• Wickramaratne (10/5): In general, excellent except the pool incident! - The room, the cleanness, the excellent attitude and behavior of the reception staff, the excellent cleaning of the rooms by the room cleaning staff and whenever we needed some stuff such as tea packs or water etc., very quickly they provided as well as the restaurant staff too was good! Even the breakfast spread was wow! The rough and bad attitude of the 51st floor pool entrance security officer. He was very arrogant for my daughter just because she was eating some sweets when entering! Yes! food is NOT allowed in the pool area and when we came in, we saw the notice. But without knowing it the small one was having it on her hand, and he very arrogantly shouted at her! Thereafter even we came to the pool she didn't wat to come and enjoy at the pool because of this situation. This made a bad point during our stay at your hotel as she refused to use the pool because this official shouted at her! Please teach him to speak and be friendly with the guests and tell them nicely about the DONT's at the pool! Specially for kids and children!

• Lydia (7/5): - Les équipement dans la chambre était géniaux ( balance, micro-onde...) La propreté d'ordre général et le personnel qui s'en occupe. La chambre : spacieuse ça a été un vrai plus. La piscine... Ce n'est pas celle qui est présentée sur les photos ! Depuis cet hotêl on ne voit pas les petronas. Et d'autant plus qu'on ne puisse pas accéder à l'autre avec la vue sur les tours. Surtout qu'on prends le petit dej de l'autre côté et que l'hôtel est moins cher la bas.

• Anthony (8/5): Enjoyed KL immensely. Liked the hotel but given our upgrade expected to love it - Upgrade meant that my family stayed in 2 bed suite. Very roomy and good facilities in room. Excellent location for all KL landmark areas Pool was stunning for the one day it was available then maintenance started and pool unavailable. The work on the new buildings is disturbing particularly early morning and unsightly covering at front of main entrance to hotel
• Mariem (5/5): - Le buffet du petit déjeuner tres varié et très bon. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est ideal. On a acces rapidement à tous les lieux d'intérêt, certains même à pied. Très bon rapport qualité prix Le personnel de la restauration et du service de chambre très agréable et la propreté rien à dire c'etait presque parfait. Le bruit: Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend la circulation la nuit comme si les fenetres étaient ouvertes, nous n'avons pas reussi à dormir. Et quand on se couche dans la chambre qui ne donne pas sur rue on entend tout ce qui se passe à l étage Salle de sport: bien équipee mais pas d'eau ni de serviettes, jamais vu. Piscine Non chauffee. Froide Les margelles sont en pierre polie lisse: ideales pour glisser même en marchant, y compris sir la patogeoire pour enfants. La terrasse de la piscine en bois composite est gondolée donc on se prend les pieds dedans. Les enfants n'ont fait que de tomber. Les transats en bois sont cassés donc le dossier ne peut etre soulevé et il manque des lattes. Pas assez de transat Pas de savon main dans les toilettes du skydeck niveau de la piscine et de la salle de sport Il faut aller sous la douche pour se servir en gel douche pourse laver les mains apres passage aux toilettes. Ascenseurs mal synchronisés Yen a 4 et pourtant on doit attendre en moyenne 10 min à chaque fois parfois 15 en rush hour. Le personnel de la réception en majorité froid. Pas méchant, mais pas avenant.

• John (9/5): - We’ve been traveling for several months and looking for a bit more room during an extended stay, these suites worked well for us. Wish the management had outfitted the kitchen area better. Limited dishes, utensils and a frying pan. Cooking was really not an option.

• Elias (7/5): Good but not what I was expecting. - Conveniently located. Nice infinity pool but not facing the Petronas Towers. Allowed late check-out and early check-in at no extra cost. High-pitch noise in the room. Wi-fi wasn’t available one of the nights that I stayed.

• kamal (8/5): Séjour très agréable dans une jolie ville, appartement très spacieux - j'ai apprécié l'appartement car très spacieux et très bien disposé avec une literie très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine à débordement au dernier étage, la qualité des équipements. Petit déjeuner garni avec beaucoup de choix, hôtel très bien situé en centre ville de Kuala Lumpur pas très loin des tours Petronas. Malgré que l'appartement était très confortable, le bruit dans le couloir était insupportable ainsi qu'une mauvaise insonorisation des baies vitrées. En effet on entendait les bruits du trafic automobile extérieur surtout la nuit. Je n'ai pas aimé que des gens se baignent en étant tout habillé, c'est inadmissible et cela ne respecte pas l'hygiène, l'hôtel doit interdire les vêtements pour la baignade, un bémol pour un tel hôtel. Les personnes à l'accueil pas très souriantes. Il faut faire des efforts pour d'avantage isoler des bruits du couloir et de l'extérieur les appartements car c'est très facheux de mal dormir à cause de cela.

• Anton (10/5): We really enjoyed it , highly recommend it to a family. The option to order via Grab/ Uber eats and to do your laund - The apartment concept was great. Very modern feeling and comfortable. Convenient with the kitchen and washer dryer and microwave, and the utensils. Nothing to complain but it took getting used to , walking across to the other building for breakfast, but it was a short walk next door
