Smart lock system on all doors. Hosts are super friendly and helpful! I can't find any faults, so for the sake of improvement, the only thing that could make the experience better is some herbal tea missing in the room.

The place was all spotlessly clean and check in was excellent. Communication prior to arrival was also excellent and really helpful.

Far enough away from the centre but accessible for the course with Greenwich and Woolwich easily accessible. All with free on site parking. The hosts were very welcoming and showed us everything we needed.
