Nous n'étions pas loin des lignes de métros ainsi que de certains restaurants ce qui nous permettait un accès rapide pour diverses activités. De plus, en cas, de petites le Dawson présent en bas de l'établissement faisait plaisir. L'un des meilleurs points est le calme que l'on retrouvait le soir malgré le passage de nombreuses voitures dans la rue. Le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé, et malheureusement les gérants n'y sont pour rien; c'est la présence du flash du feu de signalisation qui éclairait le salon en plein milieu de la nuit. Cependant je pense que ce problème ne se rencontre qu'à notre étage.

Te venden 3 camas individuales, una matrimonial y dos sofás camas. Pues los sofás camas NO existen. Uno está roto totalmente y el otro NO tiene si quiera relleno y le faltaba parte de la cobertura, si te sentabas, te clavabas el muelle y te cargabas sin problema cualquier prenda que se te enganchara. Las camas eran una tortura igualmente, tras una semana hemos acabado todos destruidos, te clavas los muelles y no son para nada cómodas.

• Joy Jestell (7/5): Average. Don’t expect much. - The location is good 5-10 mins away from the station. Amenities are good with kitchen utensils so if you want to cook you can. Toilet amenities are also provided (shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and liquid detergent). The towels are also provided but don’t expect much it’s small. I also like the washing machine that is very useful. The first thing you will notice as soon you enter is the bad smell, the apartment is clean but I think they have issues with the sewage system. The bed is uncomfortable.

It is not livable, not clean, and not maintained. - Nothing [PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!] Worst accommodation experience in Japan: • I stayed in many places in Japan and other countries, but this was the worst. I booked 6 nights but left early after reporting problems on the first day. The property was not responsible or responsive to fix the issues. Poor facilities, not suitable to stay: • 4 beds and 1 sofa were old and damaged. Pillows were thin and flat. Mattresses had collapsed springs. The bed pad was U-shaped, not flat. Sleeping was uncomfortable and caused back pain. • Bed sheets covered only the bed pads. There were visible stains, yellow marks, and even blood spots on the mattress, pad, and quilt. • The bed pad for the double bed was only the size of a single bed. This was much smaller than the mattress. • There was a cracked glass window near the bed. This is a safety and security risk. Strong bad smell ignored: • There was a strong bad smell all day from the bathroom drain and basin. We could not use the basin for brushing teeth or washing. The smell spread even when the doors were closed. • We reported the problems immediately. The property did not try to fix the strong bad smell. When we asked for a refund, they only told us to contact Booking.com instead. • We left early even though the refund was not confirmed. We risked losing the payment for the remaining nights. • It was very useless to talk with the property to ask for a fix and solution. Our trip was disrupted because we needed to change accommodation suddenly. Misleading photos and descriptions: • The real condition was much worse than the photos online. • Many past reviews reported the same problems (smell, broken beds) a long time ago. The property replies with the same note: “We will share feedback and improve.” But nothing changed.

C’est un appartement pour normalement 7 personnes d’après l’annonce mais vu le manque de place pour 7 heureusement qu’on était que 2. Le manque de décoration est dommage surtout qu’il est bien différent par rapport aux photos d’origine de l’annonce. Une fenêtre avec une énorme fissure fait pas très professionnelle.
• Sophie (7/5): Appartement pratique qui nécessite un rafraîchissement. - Emplacement très pratique à proximité de 2 stations de métro et juste en face d'une épicerie. Taille de l'appartement Lave linge et système de séchage dans la salle de bain Grand réfrigérateur Ascenseur Facilité d'accès avec le code de la porte. Draps mis et linge de toilette fournis. Personnel très conciliant. L'appartement nécessiterait un rafraîchissement général (tâches, trous, mobilier). Isolation phonique légère. Nettoyage léger, la salle de bain n'était pas très propre et il y avait des loulous de poussière sous les lits. Odeurs de refoulement dans la salle de bain. 2 canapés : un complètement hors d'âge qui fait des vagues avant d'être assis où l'on voit le bois. Il faut vraiment le changer. Il est difficile de s'assoir dessus. 1 autre avec les accoudoirs qui tombent... 2 chaises et une toute petite table pour 4 personnes. Il est compliqué de manger ensemble... De même il n'y a pas suffisamment de couverts ni même un couteau. Heureusement que nous avons beaucoup mangé à l'extérieur. La porte d'entrée donne directement sur l'escalier, impossible de sortir simultanément. Si vous êtes à mobilité réduite passez votre chemin.

O sofá realmente está com a espuma mto ruim, dá pra sentir as molas do assento, uma das camas está com a estrutura quebrada, mas foi possível usar pois só usamos para dormir, o resto do tempo conhecemos a cidade. The sofa is unusable, with a hole in the seat and completely unusable. The bedding is bad. Only 2 forks (for 4 persons), no pots in the kitchen. There are only 1 large and 1 small towels per person (there is no possibility of replacing them for 5-day stay). When we arrived, the stove did not work, we had to wait for the person who fixed it.

• Makayla (5/5): - Good for what it is. The beds have dips in them making it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in plus the pillows are flat. The futon is worn out and isn’t ideal to sleep on. Be cautious of the living room AC potentially leaking from use. Staff was helpful in offering to check it out but as it was towards the end of our stay we decided not to use it. There is a mildew smell coming from the washer drain. We tried to clean the washer to get rid of the smell but it was still present.

They are both very uncomfortable. Extra blankets are stained as well, pans are old and not very clean (due to age).

• Caroline (10/5): Host was very accommodating and easy check in/out process. - This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and really like the space. For a family of 5, it was comfortable until we had to start packing but overall it was great especially with the room divider. About 8-10 minutes walk to the nearest station.

• Sarah (2/5): Very poor - The location was close to train stations and restaurants. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the couch was so old and had a hole in it. The wall had paint peeling off and was very dirty. This property is not appropriate for families with young children as the windows were not secure a child could easily unlock them and climb straight out. It is also not appropriate for a pram as the lobby and stairwells are too small. Overall the location was good but the accommodation was horrible and way too expensive for what you received.

All communication was done in timely manner through online message and the procedures were clear and simple. I wish the facilities provided more towels. For a 5-person stay for 5 nights, each person only had 1 large and 1 small towel, no spares, and no other towels for bathroom and kitchen general areas.

• Jing (8/5): Great Value Stay - LY INN Ryogoku Annex is definitely a good value stay. It's close to quite a good number of great restaurant. With that said, the Ryogoku station is also filled with a lot of good restaurant as well and within walking distance. Our unit was fine for the price, everything works out in the end. We had a special situation where our toilet was having some water leakage issue and the staff was very efficient in handling the leakage. I was done very fast and professionally. I was very surprised with that. Though it's a good experience overall. Getting to the place involves about a 10-minute walk, which could be a bit much with luggage or in bad weather. The only inconvenience was that the room comes with just one key. If you're traveling with someone else, it requires a bit of coordination. I think a lockbox or a electric lock could do well
