- Sarah (8/5): Nice views and large room size - Nice hotel - location good for what we needed the room size was really big which was great and great view of the area . . I would go closer to the heart if Ginza next time thou. The breakfast had no choice just an English tray or a Japanese tray ( which I did not see ) and a completely undercooked omelette . Go out to eat breakfast instead .

Рядом есть рыбный рынок и много других замечательных мест. Комбини находится в этом же здании. Номера старенькие и в них довольно сильно пахнет сигаретами. В остальном отличный вариант за свои деньги.

- Fabian (5/5): Für 4 Tage ok aber wir kommen nicht wieder - Die Lage sehr nah an der Tokio Station, und die Aussicht war super Leider riecht es im ganzen Hotel und auch im Zimmer sehr alt und muffig. Man kann lediglich beim Frühstück zwischen einem japanischen und amerikanischen Menü auswählen. Es gibt praktisch keine Abwechslung.

- SELAHATTIN HAKAN (1/5): Hotel yapıldığı tarihten beri hiç yenilenmemiş ve kalınması mümkün değil. - Odada yoğun bir koku vardı. Son katta olmasına rağmen küf ve rutubet karışımı bir koku vardı. Hava temizleyici bile fayda etmiyordu. Resepsiyondan başka oda istediğimde check-in saati üzerinden 6 saat geçtiğini bu nedenle 1 günlük ek ücret karşılığı yeni oda verebileceklerini ilettiler ve seve seve kabul ettim. Çünkü odada uyumam mümkün değildi. Sonra gösterdikleri 3 ayrı odada da aynı ağır kokunun olduğunu gördüm ve odamı değiştirmeme gerek olmadığını söyledim. Ancak saat ileriledikçe koku baş ağrısı yapmaya başladı ve o odada geceyi geçiremeyeceğimi anladım. Gece yarısına doğru başka bir otele booking üzerinden rezervasyon yapıp ayrıldım. İki günlük oda ücreti iademi yapmadılar. Ben de üstelemedim. Odanın manzarası çok güzeldi bu arada.

- SATRAKS (7/5): Unpleasant stay - Only thing we liked was the views from our room. We had booked a non smoking room and I had messaged the hotel to confirm this before I was charged 2 weeks in advance. We complained but the hotel staff can not do anything because almost every room smells of cigarettes smoke. They offered us another room but it was also smelling of cigarettes. The hotel needs to keep non smoking and smoking rooms separate but it doesn't seem to be done. Bathroom tub and sink were getting clogged easily. We will not recommend this to non smoking guests.

- Emma (8/5): Good stay, 10 minute walk to metro line. Hotel is next door to Luke Cebtre, which has 7-11 - Good size room with great views. Breakfast wasn’t great, save your money and go next door, there are several cafes to eat at which ere really nice and good value too.

- Jana (9/5): Wunderschöner Ausblick aus der 38. Etage - Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und ich habe mich wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer ist für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und es ist sehr sauber. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg eine Bahnstation. Das Frühstück ist in Menüform und sehr lecker. Wir hatten das japanische Frühstück und ich hätte mir etwas Abwechslung gewünscht, da es jeden Morgen identisch ist. Aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es ok.

- Aimee (7/5): Great views and good location - Great views from the hotel room, we could see Mt Fuji on a clear day. The hotel is in a nice location, just a short walk to the nearest subway station. Staff were friendly and helped us to book a taxi to the airport for our departure. Room had all the amenities you could need and the bed was large and comfortable. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the room still smelt of cigarette smoke. The rooms are in much need of an upgrade and are looking tired and outdated. The wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls. Breakfast was overpriced and of limited choice.

Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the city centre and the comfort of being able to get away from the hustle and bustle that is Tokyo to our hotel. Great views from the room and the bath tub Rooms were a little dated. They could really do with some new carpet and furnishings updated.

- Anna (10/5): Perfect value for money and quality - Very clean, comfortable location, very quiet and room has a plenty of space Since the windows cannot be opened and there is a rug on the floor, there may be a slight, specific smell but it is not too disturbing

- Terry (8/5): Pleasant stay in solid location - The view from the hotel room was incredible! We were able to see Tokyo sky tree and Mt. Fuji from the room. The room is huge compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel building had multiple restaurants that were delicious. The area was nice and serene- in a nice neighborhood. It was ten min walk from the two different stations. We accidentally booked a smoking room without realizing and we just smelled cigarette smoke all the time from adjacent rooms.

- Eva (6/5): - View definately is amazing On the first night of our stay, we were assigned room 16 on level 38. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. There were visible stains underneath the quilt cover. The sofa and chair, which are upholstered in fabric, felt very sticky. Additionally, the carpet appeared dirty, and the overall facilities seemed quite old and worn.

- Alexandra (8/5): Amazing thank you! - Loved the view! Big comfortable rooms and were clean. Everything replenished each day which was lovely, would recommend! Good location. Unfortunately as this hotel still allows smoking on some floors every room has a hint of cigarette smoke smell coming through vents. We changed rooms once and both were the same but apart from that great.

- Thao (9/5): Happy! - Location is good as quiet and peaceful, not far from train station and Ginza central. There is a best Ramen in my 7 days in Tokyo , Ramen Oyster and Shell, 11 minutes walk from hotel open 6am to 5am (23 hours ) I have booked non smoking room but i still can smell cigarettes ( not sure why), but im out from 7.30am ish and didn’t comeback till 8-9pm so its not too bad.

- 丈二 (7/5): 穴場的なホテル。 - スタッフの対応が良い。 眺望が大変良かった。 排水管からの音 ポタポタ が気になった。10分程で止まったようだが、手洗いをするたびに気になった。
