Demande d’être logé dans une chambre spécifique satisfaite. Petit-déjeuner plus riche que dans d’autres hôtels de cette chaîne. Manque d’ascenseurs, comme dans beaucoup de Toyoko.

• HARUMI (8/5): 貴重な体験をしました。 - チェックイン前に荷物を預けることが出来たのはとても良かったです。しかもロッカーに預けるので安心でした。 これはイレギュラーな出来事ですが、夜中の2時に火災報知器が鳴り真夜中に外に避難しました。結局、誤報だったので、無事部屋に戻れましたが、そのあと朝まで眠れませんでした。

• Michael (8/5): Guten Lage mit Hartem Schlaf - Dir Lage war sehr gut 15 min Fußweg zur belebten Shoppingcenter 4 min zu supermarkt 7eleven und zur Bahn 18 min von osaka Station bis zum Hotel. Frühstück ist gratis muss also nicht gebucht werden. Die Matrazen sind sehr Hart. Hätte mir da einwenig weichere gewünscht. Das Frühstück war so klassisch von jedem etwas aber das muss reichen... Daher sind wir auswärts essen gegangen.

• Alexandra (6/5): Sie hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. - Sie lag sehr gut und zentral und alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren wirklich sehr unbequem. Matratze wie ein Brett. Das Personal konnte uns auch nicht wirklich helfen, nur gegen extra Gebühr. Das Frühstück war nur auf asiatische Touristen ausgelegt. Die meisten anderen japanischen Hotels hatten eine größere Auswahl.

• Marine (8/5): - Très bon emplacement et chambre confortable bien isolée phoniquement (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas au Japon et peut être pénible), parking réservable très pratique. La chambre est un peu petite ce qui peut être compliqué lorsqu'il faut ouvrir deux valises, le petit déjeuner était correct pour les options japonaises mais laissait vraiment à désirer pour les autres options, nous n'avions pas fait attention (c'est de notre faute) mais nous avions booké une chambre "fumeur" par erreur et malgré la propreté la chambre sentait le tabac (ce qui est normal nous aurions du être plus vigilant lors de la réservation).

• Hideo (9/5): 良かった - フロントのスタッフの印象が良かった。 チェックインのカードの使い方、チェックイン前の荷物の預かりの説明、繁華街までのタクシー料金目安の把握、その他諸々親切で優しい感じがした。 朝食がいまいち。不味いわけではないのですが、まったく魅力がない。まだ、年配の女性スタッフが印象が悪かった。おかずを皿に取ろうとしてる時にとなりのおかずの補充をし始めてこちらの動きを遮られた。同じようなことを3回くらいされた。一見テキパキしていて、仕事ができる風ではあるが、とても失礼だと思う。他のスタッフは食器の片づけを手伝ってくれたり親切な印象があるので、ひとりの不適切なスタッフのために不快を感じたのは残念。

• Mitch (10/5): yet another good stay at a toyoko inn - we stayed in a few toyoko inn hotels, every single one was perfect, good locations, lovely staff, nice clean rooms, i think on our asia trip we stayed in maybe 4 of these, and every one was good. ideal
• Sienna (10/5): Affordable, convenient and easy - Free breakfast and staff was so kind!! Make sure you request a non smoking room if you don’t smoke. Not the companies fault but our mistake sadly!

• Maren (9/5): Nettes zentral gelegenes Hotel - Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bahnstation entfernt, also ist man super angebunden. Das Frühstück war immer ausreichend, die vegetarische Auswahl war begrenzt, aber vollkommen in Ordnung! Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein und sehr sauber. Die Matratze war etwas hart. Aber kein großer Kritikpunkt.

• Vincent (10/5): J’ai passé de formidable vacances - L’endroit est proche de tout , tout en étant pas dans le bruit sans cesse. Vous pourrez profiter de quartiers très animés le soir et rentrer à pied en 10-15 min. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Si vous restez longtemps le petit déjeuner est très répétitif. C’est un petit buffet bien pour 2-3 jours. C’est assez occidentalisé comme petit déjeuner même si il y a quelques petits côté asiatique
