• Franz-Josef (8/5): Sehr günstig gelegenes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse - Die einmalige Lage des Hotels unweit des Hauptbahnhofs haben wir sehr geschätzt. Flughafen und Hafen (Molo Beverello) sind durch den Alibus sehr bequem erreichbar. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zum dunklen Innenhof zugewiesen, was bei Sommerhitze sicher angenehm ist. Auf unsere Anfrage hin bekamen wir ein ruhiges Außenzimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon und Blick (über den Hbf) auf den Vesuv. Das Hotel besitzt eine Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Rundblick über die Stadt auf den Vesuv und den Golf von Neapel mit Hafen. Die Terrasse wird in erster Linie für Meetings genutzt, ist aber für Hotelgäste zugänglich (allerdings kein Restaurant-/Barbetrieb). Das Frühstücksbüffet wird in einem dunklen Raum im Erdgeschoss serviert, das Personal machte einen eher lustlosen Eindruck (Tische waren oft unvollständig gedeckt, Gläser und Tassen wurden nur zaghaft nachgelegt). Der Frühstücksraum dient abends auch als Restaurant. Wir hatten einen Tisch am Fenster, hinter dessen Vorhang sich ein Weinkühlschrank befand, der vom Kellner während unseres Essens frequentiert wurde.

• Sarah (9/5): Perfect location - Location was perfect for our needs with regards to being picked up for tours we had booked. Clost to a supermarket for a few bits. Some nice restaurants very close to the hotel. Had read a few reviews that said it was grotty outside the hotel but we didnt think so, it was busy and noisy as its opposite the main station but the windows in the hotel sound proofed the room well. Bed was amazing - I dont usually sleep well when we're away due to beds often being too soft but this bed was just right. We did upgrade our room to get an early check in so where we had booked a double room with a view of Vesuvius, we upgraded to a suite which was very plush and still had the Vesuvius view :) Breakfast was nice and plentiful Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and whenever encountered around the hotel all staff were polite

• Helen C (10/5): A convenient location for exploring and onward travel - This was a great location, situated opposite the central station. It was convenient to walk to places we wished to view and to access the main train line and airport for our trip. We found some nice local restaurants nearby.
• Krista (10/5): Great hotel in a fantastic location! - The property was so close to the metro and it was super easy to go to the station, grab some tickets and hit the other areas. The room was VERY quiet as we had an interior courtyard view. The room was beautiful and just what my mom and I needed. The breakfast was great each morning (shoutout to the apricot croissants and mango-vanilla yogurt!!!) the staff was friendly and helpful The beds were hard which I’m not used to as a soft bed girlie, but after a couple of nights I got used to it! For interior courtyard rooms, perhaps adding additional lighting as it was dark no matter how many lights were on.

Zimmer hatte Balkon, auch gut. Lage sehr praktisch. Schöne, große Loɓby. Das Personal war unscheinbar. Beim Frühstück fehlten mal Speisen, mal Gläser etc. Wirkte unkoordiniert. Man hört aus der Küche im Saal, was Personal sagt. Fahrstuhl sehr klein und dauerte oft lange, bis er kam.

• Olena (9/5): I liked it - Clean, good repairing, comfortable bed and very nice bathrooms, good breakfast. Restaurant personnel was not responsive, you need to order coffee like 3 times every time, breakfast is until 10:30, but in reality they start to clean at 10 already and you are eating leftovers, need to ask for food and watch how personnel cleaning everything and it’s also very noisy. Quite annoying, better would be make breakfast until 10, but let guests to sit in pleasant atmosphere.

La localización es perfecta si quieres visitar Pompeya, Herculano y el Vesubio, ya que está al lado de la estación de tren. Nuestra habitación daba a las vías del tren y se nota el traqueteo de los trenes constantemente. La mesa de la habitación tiene la TV encima, lo que reduce mucho el espacio útil. Yo recomendaría colgar la TV.

I asked to change my room , reception staff said not possible because , they said , avaiable rooms are lower comfort range. I have accepted such a room , twice in available surface , double surface bathroom , more light but on the back side of hotel. They said is lower comfort so normally I should be reimbursed with the difference from what I booked and what I received. Not any chance. My personal impression staff is doing that on purpose.

• Pisendel (10/5): Very nice hotel in an excellent location - Stylish hotel located directly across from the main train station. Expansive lobby is welcoming and leads directly to a large restaurant. Our room was spacious with a balcony. It had a six foot wall mirror. Plugs over each nightstand were appreciated. Adequate closet space and two luggage trestles were a nice touch. There was a room safe. The room desk was large but had no dedicated light. The bathroom was modern and well lit with a bright light surrounding the mirror. An adjustable magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been appreciated. The counter space was adequate. The provided hair dryer was quite powerful. Our room had no tub- just a small 30x36 shower in the corner. Our friends’ room had a tub with high step over sides. Both our shower and their tub had very slick floors. Water pressure was very good and the hot water was almost instantaneous. There was just a passive vent- a fan would have been appreciated. Bath towels weren’t especially thick but still quite absorbent and very large. The breakfast buffet was very expansive and all offerings were quite tasty. Staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Paid 22 euros for a fish dinner that was five small square pieces of fish the size of a quarter and five pieces of peppers on a single skewer. Area outside the hotel is filthy, full of garbage, and graffiti everywhere. The square is disgustingly dirty.

Dichtbij station, ideaal - De kamer het uitzicht en de locatie , glutenvrij bij ontbijt uitgebreid assortiment Avond in het Odeon restaurant was een afknapper. Onvriendelijk personeel en fileto/vlees besteld was koud, 6 frites in een bouwwerk, viel erg tegen.

• gianluca (8/5): Meraviglioso - Ottima posizione, ottima collocazione a parte le uova strapazzate che da un quattro stelle ti aspetteresti fresche e sgusciate al momento. Personale gentile, professionale e premuroso. La stanza era molto piccola e, anche se piacevole, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione.
• Giovanni (7/5): Napoli è stupenda ....quindi anche se qualche cosa non piace....vale sempre la pena tornare. - La posizione ripetto alle linee ferroviarie e metro. Ci sono diversi ristoranti e pizzerie molto vicini e se si supera l'impatto di un quartiere tipico della "zona stazione" è anche piacevole. La colazione è molto ricca con tanti prodotti da forno e tanto altro, ma per me che mangio solo frutta era molto povera. C'era uva fresca, qualche kiwi, mele e arance che sembravano mummie. Ero al 2° piano in una camera singola. I rumori di acqua scrosciate provenienti dagli scarichi del bagno mi hanno accompagnato per diverse ore la notte e la mattina. La doccia ha allagato il bagno....anche il secondo giono quando ho cercato di stare attento.

• Bounary (8/5): Excellent hôtel dans Naples - L’hôtel est comme dans un écrin de calme malgré le tohu-bohu de la gare centrale et de la ville de Naples. Nous avons fait un excellent choix de cet hôtel où il y a un parking payant pour notre voiture. Il y a juste le métro poir le centre historique à 100m.
