Tutto a disposizione. Personale gentilissimo si è reso disponibile per ogni necessità. Buona colazione, io preferisco i cibi salati per cui mi son trovata molto bene, per esempio ho trovato buonissima la zuppa di lenticchie, ma capisco che non è per tutti ! comunque c'era di tutto dolce e salato, ed anche la frutta fresca che per me è sempre un plus. Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro per arrivare comodi dall'aeroporto e vicino al centro, mi son spostata comodamente a piedi. Quando sono arrivata c'era il riscaldamento acceso, francamente anche troppo caldo, anche abbastanza rumoroso, ma facilmente risolto spegnendo tutto.

Мало того , что аасортимент очень слабый. так еще и все задерживается доделывается на ходу, для галочки. Персонал всего отеля, что делает регулярно и хорошо так это КУРИТ!!! Кофе на завтраке из чудо аппарата ро разливу растворенного кофе)) Кофе растворимый из аппарата-пойло Такое впечатление все делается для того что бы к ним не приезжали) В холле отеля не разрешили доложить в чемодан покупки- отвели в какую то ужасно грязную подсобку)) Не порозьте исторический откль!!!

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is outstanding, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access key attractions. The only downside is the breakfast experience. While the food itself is of good quality and tasty, the organization could be significantly improved. There are frequent issues such as a lack of cups or empty hot food trays that take a long time to be refilled. This seems to be more of a management and operational issue rather than a problem with the food itself.

Camera sempre pulita con bottiglia di acqua in omaggio giornaliero. In pieno centro! Comodissimo! Ci siamo trovati divinamente! Vi sconsiglio la colazione che e dalle 07 alle 10 ma non fanno riassortimento! Quindi a quello che si trova al momento! Io personalmente in 4 giorni solo una volta son riuscito a farla! Poi ho dovuto provvedere al di fuori, perché dalle 9 già tutto terminato!

The hotel is very well located at few minutes by walk from the places to visit in Istanbul (St Sophia, Blue mosque, Topakapi palace, Grand Bazar etc) There are many restaurants and shops around. The room is big enough The breakfast is good and the staff there is nice. The room downstairs for breakfast is quite small and if full fast but the staff there do its best to clean the tables fast for guests to be seated as fast as possible. The WIFI may be sometimes slow or shortly interrupted but is good enough to send and receive emails.

The area has also plenty of restaurants and shops. Our stay included breakfast in the property, which was very basic and contained limited options. WiFi connection was poor with slow speed and frequent disconnections. The room had poor noise insulation making it difficult to sleep.

We could have a walk of 15 mins and go to the center. The breakfast was okay. The room was comfortable. I liked everything so far, but it would be perfect if they kept restocking the cutlery and cups often in the morning.
- Vadim (8/5): Отель хороший. Место топ. Улучшить завтрак. - Отличное расположение. Все достопримечательности очень близко. Много кафе поблизости. Трамвай Т1 вообще 200 метров. Номера содержатся в чистоте. Персонал отличный. Вызвали такси в аэропорт вовремя, по нормальной фиксированной цене. Мы останавливаемся второй раз, это о многом говорит. Завтрак очень простой (даже очень). Когда отель заполнен нужно приходить на завтрак пораньше или со своей едой.

- licari (10/5): Soggiorno da sogno.... - La struttura è molto bella, le stanze sono confortevoli e silenziose nonostante la finestra desse lato strada principale, locale colazione molto caratteristico con pareti in mattoncini rossi. La posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Istanbul. Migliorerai forse la colazione, forse la farei un po più "europea" ,però ci sta anche che se vai a Istanbul devi provare la colazione turca.

- Jiri (6/5): - Hotel na fantastickém místě v pěší dostupnosti do centra. Na recepci vždy profesionálové, ochotní a příjemní. Pokoje čisté, postele pohodlné, odpovídající kategorii. Snídaně... pokud hodnotím pozitivně hotel, tak snídaně neodpovídaly zdaleka kategorii hotelu. Za tři dny žádné zlepšení. Poměrně úzký sortiment nabídky. Asi by to šlo přežít, pokud by byl doplňován. Většinou chybělo tak 50% z již tak úzkého sortimentu. Jeden den bylo v nabídce pouze jedno vejce natvrdo a kolečko salámu. Doplněno až po 15 minutách, ale opět jen trochu smažených vajec a pár koleček salámu.. Většinou chyběly i skleničky a hrnky na kávu. Když slečna z kuchyně donesla dvě sklenky a jeden hrnek asi pro 10 lidí, tak jsme pochopili, že změna se konat nebude.

- Laura (10/5): Minunat - Un sejur absolut extraordinar! ✨ Totul la acest hotel a fost pur și simplu impecabil. Camerele sunt superbe, spațioase și extrem de curate, amenajate cu mult bun gust, oferind o atmosferă elegantă și foarte confortabilă. Dimensiunea camerelor este un mare plus – sunt mari, aerisite și te fac să te simți cu adevărat relaxat după o zi plină de explorat orașul. Un alt aspect care face acest hotel cu adevărat special este poziționarea sa excelentă. Se află foarte aproape de cele mai importante obiective turistice, ceea ce face ca totul să fie ușor accesibil și transformă vizitarea Istanbulului într-o experiență mult mai plăcută și comodă. Personalul merită toate laudele – incredibil de amabil, profesionist și mereu disponibil, indiferent de oră. Faptul că sunt acolo pentru tine 24/24 face ca experiența să fie și mai relaxantă, pentru că știi că orice ai avea nevoie va fi rezolvat imediat, cu zâmbetul pe buze. Micul dejun a fost pur și simplu excelent: variat, proaspăt și pregătit cu multă grijă. Fiecare dimineață a început perfect datorită preparatelor delicioase și atmosferei plăcute. Într-un cuvânt: totul la superlativ. Este genul de loc care îți transformă complet experiența într-un oraș atât de special precum Istanbulul. Recomand acest hotel din toată inima și cu siguranță voi reveni! ⭐️❤️
