Frühstück war für uns schön angerichtet und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren gleich in der Nähe. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war auch sehr gut. Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht

Gittiğimde öğrendim ve o saatte yapılabilecek bir şey yoktu. Allahtan başka misafir yoktu. Tabi bu benim kendi tatlı anlayışımla ilgili bir konu. Tesisi değerlendirmem gerekirse. Ortak kullanım açısından bir sıkıntı hissetmeyen insanlar için bence oldukça iyi bir tercih. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Gittiğimizde bizi güleryüzle karşıladı ve tüm sorularımızı detaylı bir şekilde yanıtladı. Ekstra tavsiyelerde bulundu. Gerçekten çok kibar ve düzgün birisi. Biz gittiğimizde tesiste bizden başka misafir yoktu. Nispeten daha rahat hissettik. Ev sahibinin biz kaldığımız süreçte Paris’e gitme durumu olduğu için bize arkadaşı yardımcı oldu. İki sabah özenli kahvaltı hazırladı ve bizi hiç huzursuz etmedi. Ev sahibine ve arkadaşına içten teşekkürlerimi sunarım. Oda oldukça genişti. Ve rahat bir kullanımı vardı. Ulaşım gerçekten çok kolaydı. Evim önünden tramvay geçtiği için her yere çok kısa sürede ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Başta da söylediğim gibi paylaşımlı ev konsepti sizi rahatsız etmiyorsa gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz iyi bir tesis. Ben şahsen çok rahat ve uygun bir konaklama olmasına rağmen tercih etmem. Merdivenler çok dikti. Eşyaları yukarı taşımak oldukça zordu. Isınma ile ilgili sıkıntılar çözülmeli.

• Julia (10/5): - Die Lage ist top. Man ist schnell im Zentrum aber hat auch alles, was man braucht in der Nähe. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und geht unkompliziert auf Wünsche ein. Vielen Dank!

• Thibjo (10/5): - Wir waren im größeren Zimmer Amstel untergebracht. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Wasserkocher/Tee und Kaffee/Padmaschine.Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem und das großzügige Bad befindet sich direkt nebenan.Die Haltestelle der Tram befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Pkw kann auch ohne Aufpreis in der Garage abgestellt werden. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und die Zeit kann mit dem Gastgeber André persönlich abgesprochen werden. Wir hatten uns mit André sehr gerne ausgetauscht und finden ihn sehr sympathisch.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war wieder mal eine tolle Auszeit in den Niederlanden. -

• Andreea (8/5): Nice and peaceful place, but it wouldn't hurt a little bit more clean - Good and fresh breakfast. Good coffee. Good location near the tram station 240m and silent area. Totally independent from the host, we had our own keys. Great comfy bed and netflix. There were 2 bathrobe, but no slippers. Small tv, the coffee machine needs to be clean. The wardrobe was also for clothes and cups/tea. The bathroom was on the hall. Many stairs and kind of narrow for us.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt. Die Nahverkehrsanbindungen waren super, keine 20 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum.

• Anja (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr sehr gut. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Wasser oder an der Tram Haltestelle. In kurzer Zeit ist man damit im Zentrum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Vermieter André ist ein ganz zauberhafter Mensch, sehr freundlich und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett, welches sehr unbequem war. Für uns persönlich hätte es insgesamt etwas sauberer sein können und das Frühstück war immer dasselbe. Ein bisschen Abwechslung täte gut !
• Robert (9/5): - Breakfast was very good. The room we stayed in was small, and the bed was up above the sitting area. The bathroom was clean and there is a nice shower. It worked well for us, we don’t spend much time inside, and the bed was comfortable. Overall it worked fine. The area is quiet, much less busy than downtown Amsterdam. The restaurants were good.
• Julian (9/5): - Riesen Pluspunkte sind das freie Parken und das sehr gut und persönlich gestaltete Frühstück durch den Gastgeber! Außerdem ist die Anbindung an die Innenstadt sehr gut, mit Bahnstation direkt vor der Tür und knapp 15-20 minütiger Fahrt. Man hat vollem Zugang zu der Küche und kann sich selber seine Mahlzeiten vorbereiten. Man muss nur wissen, dass das Bad, welches zur privaten Nutzung ist, durch den öffentlichen Flur geht. Dieser wird jedoch idr. wenn überhaupt nur von dem Gastgeber benutzt. Also im Grunde kein Problem, nur wissenswert. Alles in allem für den Preis unschlagbar gut.

• Adrian (9/5): Amsterdam is a very busy vibrant city so staying at Marbles Inn balanced out our stay. - Andre our host, was very hospitable and knowledgeable about all things Amsterdam. Conversations with him over breakfast were a great way to start the day. Marbles Inn is located in a quiet area which is within a short walk and tram ride to Amsterdam Centraal Station. We would most definitely stay there again.

Lage perfekt, 5 min. zu Fuß zur Tram und dann ca. 20 Min. ins Zentrum Parkhaus direkt an der Unterkunft. Eigenes Badezimmer war nicht im Zimmer, aber direkt neben unserem Zimmer. Schmales Treppenhaus mit ziemlich steiler Treppe und kein Aufzug.

The communication with André van Leeuwen was great and easy and he made delicious breakfast with consideration of allergies/preferences. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small, but absolutely enough with a big rain shower even. Would recommend!

Es war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem.

• Vasco (8/5): Lovely place, lovely host - would repeat. - The best aspects of this place are the following: Location - not too far away from the city center and in front of a tram line, therefore moving around is no issue; Comfort - the room was nice and spacious and the bed really comfortable; Host - André is such a nice person to talk to and prepares an amazing breakfast, could not have asked for better. We were very lucky with the weather, but it was certainly too hot for the house which did not have AC, only a fan which only helped somewhat. By having to open the windows at night to help cool the room off, mosquitoes showed up, which we handled fine, but did not aid in the experience. Honestly this heat is not normal for the place, therefore the majority of guests will most likely not go through this. Still a VERY GOOD place which I would go to again.

• Ilanah (10/5): Fantastic! - Everything! This was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were clean and appealing, including the bathrooms. The house is in a residential environment and very quiet. The owner prepared a wonderful breakfast for us early in the morning. He was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The nearest tram station that will take you into the center of Amsterdam is a 2-minute walk away. And across from the station is an exceptional Italian restaurant. Also in walking distance is a marina with lovely eateries. There was nothing to not like. If you are a traveler with a walking disability you may want to contact the owner beforehand. Houses in Amsterdam can be challenging because of narrow and steep stairwells. We managed despite this and were able to park the walker at the entry-level! Also, don't be surprised if your Uber driver does not find the location immediately. They need a little more guidance from our Google app. But hey, that tells you how quiet the place is.

The whole residence (including the common area) was clean, tidy and comfortable, and I could use the water dispenser and fridge in the dining area. The room environment and facilities and their conditions exactly looked like what was shown in the photos in the listing. 3. The neighborhood was safe, friendly and quiet - I enjoyed walking around in the early morning and evening, especially along the seashore. 4. The location was only a few minutes from the tram station where I could reach Central Station in about 15 minutes (the fare was about €2.6 for one trip) 5. Two big supermarkets (Albert Heijn and DekaMarkt) and other shops were around and I could get food and daily stuff easily. Nothing really but that would be more convenient if the sockets were next to the bed.

We had a room with a view to the channel right from our window and big nice bed on the second floor of the room. For the services of guests are kitchen with all the nessesary things, cozy and stylied with care lounge and terrase. Hotel situated in the area from which you can arrive fast and easy to the center. Supermarket is in 5 min walking distance. We had a very good time. Thank you!

The bed is built over the room, if you have mobility issues you need to check with the host. I actually liked it and it was comfortable but my partner was not so keen.

Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. Every morning a good breakfast was served. André - the owner - is a really nice and helpful guy. Very good location, you can get to the center in 15 minutes with tram 26 whose stop is very close. • Kamira (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, amazing breakfast, wonderful host. The place is only 20 mins away by tram, and the stop is a minute away. Downtown is too crowded and loud, this area is calmer, cleaner and also has some hidden gems. There is a beach nearby and some excellent restaurants. Andre was an excellent host.
