Monica (9/5): Pulito e confortevole nel cuore di Sultanahmet - Posizione strategica per le attrazioni e i mezzi vicini. Pulizia e attenzione nei dettagli. La vista dal ristorante sia per la colazione che per la cena davvero impressionate sulle moschee e sullo Skyline del Bosforo con la torre di Galata. La qualità del cibo e l'attenzione al ristorante ottima. La spa molto carina e pulita. La stanza è funzionale e comoda con il letto ampio e comodissimo. Il ragazzo delle pulizie davvero speciale e attento a non farci mancare mai nulla in stanza idem il personale della colazione e cena. Le lenzuola e la coperta troppo piccole per le dimensioni del letto e mancava il coprimaterasso. Cuscini non comodissimi. I trattamenti ricevuti alla spa sono stati buoni anche se avrei gradito una pausa con un tè dopo il circuito o prima del massaggio o anche alla fine. Una pecca importante per me, che sono del settore, l'olio del massaggio davvero pessimo. Non sono tornata a fare altri trattamenti proprio per la qualità scarsa del prodotto.

Francisco José (3/5): - el desayuno espectacular muy bueno y abundante el sitio espectacular, la habitación pequeña , pero limpia lo que es la habitación pero los cristales, que se ve una parte de de santa Sofia, tenían mas suciedad imposible , y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , a pesar de hacer ruido de estar , en marcha con lo cual , cuando llegabas después de todo el día , y la posición del hotel entrabas ala aviación y estaríamos a 35 grados, modo de enfriar abrir el balcón y las ventanas quedaban dentro de la habitación , lo comentamos en recepción ,lo del calor ,ni puto caso , lo dijimos otro día. solución os subiremos un ventilador, aun no lo han subido otro día, tras otra queja en recepción subió un chico . Si que funciona ,pero nosotros no notábamos, el aire acondicionado solución abrir el balcón y entraba la brisa , y ala madrugada cerrar. porque dormir y despertarse alas 2 horas y estar para ducharse del calor que hacia . pero bueno por lo demás pasado y echo , por lo que para nosotros es un hotel , en cuanto posición 5 estrellas en el desayuno 5 estrellas lo demás lo siento , 2 estrellas

Ari (9/5): - had a pleasant stay overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that a couple of rooms had technical issues, so I was arranged to stay one night at their sister hotel next door. The manager offered complimentary SPA access as an apology, although I couldn’t use it due to my tight schedule, but thank you for your hospitality. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the receptionist Hamdullah (apologies if I spelled the name incorrectly) for the great service.

Kazuma (8/5): - 上のレストランから見える景色は絶景です。朝食も大満足でした。スタッフもめちゃくちゃ親切です。昼、夜の時間帯によって時間帯によって、交通規制のためタクシー出目の前までいけません。大きな荷物があると非常に大変です。ホテルのリムジンを予約するなど相談したほうがいいと思います。宿の設備は古目です。部屋の青い照明は、好みではないです。

Personal war sehr nett, wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, mitten in der Nacht ist ein netter Mitarbeiter gekommen, schnell und kompetent alles behoben. Dachterrassen- Restaurant, Essen war sehr gut, best of Adana Kebab gegessen) Frühstücks-Betreuung durch Hasan war super) Rezeption organisiert vieles, auch Transfer- faire Preise, gute Tipps.

Тем кто отдыхал ранее в ол инклюзивах Средиземноморского побережья завтраки покажутся очень скудными, но это Стамбул, тут везде так. Месторасположение просто топ. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает персонал. На ресепшн всегда приветливые и отзывчивые ребята. Номер достался с видом на стену. Но если честно, то приходили туда только ночевать, поэтому вид пофиг. Номера "уставшие".
Peter (9/5): - Almost all major attractions (Hagia Sophia, the Cistern, Topkapi, the Archaeological Museum, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, etc.) are only a 3‑ to 10‑minute walk from the hotel. It has a wonderful top‑floor restaurant with views over all sides of the old city. Breakfasts were very good, with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. There is also a spa in the basement, which is worth a visit. At first, we were a bit bothered by the fact that the view from our room faced the wall of the neighbouring building, but the panoramic view from the rooftop restaurant made up for everything. Other rooms had a better view.

Priveliștea de pe terasa restaurantului foarte frumoasă către Hagia Sofia. Camerele foarte curate. Curățenia se face zilnic. Domnul de la recepție mi-a făcut upgrade la cameră în același preț. Am fost întâmpinați cu cafea sau ceai la alegere. La plecare ne-au chemat un taxi care a fost ok. Personalul este de nota 10 plus. Nu dețin locuri de parcare. E o parcare în fața hotelului privată, foarte aglomerată.
Ines (4/5): - Staff and location - constant power cuts - one of the nights we kept waking up during the night with constant slamming doors every time someone was going to turn the light on after a power cut. - 1 morning without hot water - didn't feel safe as at certain point I was told that the hot water had to be cut because it was draining for the electric panel... Got me wondering if that was the reason of the constant power cuts. I was afraid of a short circuit. - Old and ripped bed sheets and old towels. Very disappointing. It felt that the hotel was falling apart.

Ivan (8/5): Перфектна локация, добър и любезен персонал - Персоналът в хотела беше изключително любезен както на рецепция, така и в ресторанта. Самият ресторант на покрива имаше страхотна гледка. Закуската беше сравнително добра със свежи продукти. Стаята ни беше чиста с удобно легло и възглавници. В съседство до хотела има доста ресторанти и барове и локацията е на пешеходно разстояние от много забележителности. За съжаление в съседната стая до нас имаше семейство с малки деца, които всяка сутрин от 5ч започваха да крещят силно и да блъскат по вратите и мебелите, а в другата стая до нас имаше весели дами, които явно пиеха алкохол вечер и се забавляваха до 2-3ч след полунощ, смеейки се и викайки достатъчно силно, за да се чувят дори през два етажа нагоре, докато децата им бяхага по коридорите и блъскаха по вратите. Общо взето успяхме да спим неповече от 3 часа на вечер, което ни съсипа почивката. Банята в стаята имаше доста неприятна миризма - нещо като оцет или прясно намазан силикон. Паркингът в съседство до хотела се оказа доста скъп - по €20 на ден, което беше абсурдно за неохраняем и неасфалтиран паркинг, потънал в кал. Не бих казал, че хотела е лош, може би просто нямахме късмет, но определено не бихме се върнали там втори път.
Frank (10/5): Excellent Locatiuon. - Breakfast was amazing with excellent views and variety. Location is right beside Blue Mosque and Haiga Sofia, Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. Local Haman Spa was perfect. Traffic is complicated in this part of the city. Expect traffic jams going in and out.

Erdal (10/5): - Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren zwar etwas klein, aber sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank an Hasan abi für seine sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Art! Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, auch abends kann man in der Gegend ruhig unterwegs sein. Die Tram ist ganz in der Nähe, und es gibt viele Läden und alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig, und der schöne Ausblick auf die Stadt hat den Start in den Tag perfekt gemacht

Un arrêt de tram à 5 min permet de se rendre facilement auprès de toutes les autres destinations d'intérêt. Le personnel est très aidant, ne pas hésiter à les interroger sur les points d'intérêts. Le restaurant panoramique au 6eme étage donne un point de vue superbe sur la ville.

8d53b13da32a70210dd0602a2c5de578 (1/5): Worst place to stay - Now Had a bad experience with them, I requested 2 connected rooms but unfortunately they didn’t have that but what was promised to me is 2 rooms next to each other, but I was given 2 rooms, one to the left corner of the hallway and 2nd right corner of the hallway. They were very rude and unwilling to accommodate with anything better. I decided not to stay there but receptionist Furqan requested to stay tonight and request the manager to refund my money. I stayed and searched for hotel, next morning at 8:15 I was at their reception, manager then offered me a suit which was too late since I had booked another hotel and did not wanted to stay because of the rude behaviour. They showed in the pictures like a 5 star hotel but it was not, feels like apartment renting and lights were off at night. I was on a world trip and had 6 countries trip. They really ruined our mood and excitement, my kids had to stay in other room because of them and we could not even sleep because of it. They are now unwilling to refund me my money and I paid $1196.00 I offered them to keep for one night and refund me the remaining but I swear they are unwilling to even refund me anything. Worst hotel if anyone of you expect good experience!! Before making a reservation please check the rooms, they are playing shady games

28946d47dc8771bd6a84e87a8f78a4a2 (10/5): Istanbul: faszinierend, quirlig und erholsam, wenn man im Antusa wohnt. - Das Hotel liegt perfekt in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten: Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee, Zisterne, Topkapi-Palast sind in maximal 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die Lage in einer Fußgängerzone ist es nachts ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein technisches Problem in unserem Zimmer. Wir bekamen am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer und wurden für die Unannehmlichkeit mit einem kostenfreien Hamambesuch entschädigt (auch sehr empfehlenswert). Das Frühstück ist gut und wird im Restaurant im 6. Stock (auch für Abendessen zu empfehlen) serviert mit Blick auf die o.g. Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Goldenes Horn und Bosporus. Istanbul ist zweifellos sehenswert, wenn man sich für Kultur und Geschichte interessiert. Die Eintrittspreise für ausländische Besucher sind allerdings recht hoch (Topkapi 60 Euro), türkische Staatsbürger zahlen nur ein Viertel davon. Was gäbe es für ein Geschrei, wenn man dies in Deutschland machen würde? Und noch ein Tipp: wir waren im März dort, das Wetter war kalt und nass.

Le personnel est agréable et serviable (petites attentions au petit déjeuner, réservation de restaurants, port des bagages). Le calme dans l'hotel, bien insonorisé de l'extérieur. Les jus de fruits industriels/chimiques et le café du petit déjeuner sont vraiment à revoir. Les multiples coupures d'électricité. La dimension de la couette, moins large que le lit et très courte.

Beatrix (9/5): Für Istanbul ein gut gewähltes Hotel an bester Lage mit ausgezeichnetem Service. - In den Zimmern hat es Laminat-Böden (keine schmuddeligen Teppiche). Die Zimmergrösse vom Standard-Zimmer reicht aus. Die Bedienung war ausgezeichnet. Vor allem beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist dazu sehr gut. -> Direkt bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, welche alle zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Im 6. Stock befindet sich das Steakhouse, in welchem man ausgezeichnet isst. Die Preise für das Essen sind im Moment aber hier und überall eher an der oberen Grenze für das land Türkei. Acuh hier war die Bedienung jederzeit sehr gut und äusserst zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist wie man es in der Türkei kennt: Nebst Eierspeisen, Marmelade und Honig gab es div. Türkische (Frisch-)Käse, Tomaten, Gurken, Orangen, Salat. Dazu eine kleine Brotauswahl inkl. Minicroissants und "trockenes" Süssgebäck/Kuchen. Es könnte ein wenig mehr im Angebot sein. Z.B. Pekmez zum angebotenen Tahini und mehr Früchteauswahl. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist jedoch grässlich und der Automat hatte dauern Störungen. Hier besteht ein Verbesserungsbedarf. Die Zimmerausstattung könnte ein wenig bequemer sein. Vor allem die Sessel in den Zimmern.

Daniel (8/5): Hôtel idéal pour une visite de quelques jours à Istanbul - L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal en plein cœur du quartier historique. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Buffet du petit-déjeuner varié et complet, qui plus est situé au dernier étage de l'hôtel avec une très belle vue sur la ville. Le transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel a été facturé 55 € à l’aller. En revanche, pour le trajet retour, le tarif est passé à 65 € la veille du départ, simple hasard ou coïncidence ? J’ai finalement choisi une alternative plus économique.
