İlk andan itibaren kendimizi çok iyi karşılanmış hissettik, çünkü tüm ekip her zaman dikkatli, nazik ve son derece ilgiliydi. Ayrıca otelin restoranı da özel bir övgüyü hak ediyor: Hem mutfağın kalitesi hem de ekibin profesyonel ve aynı zamanda çok samimi hizmeti bizi tamamen etkiledi ve konaklamamızı gastronomik açıdan mükemmel bir şekilde tamamladı. Die Lage des Hotels, die großzügigen Zimmer sowie insbesondere die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft und herzliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden haben unseren Aufenthalt in besonderer Weise geprägt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen gefühlt, da das gesamte Team stets aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und äußerst engagiert war. • ВАЛЕРИЙ (9/5): - Отличные большие номера и отличный вид из окна!!! У отеля нет подъездного пути для трансфера и нам пришлось с 4 мая чемоданами идти пешком 4 квартала в сквозь рестораны по брусчатке и так же назад при выезде!!!

Easily accessible to public transportation but not by cars. Friendly Staff. Not accessible by car, you have to walk for 5 mins. But the staff can help you with the luggage at the checkout. The hotel is old, so cleanness is not the best. the mat was slightly wet. the bathroom facilities were not working as it should. Not quite as many restaurants are at the entrance.

Il terrazzo che era magnifico poteva essere protetto da grate dalle proprietà vicine in stato di abbandono Mancava anche un gazebo una tettoia sopra agli arredi del terrazzo per proteggersi dal sole.

• Georgiana (7/5): Mixed feelings, served its purpose but staff are dodgy so we won’t go back and won’t recommend to anyone. - Good location. Clean, fresh bed. Spacious room. Pictures are outdated, the place is not as new as shown on pictures. The toilet sit was broken, there was dust everywhere in the bathroom and the corridor carpets outside the apartment are stained and smelly. The worst part is the restaurant downstairs offered us a 10% customer discount but ended up charging us €18 on 2 drinks instead of €4. Trust no one, they just want your money 😬

Le personnel aux petits soins . Le tout dans un environnement très calme en plein cœur de la ville . Contrairement à ceux qui ont déploré le fait que l’hôtel soit dans une zone piétonne, je trouve que c’est un avantage . Le taxi a pu nous déposer à l’aller à 100m et au retour à 50 m. Comme nous arrivions de nuit le réceptionniste est même venu nous chercher au taxi .

• Peggy (10/5): Clean, comfortable, spacious room close to everything. - Large room with a wall of windows, cleaned spotlessly daily. Large shower. Bottled water, tea and coffee refreshed daily. Tasty food at the restaurant downstairs with a warm, friendly manager and staff. This is not a fancy hotel, but you’re not paying for a fancy hotel, and the location couldn’t be beat if you wish to be in a historic part of Istanbul. Faint smell of grilling in the room and therefore clothes due to all the restaurants below. Daytime office reps didn’t speak much English.

• Saliha (9/5): - We stayed in a beautiful room with a gorgeous view of Haga Sophia and the Blue Mosque we enjoyed sitting on the balcony for tea. The room was cleaned daily by a lovely lady who always would leave us some water bottles. It’s a few mins walk from SultanAhmet tram which was great to get around and a 4-5 min walk into the main square. Lot’s to do and turkish baths very near by. Plenty of food and drink however prices are very high in comparison to other parts of Turkey as well as the UK. Yusuf was very helpful and met us where the cab dropped us off as we had no internet he liaised with the driver and helped us with luggage and walked us to the hotel which probably was a fast 5 min walk. Yusuf also on our departure was kind enough to explain to the driver where to meet and helped with luggage and taking us to the meeting point. Hope to visit again. The restaurant part is very overpriced for what the food is to be honest. We only chose to have one meal with them on the night of arrival and one breakfast with them on the final day. Travelling through different regions in Turkey I don’t generally find the food as good in this region.

• RBIA (6/5): I’ll never stay here again. - The room view maybe, and it is few steps from ayasopia. Where to start, the hotel located in narrow street which is full by restaurant, this will be totally dark at 11pm, which is not really safe for ladies who’s travel alone, hotel reception is small office inside the building need to walk in corridor to reach it, the hotel close the door after midnight so u need to ring the bell to open for you. The elevator really small just enough for 2 persons , if u looking for quiet room this is not the right hotel because you will here everything happen in next room if you know what I mean, each floor has 3 rooms, the space between rooms doors not more than 3 meters, anyone use the elevator will hear their noise, if you wake late then u will hear their cleaner make noise outside, and sometimes she knock the door asking to clean the room even you put the sign not to bother outside, hot shower water waving during the shower sometimes cold sometimes hot, breakfast will be at the restaurant front of the hotel, “menu”. The tramway in this area shutdown midnight also the shops around the hotel dead almost 11:30pm , so if u are looking for night life here better to stay somewhere. The restaurants around the hotel is the most expensive in whole turkey not only in Istanbul, price for a meal for one person start from 25Euro and you will not find cheaper than that in this area. One more thing about the TV , it is all local channels, I paid almost 110usd per night to get all of the above!!! I’ll never book in this hotel again,

• Arnulf (10/5): Fantastic Clean hotel in Central Location - Fuego Design Suite are in a very central location to some of the top tourist sites in Istanbul. Yusuf was very kind and accommodating to our early check-in and later check-out. Our room was ready when we got there at 11am and he stored our bags after check out until the taxi picked us up. He also arranged our airport transfer. We had the room with the beautiful terrace. It was clean and very nicely appointed. If I ever find myself in Istanbul again, I would not hesitate to stay here. Nothing. Everything was great!

• Craig (8/5): Very good - A large apartment located a few floors above Fuego restaurant in a small lane full of restaurants. Excellent location for walking to all the historic sites. A lovely breakfast was served each day that could be tailored to your preference. Keep in mind this hotel is in a pedestrian area so taxi drop off or pick up locations are a few minutes walk away

That my taxi had no way of dropping us off or picking us up at the hotel as no cars are allowed in the area. So a bit of a problem walking up the street with suitcases to get to the car. No view of the mosques from the fourth floor as advertised.

• Rohan (9/5): Location location location! Nice rooms to boot! - Location is excellent, minutes away from Sultanahmet tram station and with a view of the Hagia Sophia from some of the rooms. The facilities are very good with spacious rooms and modern, well-appointed bathrooms. The rooms were clean and beds, including sofa bed, made up upon our arrival. Coffee pod machines and tea was available in each room. Overall the facilities reflect the pricing and are worth it. The included breakfast is served at an affiliated restaurant downstairs and is very good. We stayed for one night as a family of 7 spread over three rooms and if we had more time would have loved to stay for longer. The sofa bed in the family room is only suited for children - upto two children, but for young adults the mattress on it will not provide sufficient support and cushioning. The main beds are large and very comfortable on the other hand, more than enough for two adults or even a young child with two adults.
• Timothy (9/5): Great place to see everything! - The views of the Ayasofia from our room were incredible! Also, Fuego Design Suites has a restaurant at the street level. The staff there was very helpful in two ways: (1) my son and I cannot eat gluten and they carefully served us delicious gluten free meals and (2) they gave us great information about navigating Istanbul outside of the main tourist zones. The lighting in the room was adequate, but the combination of switches made it difficult to isolate and use specific lights/lamps.
• Tun (10/5): Everything is great…get what you pay for and spacious room - Great location however the pick up bus can’t be accessible.Even though we are extremely happy with flexibility of the staffs and kindness throughout the stay .

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was amazing, very nice comfortable room in a great location. Balcony room was great for a morning coffee with beautiful sunrise right next to some of the main touristy attractions. Staff were very helpful with all of our travel questions and helped us save money by recommending and explaining how to use public transport.
