Room was pretty tight on space. - I chose this hotel because it was the least expensive available for my dates close to the Union League Club where I was planning to attend a meeting. The staff were very friendly, the room had nice finishes, was very comfortable and had cute touches like a lavendar pouch next to the pillows and Lindt truffles/apples/wate/coffee maker in the room. My only complaint is that the room was only slightly larger than the bed. While this is pretty common in European hotels and boutiques in New York, it still always surprises me. I guess it encourages you to get out and see the city, but if you had to do work, or take a call in your room, I am not sure where you would do it.

Não existe propriamente nada que não tenha gostado. A única coisa com a qual fiquei menos satisfeito foi com o conforto das almofadas.

• Jan (10/5): - Perfektní lokalita, příjemný a nápomocný personál, čisté útulné pokoje. V okolí spousta podniků, skvělý výchozí bod pro pěší turistiku manhattanem. Metro kousek a LIRR kousek - na grand central station. Kávovar, žehlička, fén na pokoji - kapsle doplňovány denně, stejně tak ručníky. Personál super nápomocný, dobré tipy na okolní restaurace. Snídaně naprosto v pohodě, bagely, croissanty, máslo, jelly, philadelphia, kávovar s dobrou zrnkovou kávou - to vše dostupné pro hosty zdarma od rána do zmizení.

Todo el día bebidas calientes y agua a disposición y Nespresso con capsulas en el cuarto. Cama excelente, televisión con canales en español, todo muy prolijo, enchufes disponibles, bolsitas con lavandas para poner bajo la almohada. Si bien la habitación y el baño son pequeños como en todo New York, contaba con todo lo necesario y era muy confortable. A media cuadra de la bella y tranquila Park Avenue, a 3 cuadras de la Grand Central Terminal. Restaurante en la esquina con amplio horario sumados los de la Terminal. Deli y bar en la otra esquina. lo siguiente de ningún modo me impediría regresar al hotel. Yo viajé sola, de haber estado con otra persona el espacio de guardado era un poco reducido, en particular el del "colgado de ropa" que era muy pequeño, solo 4 perchas. Además había 4 estantes pero el armardio del frigobar contaba con estantes adicionales para ropa y debajo de la cama había espacio para guardar un carry on y una valija de 23 kilos más un cajón adicional de guardado.

• Bart (8/5): Great option, very comfortable rooms (standard, at the back). General area not very interesting. At this price point I m - The standard room at the back was comfortable, clean and peaceful. The bed was super comfy. First night we had a superior room, but switched because it was (slightly) small(er), and the A/C was noisy and there was some streetnoise (honking). At the back only sometimes distant clunking (maybe from the elevator) every minute or so. The standard room is very efficient in layout. The complimentary coffee is very good, and the free bagels a real perk. The entrance with lobby is functional, small, not very inviting to hangout a bit for a lazy afternoon or morning. Feels more like 3-stars. The general area is a business area also not necessarily a place to hangout. The subway green line is close by, other lines are further walking. CitiBikea are a great option!

• Estelle (10/5): Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel !! - Absolument tout ! L’emplacement était juste parfait ! À côté de tout pour débuter notre séjour, à 10 min à pied de l’Empire, de Times Square, du Summit, de Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park et la New York Public Library. Si vous venez à New York c’est ici qu’il faut venir sans aucune hésitation !! Le Personnel a été adorable du début à la fin. La chambre était petite mais parfaitement fonctionnelle il y’avait tout le nécessaire, mini bar, plateau invité avec thé et café, bouteille d’eau en verre. Petit nécessaire de toilette très appréciable également ! La literie un pur bonheur très très confortable ! Et surtout AUCUN bruit ! La chambre était vraiment silencieuse nous étions côté cours et c’était très bien pour nous ! Et la cerise sur le gâteau il y’avait le petit déjeuner le matin avec politique de premier arrivé premier servi et c’est pour cela que ce n’était pas indiqué dans ma réservation c’était LA bonne surprise. Avec Croissant, Bagel, Mandarine, Machine Starbucks avec toutes les boissons chaudes, lait et lait d’avoine à disposition + thé et chocolat en poudre. C’est très bien et largement suffisant pour bien commencer la journée ! La salle du petit déjeuner est en libre accès donc le soir vous pouvez prendre votre repas extérieur la bas au calme. Un séjour vraiment exceptionnel. L’entrée de l’hôtel n’est pas spectaculaire et est discrète mais vraiment il vaux VRAIMENT la peine de s’y rendre !! J’ai adoré. Je n’ai aucun point négatif à dire !

Apesar de não ter café incluído eles oferecem café e água o dia todo, além de pães e alguma fruta! Não precisei tomar café nenhum um dia fora do hotel! Quarto espaçoso e cama super confortável! Super indico e quando voltar certeza que ficarei nesse hotel! Só o quarto que não tinha uma luz central, apenas dos abajures, dificultava um pouco a noite!

Lage toll und schnell in der Nähe vom Bryant Park, Central Station, Time Square etc. Frühstück gab es Croissant/Bagels und Kaffee/ Milch und Frucht alles gratis (solange Vorrat) wenn man wollte. Würde Hotel wieder buchen. Waren im 19. Stock mit toller Aussicht, haben Superior Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Eher kleine Zimmer aber alles gut verstaubar mit Bettschublade und Koffer unter Bett.

Um dos grandes destaques, sem dúvida, foi o atendimento da recepção: simplesmente impecável. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, cordial e sempre disposta a ajudar, o que faz toda a diferença ao longo da viagem. O quarto é pequeno, mas isso é absolutamente comum para os padrões de Nova York. Ainda assim, é muito confortável — a cama é extremamente aconchegante, perfeita para descansar após um dia intenso na cidade. O banheiro também é bom e funcional, atendendo bem às necessidades. Uma grata surpresa foi o café da manhã simples e gratuito. Havia bagels, croissants, manteiga, café, frutas… tudo básico, mas muito gostoso e mais do que suficiente para começar bem o dia. Foi algo que realmente “salvou” as manhãs e agregou bastante valor à estadia. A localização é outro ponto fortíssimo: o hotel fica em uma área tranquila, mas ao mesmo tempo muito próxima de tudo. Fácil acesso ao metrô e a diversas atrações, o que torna a logística da viagem muito prática. No geral, foi uma estadia extremamente agradável, com ótimo custo-benefício. Voltaria com certeza! I especially loved the availability of coffee around the clock. I loved the Portuguese dessert mid-day. I loved the cleanliness of the room. There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. However, I was disappointed to overhear how much another guest spent on the same exact room that I had and they used booking.com as well. I paid $120 more than them. That was disappointing as I thought booking.com would honor lower prices.

Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the city. The location is simply unbeatable — just steps away from iconic Manhattan landmarks, with easy access to everything you might need, whether for leisure or business. It truly makes all the difference in a trip. However, the real highlight is the staff: extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with absolutely anything. From check-in to small day-to-day requests, I was treated with a level of care and kindness that is rare to find. Congrats specially to Francisca Pereira, guest manager, and all the staff (Rita, Julia, Andre, and everyone else!). The accommodations are impeccable — the rooms are very well maintained, organized, and exceptionally clean. Everything feels new, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing and pleasant stay. Another point worth mentioning is the availability of coffee, water, and other amenities throughout the day. These small touches make a big difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests’ well-being. In summary, a perfect stay! I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next trips to New York.

It was a great choice in terms of a very walkable location, small, but immaculate, well appointed room ( thanks for a lovely hot shower!), and a very friendly, accommodating desk staff ( shout out to Ricardo). Coffee and complimentary morning bagel was certainly a plus . Would definitely return and highly recommend. Great value !

Not only did they make my night, they made my trip! What a pleasant experience and service overall. If I could do 10/10 I would. Take my word when I say this, you’re going to LOVE it! Oh and good location too.

• S2428GTmariaa (2/5): Stay away- Ricardo, front office manager, will assault you - Hi everyone- yesterday I was hit by the front desk manager at Pestana hotel park avenue, Ricardo Jose Sousa. For starters, the staff is really rude. They don't have a smile on, are not friendly, and very entitled. My room had a leak coming from the corroded pipe and washer of the sink. I fell when I got back to my room at 11 pm. When you first walk in, the sink is right there and it was dark and I didn't see the water and slipped. I called downstairs but they didn't have maintenance, maintenance came the next day at noon (no sense of urgency.) room was still getting wet due to the broken sink. Further, the heat doesn't work in the room. You can set it to 90, but it will only go as high as 72. Ricardo told me I was bothering his staff with my two issues, proceeded to punch me across the face and tell me to leave the hotel. Stay very very far away.

• christopherk237 (10/5): Last-Minute Find - This was a last-minute reservation made after 8:30 pm for that same night. My morning train was canceled the night before because of snow, so I needed a place to stay close to the subway in Manhattan to make a morning meeting. This hotel was very highly rated here and elsewhere, and it didn't disappoint. I got a pin-drop quiet room, zero light coming in through the curtains, responsive climate control, good shower, and everything I needed for a breakfast on the move. (If you're not in a hurry there are plenty of options nearby.) Five minutes or less from Grand Central. Plus the staff were very friendly on arrival and departure, but with no unnecessary delay to someone in a hurry. The capper was the price, which was like something from 20 years ago. I really expected to have to pay top dollar on short notice in a snowstorm, but this was unusually low.
