there was no toilet paper. Again, no reimbursement. Turns out, toilet paper is very important.
• Karen (8/5): We absolutely loved being in the centre of Athens. Such a beautiful city. - The studio is really central but quiet due to the Main Street being pedestrian only. The multiple doors to unlock meant we felt it was very secure. It was very easy walking to major attractions and transport options. The lift is challenging with luggage 😂 Anna was so hospitable organising our transfer and was always in touch - even though we didn’t always see her messages with our international data off 😂
• Christos (2/5): Although I did not stay in this place the first impressions was awful and its a trap. - No breakfast and I DID NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE AT ALL BECAUSE OF THE ABSENT OF AIR CONDITION SYSTEM. An issue that the property administrator knows as they sent their technician to check. After all i forced to book to other place paying double for my stay in Athens from 19-23/08 This is very bad for a regular customer of Booking.com. Until now no response from you. It is really very disappointing issue that nobody cares. First of all i am really sure that Booking.com rely only to the statement of their partners and does not check if the description of the property is correct. The photos does not shows the real thing, and somebody with family CANNOT stay in a property that state an AIR Conditioning system that DIDNOT WORK ON AUGUST MONTH IN THE CENTER OF ATHENS IN A VERY SMALL ROOM.

Very responsive host. The bathroom counter was a bit sticky on one end - cleaning may have missed it. Toilet paper holder is a bit of a stretch to get to!

• aynsley (10/5): - This location is absolutely amazing, it's right in the middle of Ermou street. So many amazing restaurants and shopping right there. It can be a little difficult to find, just as it's in between the shopping center, so make sure you know ahead of time where you're going. The room is probably a little small for some people but for the location, I can't imagine there's anything better! Check in was a bit late as they were still cleaning and needed more time, so I wasn't able to check in until after 3pm. I had messaged the host that I would be there at 2pm, but I think the message may not have gone through as I realized later she had asked again. So this was likely a problem with my own communication. They were very nice and helpful!
• Ryan (10/5): If visiting Athens again in the future, I would be sure to book here! - This was easily the best accommodation during our trip. The check-in process was very seamless and straightforward. The building also comes with an elevator, which was great to see after so many other buildings with only staircases. The room itself was more than enough for two people. The location is absolutely fantastic, and in a perfect centralized location for exploring Athens. Our host was also very responsive to our requests. I have zero complaints.
• Sheila (8/5): - Ermou Stylish Suites is located within walking distance of two metro stations along a walkable shopping street. We were able to easily find many dining options and walk to the sights. The room is very tiny and has no view, but it had everything we needed for our stay.

Booking mostly promotes and shows photos of the room that apparently it’s call “view”. We unknowingly booked the “suite” which was very very small.

The communication with the host was good, she always responded within an hour. This place is cool for a short stay. The old lift, cause once we trapped in.
• Mariam (10/5): excellent stay - This apartment was truly excellent. The location was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. It had all the facilities we needed. Highly recommended! The only downside was the noisy street at night, but it was understandable due to the central location.
• Stefan (8/5): Very good - Cozy little apartment with everything you need in the heart of Athens. Monastiraki and Syntagma square as well as bars, restaurants and stores are just in front of the door or a few steps away. The checkin&out was very comfortable. From the roof terrace we had a great view of Acropolis. It was loud outside and musicians are playing music until midnight but therefore you are living in the heart of Athens.

The host of this suite was very re-assuring and kept in touch with us and arranged transportation because we were going to arrive very late in the evening. The location of the place is excellent where everything is walking distance both shopping food and attractions. I’ll rent this place all over again.
• Litsa (9/5): Superb - We took the subway in from the airport, super convenient. The location was excellent which was a big reason upon selecting. Walking distance to attractions and neighbourhoods. The property is cozy and clean, private bathroom and small kitchenette. Although centrally located in a vibrant neighbourhood, inside the room is quiet and tranquil.

• Vickyb (10/5): Great location to everything!!! - Location. Location. Location. EVERYTHING was a short walk away. The best was being able to walk back for a quick rest before venturing out again. Our boat was late arriving and we were worried about getting the keys, so the box was perfect and relieved that stress. We loved walking out onto a lively street with music and people. We also felt safe and appreciated the levels of security in place.

The host was also very communicative and helped promptly with any query I had. The room was air conditioned and quiet with facilities for making food/having coffee. Nothing to complain about!

It can be quite noisy at night as you can hear all the singers outside and the lights from the street somehow enter the room. The ventilation in the room is not the best.
• Lydia (5/5): Passable - The location was really great. You walk down to cafes and high end stores and even the Acropolis is within walking distance. It should NOT be referred to as SUITES as it is a single room that is smaller than a regular hotel room. Honesty in labeling. It felt claustrophobic as the only window opened up to a wall.

• Patrizio (8/5): We always love visiting Athens! It was our home and now home to our children and grandkids! - It was cozy, but the location wins hands down. We lived in Athens 7 years, so we know this city well. Elevator was not working, so had to carry 2 23kilo bags up the 4 floors. The problem was not the climb, but the clutter and danger pieces of glass that other people had stored on the other floors and near the stairwell. After a quick call to the landlord, the Elevator was quickly repaired and no problem.

• Tomas (1/5): WORST experience of MY LIFE!!! - Nothing at all. It completely ruined the entire vacation. Lack of assistance with the client, they provided wrong information, had to look for another accommodation on the spot, they did not provide solutions, neither identify themselves, others. They provided wrong information on how to access the property, which made us wait for more than two hours without knowing how to enter the property (an elder age person had to wait in a dark alley), nobody never showed up nor tried to provide assistance, I had to look up for another property given that I could not access Ermou Stylish Suites, which I had to pay extra and they did not even try to give a solution. The person replying my messages did not identify him/herself. During the entire process they showed a complete lack of responsibility towards their job and the client. They only argued rudely insisting that they were right, and in the end, after more than 3 hours waiting they acknowledged they had sent the wrong access information. Had it been late at night our lives would have been in danger. Ermou Stylish Suites can reply to this message, trying to clean their image in front of other possible guests, but why didn't they provide an accurate reply when it was needed? Nothing can make us forget the horrendous moment Ermou Stylish Suites made us go through. Please, evade staying here for the sake of your vacations and health!
